Honestly, I went here a few months ago because I was in a rush and needed something quick. I used to eat here regularly, and over the years I just hadn't thought about it because this location isn't near where i live. I went through the drive thru, and remembered why I used to love JITB. Since that visit a few months ago, I've been back multiple times. The drive thru staff are absolutely fantastic. Great manners, speak clearly, and I've not once had an order messed up or missing anything! The food is always freshly cooked, hot and correctly made. I definitely recommend this location! read more

Got my order taken by a gentleman with some outstanding manners. Larry met me at the window with haste and even engaged in small talk about the day and holidays. If you see this Larry, thank you for being nice on a bad day. It's worth mentioning my food was not only fresh but also bussin. Will be returning often ! read more

Can't review the food here because they never seem to be open. App says till 1, website says till 1, yelp says to 1, maps say to 1, but I've never had service here after 8pm. Came by tonight because I saw cars in the drive thru, and was hoping I could get some churros. I waited for like 20 minutes then drove around to the window where I was told "we're closed for a meeting." Who the hell has a meeting at 1030 PM on a Thursday? All I wanted was some churros, now I've gotta get a cosmic brownie from Spinx or something which is probably gonna give me diarrhea read more

First stop was the men's restroom. In one word " Filthy". There's no reason for how gross. I then went to order something but only had $9 cash. The only thing I could order is chicken tenders. $6.69 but was charged $8 something. Why? Because they automatically upgraded me to a medium without asking. I then got my tenders and they tasted horrible and had a spongy texture. No resemblance to chicken meat. It was some kinda processed junk. I didn't eat them and and trashed 30%. I started noticing my shoes sticking to the floor while walking around. That's because the floor was filthy too. Do they ever mop in this store? It's apparent the managers are asleep at the wheel. Workers were standing around in the back doing nothing and a manager was on a laptop doing chores. Definitely won't be back. read more

No more. I would rather starve to death then eat here. They were not busy when I came in. The girl with the long pink fingernails was listening to hear headset and playing with her hair. Never washed her hands. I went back today because they screwed up my order not once but twice yesterday. Called spoke with the manager who said she would refund my money and remake the order. Well never got a refund but they replaced my meal. So I am sitting at one of the only clean tables in the dining room, just watched a kid in a white shirt eat out of the fry bin with gloves on, then go take frozen food out of the freezer with the same gloves!!! I know this is a quick service place but seriously it is truly disgusting. I decided not to eat the remade food. So I sat here watching. This place needs to be shutdown. The young lady with the two inch nails was standing at the front counter on her phone, I attempted to get a picture but failed. Now she is standing there running her hands through her hair! Disgusting. Never will they see my money again. read more

Don't bother ... stood in line 20 minutes and only 2 cars in line. If you're in a hurry this is not your place.

My husband and I decided to grab a sourdough Jack and some tacos for dinner. I ordered on the app. when we got to the window we were told they had no lettuce for the tacos. no biggie. Got home to find our sourdough jacks were not made with sourdough but small cheeseburger buns. Threw it away. the bun was stale and not what we ordered. Just close this location already. We drove 25 min for this only to be disappointed yet again. read more

Sat at the drive thru for about 5 minutes and we were never greeted.. drove up to the window and no one was there.. the restaurant was completely empty. Why say you're open 24 hrs when no one is there? Disappointed. read more

The other day I decided to take my boyfriend here for the first time, being he is not from this country . When we ordered food at the intercom, I noticed that the tone in the man's voice was irritable so I decided to order instead of my boyfriend . When we got to the window, the man gave the total and my boyfriend mistaken the man asking for his age and when he explained he didn't know English, the man replied "I don't care." After his response, I reached for my boyfriends card to pay for the food and the man slammed the window in our faces and proceeded to take orders . 7 minutes later, he opened the window back up for our payment and food. I requested for the managers number and he said it was on the receipt. I found this type of behavior to be very rude of the man saying he didn't care that my boyfriend didn't speak English, and some may even say prejudice . I would not recommend coming here for ANY service. I wish I would've gotten the man's name because I definitely would mention it in this review . All I remember is that he was a middle aged man with a mustache and very heavy southern accent, working the night shift around 8/9 o clock on a Monday night. I hope there are repercussions of this ignorance and this does not happen to anybody else . Thank you . read more

Luna was amazing and we loved her. She was so relatable and funny. Great worker and would recommend her 10/10. love love love her.

Honestly such a reliable spot for a quick bite, higher quality than most other fast food in the area. Staff is always super friendly

Junk food is not the greatest but it's good spot while working late night shift. Never a long line. Better than a few cook outs and Waffle Houses, that's for sure. Never had a problem here. read more

I love jack in the box but this one needs to close. The sign says its open but evidently no one is inside. Sat at the drive through for 2 minutes Saturday August the 6 no hello, wait or anything. Went to Culvers where you get great food and service all the time. read more

I came here before and it wasn't open when you could clearly see people inside. My kids and I visited my sister in North Carolina and we don't have these where we live so we stopped in on our way back home to Georgia. I had the brunch burger, my oldest had a regular burger and my youngest had chicken strips. I think the employee at the register was new because he presented us with the right order but charged me differently. It ended up being cheaper than if he had rang it up correctly so I can't complain, and we got two free drinks out of it as well. This location was also clean and all the employees were very nice. As we get tired of the same old places, this was a nice change. I mean fast food is basically all the same anyway but I always aim to try new places if presented with the opportunity. It's something I enjoy doing. So long story short, us three girls loved our food and I wish we would have been hungry enough to sample some other items, like the tacos or the sauced fries. Too bad we don't have Jack in the Box in our neck of the woods!! But I'm sure we will stop by again on our next road trip. read more

I love the food, but I have so many issues when I go through the drive thru after 9pm. I was here last night, there was no one in there, as I was leaving I saw 2 employees walk in, I waited 10 mins and no one was taking orders at all, I tried calling and no answer, yet I could see them inside talking to eachother so I came to Arbys instead! Super bad management. Should not advertise 24/7 drive thru if its not true. And no signs saying they were closed! Their Drive thru open sign was on though! read more

Avoid this location at all costs. My son loves Jack in the Box but every single time we have visited this location it's been horrible.

You will meet some quality workers at night as long as you are staying real. Much respect.

Absolute slowest service ever there's 2 cars in line and I have waited for about 25 minutes to move once

A picture is worth 1,000 words. Need I say more... I certainly didn't ask for a side of hair with my food. Never again. read more

I only go at night when I get out of work sometimes, but every time I go here I'm greeted with great customer service. The workers are friendly and good at what they do. Never have they messed up an order of mine and never was I unsatisfied with the food! Great prices and fyi the fries are better than McDonalds hands down. Thank you guys if you read this. Keep up the hard work :) read more

What did you do to your chicken strips?! If I wanted pressed and formed I would have gone to McDonald's!

Never open or not properly staffed. Systems down it's always something with this location. They should close this store it's terrible.

Ordered 4 bacon cheeseburger meals, got 3 without bacon... wow...just, wow. Don't waste your time or money.

I love Jack in the Box. Hands down probably one of my favorite fast food places. Regardless what time or condition I'm in the food is the way it's supposed to be. I really don't go to fast food places for lunch because that's probably the worst time to go. Not only will it be packed, but the service is going to be horrible and your order will probably be wrong. I love everything from their 2 tacos for $1.25 to the fantastic burgers offerings. My go to items are the Ultimate Cheeseburger or the Sourdough Jack. Try it and let me know how you like it. read more

I stopped going to this restaurant for much more than a year after getting ill on one of their chicken sandwiches. I will never eat one of those again. Lately I started trying again to see if things have gotten better, being careful to stay away from any chicken products. I've had a few breakfast sandwiches using the drive-through and survived, but here's what happened the last few visits at this location in the restaurant. Ordered two Ultimate Cheeseburgers. Asked for no mayo and ketchup on it. The very slow (first day maybe?) cashier fumbled around for many minutes, screwed my order up and rang up two Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburgers. I knew he had screwed up my order when I had to pay more than the regular price and saw what he did on my receipt. I told him you got my order wrong and he was confused as how to fix it. I needed someone else on the staff to come over and help him. This took about 10 more minutes. They corrected the order but did not refund the difference in the price. I had to tell them they hadn't done that. I wasted 20 minutes plus and when I got the order home, I find they put a ton of mayo (or some sauce) plus ketchup on the burgers. I didn't eat them but no way was I coming back. They also never gave me back my receipt. Probably at least 4-5 gaffes for this one trip and wasted tons of time while other customers were waiting to order. If they are going to put a trainee on shift during normal lunch hours, they'd better at least have a supervisor helping them. This guy looked like he'd never run a cash register before, ever. On another occasion I walked into this store and stepped into a large, wet sticky puddle on the floor in front of the register. Clearly a customer had spilled a soda but nobody bothered cleaning it up. I mentioned this to the cashier and he just nodded, like it was no big deal. I walked out of the store without buying a thing. On another occasion (and the last time I ever plan to visit) I walked into the store and nobody was at the register. A woman who was doing something on the side of the store called over to me and said she'd be right with me. Five minutes plus goes by and I'm still waiting and she's still busy doing something. I walk out of the store and go over to the Arby's next door. I think I'm going to avoid this store from now on as it seems very poorly managed with poorly trained employees that don't know what they are doing. read more

We went to jack in the box on woodruff rd on 5/26 a few minutes before 7. We are the only ones inside. The place is a mess, and one worker is dressed so unprofessionally dressed in dirty, skate shoes, and baggy faded blue jeans with a baggy shirt down to his knees. Very upset with how this place is held up. Food was alright, could've been better. Very disappointed. Not to mention the tables are completely sticky for a place that is not busy they should be cleaning!! read more

Needed a break after several days of going no where due to the C-Virus. Well lets say this place has got a virus much worse. Its called the Lazyazzgrossdirtyslowstankonya virus. I should have known after waiting at the drive-thru for 5 minutes with no answer then pulled around to see WTH was going on inside and low and behold not a dog gone thing. Employees were moving slower than a drunk 90 year old. Everyone was on their phone and could give a care about service, cleanliness, and quality. This place can't be making any money and the idiot that owns it should be ashamed! Never ever go here! read more

I love Jack in the Box but not this location. If you like extra slow service go here. More than 3 occasions this happened to me and my family members. I don't remember it being this way.
