Incredible new Indian discovery for me!…read more I was headed to Kiya Sushi next-door, but the incredible smells wafting through the open door here pulled me inside. We are very lucky to have so many Indian restaurants in Fremont, especially with those that specialize in different regional cuisines. I ordered the Apollo fish, special chicken curry, vegetable korma, rice, and garlic naan. I also had a mango lassi (and then a chai to go for later). Everything was impressive. I actually said, "Wow!" out loud when I tasted the chicken curry, even though I was dining solo. I can't wait to come back to try fish and goat curries and biriyani. Will have to bring friends so that we can order more dishes.

I have walked by this plaza many times, and every single time, I was met with an incredible,…read morehard-to-miss fragrance coming from Naga's Kitchen. I always told myself that if a place smells this good, the food had to be amazing too. I am so glad I finally tried it, because the food wasn't just good, it was great! I will definitely be coming back. Here is a breakdown of everything we ordered during our visit: Appetizers Chicken Lollipop (Dry): Flavorful, well-cooked, and wonderfully moist. Best of all, it had more meat and less batter than most other places, paired with a delicious dipping sauce. It has a slight, pleasant heat without burning your tongue, which is great for focusing on pure flavor. Naga's Special Apollo Fish: This was the absolute standout of the meal! It was packed with incredible flavor, featuring a fantastic mix of yogurt, curry leaves, and green chillies that hit the perfect balance of tangy, cool, and spicy. Main Entrée & Breads Butter Chicken: A wonderful, harmonious blend of sweetness and spice, leaning slightly on the sweeter side. It paired like a dream with our garlic naan. (Tip: If you prefer more heat, you can always check with the staff about customization!) Garlic Naan: Soft, perfectly cooked, and completely free of that dreaded rubbery texture. It had a generous amount of garlic, a slight crunch, and was the ideal vehicle for the butter chicken. Drinks Fresh Lime Soda (Sweet): Refreshing and crisp. You can choose between salty or sweet, and we went with sweet. Pro-tip: Make sure to stir it thoroughly before drinking, as the sweetness settles at the bottom! Service, Ambience & Practical Details Service & Ambience: There are plenty of tables, though it can get busy during peak hours. Even when crowded, the staff is exceptionally quick, attentive, and prompt with their service. Parking: The complex has plenty of parking spots, though it can get challenging on busy days, and some spots are a bit narrow. Keep in mind that the spots directly in front of the restaurant are mostly 10 to 30 minute parking zones, so it is best to park a little further back in the lot. Final Fun Note: Because the restaurant has such a wonderfully strong food aroma, be prepared to leave smelling deliciously like your meal! It is a small price to pay for such fantastic food and service. Highly recommended!

We e papri chat, malai boti, and the lunch special with chaana and mango lassi. I dont think they are using the yogurt properly. Something was really off, almost gave a sour taste. The lassi had a STRONG yogurt taste and the chat had the same issue. The malai boti had literally no malai taste. They serve it on a sizzling plater which keeps heating the chicken and making it super dry and hard. Bad idea because we really couldn't taste any malai, the plating didn't help that cause. I liked their gulab jamun tho. Overall the interior is nice, service was great (although we asked for more onion and the waiter literally brought chopped onion by hand and placed it in the old onion container) and the food was extremely mid. I think this place is connected to a lot of other vendors thus the high reviews. But really isnt great and I dont see them outwardly advertising they are zabiha halal so I personally wont be coming here again nor using them as a vendor.

Above and Beyond Service! We accidentally placed our food…read moreorder at the wrong Kabilla location and needed it at the Union City location. It was my mom's birthday, we were in a rush, and unfortunately we didn't notice the location when placing the order. Both managers at the location were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us resolve the situation and took away so much of the stress during an already hectic day. Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and amazing customer service. You truly made a difference on my mom's special day!

This time, I tried Chicken Do Pyaza for the first time. Surprisingly, I couldn't find any photos of it on Yelp, but I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. It turned out to be an excellent choice. I personally prefer dishes that have some texture rather than just a smooth gravy, and this dish delivered exactly that. The combination of flavorful gravy, onions, and other ingredients created a wonderful texture and made every bite enjoyable. Of course, we also ordered their dal, which is always delicious, comforting, and full of flavor. And no meal at Kabila is complete without their gulab jamun. It's one of their standout desserts and always hits the spot. Overall, another great meal. Consistently tasty food, generous flavors, and dishes that keep us coming back. Highly recommend
