HORRIBLE!!!! Went in on a Saturday. Not one customer inside. No one in the drive in. Music blasting. Stood at register for five minutes before anyone offered to help. Placed order for twelve piece meal. Dude at register hasn't said a word. Pay $40 plus dollars. Then they tell me they have only one chicken breast.....in the entire store!!! I ordered a family meal at 6 pm. The cashier in the drive thru let me know to expect a 15-20 minute wait which I agreed to. About 25 minutes later, a manger brought out a large box. When I arrived home, the box had tenders, biscuits, fries, and lemonade. Only the biscuits were in my order. I returned to the store and shared the issue, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. They had already realized the mix up. I waited another 20 minutes for the items I had originally ordered. I took the box given and returned home for dinner- now a full two hours after my original trip. The box given still didn't contain the correct order- multiple items were missing and the fresh chicken that I waited for was not fresh or hot. The staff was super nice. Now Folks it's Bo Time!!! Yes, got to rate my Go to Breakfast Places. Well location is easy to get In/Out and the Biscuits are truly Good!!! I prefer the Sausage/Egg, my Wife the Ham Biscuit. I don't care about those Potatoes or Fries. Gravy is Spicy with that Red Pepper Kick. Now the Chicken is very Good for a quick take-out too!! Not as Good as Hardees for Breakfast but their Lunch/Dinner is!!!! read more

The absolute worst Bojangles I've ever been to. Every single time we come here we have to pull around and wait (as we currently are the 4th in line waiting on the side of the building with cars behind us). We were told tenders would take 8 minutes. Get to the window and were told they were out of mac and cheese. Said they couldn't do a refund (for something they charged us for but didn't have) but we could get something else. Absolutely unprofessional and terrible service - shocking how this place is still running. Not one to write reviews but EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. it is awful service. We have learned our lesson and will drive further from now on to another one to avoid this one and save ourselves the time. I know people are short staffed and I am understanding of that but this is just pathetic at this point. read more

Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too. This one is close to my house so I've given it a few try's and ever time it just gets worse. Terrible costumer service, extremely slow, guaranteed wait for any item that you buy. This was the final time I will be coming here. Ordered my food pulled up and they tell us that they are out of the food that we order conventional after we paid for the food. Then when I asked for a refund for the food because they told me they were out of Mac and cheese they said they don't do refunds which is hilarious. Then the employee walked away and when he came back said we can make some but it will take 20 minutes. So after being told they didn't have something it suddenly appeared and they could make it. They are lazy and clearly there are no repercussions. Wow a chicken establishment that doesn't have chicken available. It was a little before 7pm and we were the only one in the drive thru. So maybe there was a mad rush before we got there or something. We were told it would be around 15 minutes before any chicken would be ready. Ok I am not an unreasonable human so I get restaurants run out of things so I am willing to wait. What I am not willing to tolerate is the horrible attitudes. Seriously, asking anyone a question in this establishment will make you feel as if you are inconveniencing them. Hit or miss, the issue isn't with the food, it's the employees. I've been by on a Sunday morning where at 7:00A they say they aren't serving breakfast "this early" and then chuckle about it over the speaker. This morning the order taker was over powered by all the chatter and noise in the background and had to ask for my order three times. When she asked for the fourth time I just pulled off. There were zero other cars in the drive thru so I'm pretty sure that's just their way of turning people away without saying it. By far the slowest and worst service of any fast food place. I stopped to get the new breakfast bowl there were 7 people waiting for their order and 3 ordering. I just went through the drive thru at this "establishment" and when I was handed my large sweet tea the lid was not put on the drink all the way so here I am covered in sweet tea all the way down to my shoes as well all over my car. Everything is sticky and the lady at the widow just stares at me never apologizing just blamed someone else for the lid. This is the slowest Bojangles in history. I have been twice now and each trip, the minimum wait for food was probably 15 minutes. This time, it took them 20 minutes to get some Mac and cheese. I isusally go through here on fridays and the drive thru has just gotten Ridiculous! There is a man taking orders, must be sometime of manager or team leader because he wears a checkered long sleeve shirt and sweater best. Its like he shuts down when two cars get to the window for their food and he will quit taling orders at the drive thru speaker. I had 10 cars piling up behind me and he had two people at the window. I finally had to ask of I could place an order over the speaker as he had not even acknowledged I was there and he got very rude. After about 15 min of waiting at the speaker he finally did take my order I got to the window and all my food was wrong. I asked for a meal there was no hashbrowns and when I got to work there was no egg or cheese on my biscuit like there was supposed to be. If I could have given zero stars I would have! My husband went to Bojangles today (Easter Sunday) and came back home raving about the customer service he received. Jacqulyn took is ordered...she was extremely friendly and with how busy they were (6 people were waiting behind him) she was very efficient. We frequent this Bojangles a lot in the morning and typically we use the drive thru and they are also nice but for my husband to point out how good Jacqulyn was....she must have been amazing!!
