I had been struggling with a key for years. No one wanted to cut or fix my key. There were multiple times I would lose my metal key piece in the body of my vehicle. It was draining to always be anxious about my key and whether or not it was going to work. The dealership wanted to charge me around eight hundred. Fuck that. Four years later I decide to try again and reach out to different companies. One company didn't charge me and helped me fix my metal key onto a new key fob, however I needed to reprogram it and only had one original. Since I already moved it onto a new key fob, my car no longer recognized the key. Great. New problem. After attempting to reprogram it myself, I gave up and called two locksmith companies. One was rude, entitled, and upset that I wasn't ready after he gave me an hour ETA and decided to come earlier. Which was fine, but he didn't want to wait five minutes for me and began to yell. He left and I yelped another company which was this one! Albert was already near my area, extremely helpful, and patient with me after I realized I had lost the original key. He immediately got to work and started prepping a new key for me. He made it clear if I found the original he wouldn't charge me for the new one he was making and instead would go the initial route. However, I did not find my key (still haven't) and he made me feel less angry/upset over the whole situation. He was really nice and gave me plenty of reassurance. After four years I now have a working key! He also gave me an emergency key spare. If you're looking for someone professional, knowledgeable, and efficient then Albert is your man! 10/10 definitely recommended. read more

I messaged bolt early this morning for a quote through Yelp to do my due diligence and find the best price and fit for my needs. They very quickly sent me a reply and our correspondence went from there. I didn't reply after the quote right away as I was still looking for the best fit and price. I decided to steer away from any larger 1800 number companies shortly after and reached back out to confirm with bolt that I wanted their service. He took no time to reach back and say that they would be able to schedule me same day and told me if 330 would work, I confirmed and he alerted me 20 minutes prior to him showing up even earlier then expected which was great. When he showed up he was very friendly, his appearance was clean cut and he got right down to work. Within 30 minutes he had both my keys cut, programmed to the ignition and also the locks as well. Poor customer follow up, I called 3 separate times for a key for a safe that Juan said he ordered, he never returned my calls if when I spoke directly to him. I ended up cutting the safe open myself. His delay caused extreme stress as my brother was on his death bed and became unable to verify the safes contents. No excuse for false commitments of opening the safe. read more

I called panic today because my key fob button to enter my car pushed all the way in, rendering it no good.
