They caught a problem that I hadn't even known about. I'd had the problems from it but I thought it was something else entirely. And I'm so grateful because their fix made a huge difference. They also were able to explain our filter system to me, which likely saved us thousands. I was seriously close to giving up on it because every tech we called out didn't work on our system and/or only tried to sell us new ones. When Ken received my service request for water filtration, he was visibly disturbed by what we were dealing with and personally came first thing in the morning to address the issue. Ken educated me that simple filtration was not enough, that by trying to filter something like this you actually just create a breeding ground for the parasite/bacteria. That can be seen in my washing machine filter that just acted like a catch bowl for them. He made it clear that I needed a complete treatment system to kill everything before being filtered. Ken assured me he could fix it and provide me with amazing water. He did not disappoint. My water is now so good you can drink from the shower or even the toilet tank. Taking a shower in it is like nothing I have ever experienced, the feeling is beyond description. You must feel it for yourself to understand, and to that point I tell everyone that comes over to take a shower because it is life-changing. Shampoo and conditioner are not even needed. As for drinking it, wow! Voss water is pond scum in comparison. You have not had bottled water this good! Even our ice cubes from our cheapo ice maker come out clear. This is truly a mind-blowing experience in a great way. Because the water is so clean our toilets, faucets and shower heads stay totally clean; no calcium, no redness, no toilet ring, ever! We had several presentations and quotes before making our decision, and there were so many factors to consider: transparency, pricing, knowledge, professionalism, and commitment. The minute Cody stepped into our home and started his presentation, my husband and I knew he was the one! While other presentations took over an hour, Cody took maybe 30 minutes. You might ask why? Because Cody knows his stuff! He was knowledgeable, straightforward, professional, and genuinely confident in what he offers. As the owner, his experience speaks for itself, and his amazing reviews certainly live up to the reputation. One of the biggest selling points was the reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink without having to drill a hole into our kitchen island. That was a HUGE plus! The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to chat with. They worked together so seamlessly that they made the entire installation look effortless. And let's talk about the attention to detail! The way they neatly routed and covered the electrical cord from the tanks to the outlet in our garage was so clean and professional that it looked like part of the wall. Okay, I think our water filtration tanks might be prettier than yours! Cody was there from beginning to end, making sure everything was installed properly and remaining available to answer any questions or address any concerns. That level of involvement and commitment truly sets this company apart. Truly top-notch service from beginning to end! We couldn't be happier with our decision and highly recommend 3Waters to anyone considering a water filtration and softening system for their home.
