This company is the best. Albert has come out to our house twice and came to help me again the third time, on Friday. Considering we live in La Grange, and he has a bit of a drive, he is extremely reliable. The first time was approx a year ago. We needed a key made for my sons car. As a way of trying to help us save money, he explained that my AAA membership will reimburse 100.00 of the cost. I had no idea. To me, that is great customer service. Instead of coming to our house and just doing the job, he guided us and completed the job in a timely yet efficient manner, and used his knowledge to help us save money. He was also very friendly and professional. We had to call him again a week ago. This time it was a push button ignition that we needed a key for. Just as he did last year, he came out to our house and completed the job very quickly. Now for the third time, which was last Friday. My car wouldn't start. I was stressed out and in a hurry. It was approx 10am and I was stranded in Ceres and had an appointment, It wasn't the same car he had serviced before but I was so impressed by him, I decided to call him. I thought I was maybe having problems with my key fob or some other technical Issue. He asked me a few questions while on the phone and guided me through some trouble shooting. As a result I found the problem. It was a very loose battery cable. I jiggled the cable and my car started so I told him that it was not necessary to time-out. I really loved this company! I was really in a bind as my fob key was not working! I ordered remote keys and called Bolt Mobile Locksmith to program the blank remote fob keys. Juan from Bolt Mobile came to assist me. He was so confident and sure that he made me feel at ease immediately! I can see how passionate he is about his job and his customer services skills are amazing! Excellent service, within minutes my little Mini Cooper was up and running. After Juan left, I started up my Cooper and left to the car wash. While at the car wash, I attempted to put the key in the ignition and everything was dead! I broke my car key on a late Saturday night out with some friends and I was afraid that my car was going to be stuck till Monday and my things inside. I called many places and they were not able to make it out to me until Monday/had outrageous prices or just didn't respond at all! Went to La for the weekend and when I came back to Modesto I realized I had forgotten my keys at my grandparents house.
