Outstanding food and large portions of tender meats!!! Service was great and comfy family feeling. I'm coming back!!!!!

8oz Brisket Sandwich. Terrific, tender brisket. Skip the undercooked fries.

Pretty good barbecue joint with a nice atmosphere, a nice bar, and friendly service. The meats are good quality but not terribly tender. The hand cut fries are undercooked and the onion rings are from frozen.

Pulled pork and Reuben, pickles, potato salad, coleslaw and chips.

The best Reuben I think we've ever had. Pork BBQ sammich was very good. The Carolina red BBQ sauce was slightly tangy and peppery (perfect). The potato salad wasn't my favorite just because the dressing was the Amish style macaroni salad dressing, but I still enjoyed it. I normally prefer a more shredded coleslaw but this one had really good flavor. Good brews!! Very friendly service. Not a big dining area so during busy times you may need to wait for a table. Such a great family friendly restaurant. We will make this a regular stop during our travels on Route 15.

Chicken sub with onions and mushroom. (Note: seemed like processed chicken)

Got the old bay wings, they were ON POINT but a pool of greased remained in bottom of the basket. Bad presentation. Got the chicken cheesesteak (pictured). I would NOT get again. You must be specific on everything you want on it or it comes plane with no lettuce, no tomatoe, no Mayo). Also, the chicken was like a frozen chicken steakum. I was expecting real white chicken breast meat on this sub, especially from a BBQ joint. Service was OK, but missed a lot of key things like plates for the apps; extra napkins; making sure we know the sandwiches don't come with lettuce and Mayo and Tomatoe. Ambiance is OK. Liked the chalk board and white washed board walls. Seating felt like I was in a cafeteria. Not sure if it was the tile floor or the weird tables positioned into what should be a booth. Could be improved to make it feel more cozy/warm.

Most delicious Pork bbq, smoked on site. BRISKET, BEEF AND MUCH MORE Definitely a 5 star. We had brisket and smoked beef sandwiche and delicious coconut pie for dessert. (house made)

Sit wherever you like. Wasn't busy on Saturday at 11:00am. They were closing early because of the holiday at noon. Loved the stainless steel coffee cups but hated the coffee. Two sips and that was enough for me. Not too friendly with us but definitely had a good relationship with the regulars. I ordered the steak and eggs. Rare. By the color of the steak which was gray, I think it was microwaved. Not a fan, sorry. Did like the rye toast. I tasted my daughters sausage and cheese omelet. Again maybe it's the sausage used but we didn't like it. My husband however got the French toast and that was a winner ! Breakfast is usually a safer bet when going out to eat but this time not for these road worriers !

Staff and regulars seem to know each other well, giving it a true mom-and-pop feel. We were warmly greeted and seated quickly. Drinks came out right away, and the service was attentive throughout our meal. I had the steak and eggs with house potatoes and toast. While I'm not sure it was actually ribeye as listed, it was tasty and well-priced. The brunch burger was also a hit, no complaints there! They offer a tempting variety of baked goods, including coconut cake, red velvet, and rice crispy treats, plus a fridge full of pies. You can also grab a T-shirt for $20 to celebrate their 40th anniversary. I'm planning to come back for lunch soon to try their award-winning chicken. Bonus: there's plenty of parking in the back.

But more people came in that last hour both for carry out and dine-in than was there when we arrived. They really should stay open longer on Sundays. Some staff are pleasant, some are surly. We ordered two burgers, one with waffle fries and one with chips. They were hot and delicious! My only complaint was the grilled onions on the Swiss burger were not tender--I think they were from the outermost skin of the onion. I literally could not bite through them but had to gobble them like spaghetti you can't break! Hubs ordered the Burger of the Week which had Doritos and was so large it came with a steak knife in it! Chips were fresh and waffle fries were perfect!

Fratelli's…read more If you're spending a day outdoors at Cunningham Falls State Park or exploring Catoctin Mountain Park, Fratelli's NY Pizza is exactly the kind of low-key, satisfying stop you hope to find afterward. This place is a true neighborhood gem--no frills, no fuss, just solid comfort Italian food with good portions (and yes, plenty of cheese with pizzas). We came in just before the lunch rush on a Tuesday, fresh off a hike and absolutely starving, and the timing couldn't have been better. The dining area is on the smaller side, but it felt cozy rather than cramped for our group. One standout was the staff--especially the woman who seemed to be doing everything at once: hosting, taking orders, answering phones, and pitching in behind the counter, taking payments etc.. Despite juggling it all, she stayed friendly, patient, and helpful, even offering menu suggestions without missing a beat. It honestly added to the charm of the place. Food-wise, don't expect anything fancy or Instagram-worthy. Presentation isn't the focus here--but flavor and portion size deliver. Everything we ordered was hearty, satisfying, and reasonably priced, which feels like a win these days. Location is super convenient too--right off Route 15 with easy parking out front (next to a gas station), making it an ideal pit stop whether you're heading into town or back home. Bottom line: Fratelli's isn't trying to impress you--it's trying to feed you well, and it succeeds. Perfect post-hike fuel and a spot I'd happily return to on future trips to the area.

Awesome new small town bar with the perfect combination of cozy dive bar and modern sleek spot…read more I was traveling through the area for the weekend with a group of friends and needed a spot to fuel up with a few brews and bites. We stumbled upon 10 Tavern around 1pm on a Friday. The bar was fairly empty (not surprising for this time of day) - we had our selection of tall bar tables, 4 top dining tables, or seats at the bar. We grabbed four seats and were greeted immediately by the very friend bartender. The drinks were really solid - I went with the blackberry cider on tap for $8 which was absolutely phenomenal! They had a fall cocktail menu with a variety of specialty drinks for $10ish - my friends tried the cider mule and a pumpkin flavored drink which bold got good reviews. They have hoop tea on tap which I thought was so much fun - I haven't seen a bar with a tea on tap before, very unique. I didn't eat but 2 of my friends ordered - they had the vegan bean burger and the fish sandwich. The fish filet was absolutely huge, was very tempting to order. Both said that the food was solid, not amazing but good. The service from the bartender and other staff members was really great; she shared the history of the area and bar with us. Awesome that a local spot has been redesigned and reshaped to fit a new need for the area - definitely love the story behind the new bar. If you're in the area, 100% worth a stop through - and I highly recommend trying the blackberry cider. What a treat!
