I really tried to give this place a fair shot, but the morning service is just bad -- really bad. You order one thing, they bring out something completely different, and when you point it out, nobody wants to fix it. It's like they'd rather argue than correct a simple mistake. What makes it worse is the attitude. No urgency, no accountability, no effort to make it right. Just a shrug and "that's what you got." Morning service here is trash, and it's frustrating because it shouldn't be this hard to get the food you actually ordered. The 30 minutes that we were in this restaurant we saw at least 5 people come back in with their orders because it was wrong or missing something. The people were not the nicest. They were "out" of chicken nuggets, honey mustard, sweet tea, and dr pepper.. or so they said. The chicken on my bo sandwich had so much fat in it i could barely eat it.. the fries were so greasy and at least cooked 4 times.. burnt. This place made me never want to eat at a bojangles again. I stopped by this Bojangles expecting a quick meal, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The line moved incredibly slowly and the staff seemed disorganized the entire time. After waiting far longer than a typical fast-food visit should take, I finally received my order only to realize items were missing. No apology, no urgency to fix the mistake, just more waiting. If you're in a hurry or expecting basic accuracy, you may want to go somewhere else. This location seriously needs improvement. read more

Larger number 12 sweet tea and fries. Was given a small fry and large drink. When I asked for my large fry i was told it isn't what I ordered. Then the manager copped an attitude. Not a great first impression, but the food is really good. This is my first time eating here. I ordered their chicken sandwich, no mayo. The first one came out with mayo and no pickle. I took it back and they corrected the error, so they have that going for them. The staff was friendly about the issue. Once corrected, the sandwich was really good. I'll probably stop by one more time before heading back west. read more

I don't usually stop at Bojangles since I'm not a fan of chicken. However, we were driving out of town and decided to stop for dinner. I originally was just going to order a biscuit, but I noticed they were offering fish sandwiches. My guess is for Lent. I chose the bojangler and was not disappointed. The fish was warm, crispy, and salty. I chose to have it without cheese and just tartar sauce. What really impressed us about this location was the customer service. Each employee we interacted with was friendly and genuinely looked happy to be there. Plus there was no line, our order was accurate and it was ready by the time we drove to the second window. Overall great experience and we recommend this Bojangles location to others! read more

Use to work at that bojangles, they have mice in the ceiling and all over the floors, it's an extreme health hazard.

Cleaner bathrooms than most Bojangles I've been to. The Egg & Cheese combo is pretty good. They only serve Pepsi products, but the unsweetened tea is decent. read more

We had been on the road for hours and needed gas, so we stopped to fill up and this Bojangles was next to the station, so we decided to give it a try. We had never eaten at a Bojangles, but I must say, it was pretty good. The biscuit and fries were awesome and the chicken was really good. Came through to get fries, had no seasoning whatsoever ever. My biscuit was stacked completely wrong, making it fall apart in my bag. Overall not a good experience. read more

Stopped here with my class on a field trip. Only got grits, $1.09, which were nice and warm for a cold day like today. I just wish it was a bigger cup, not bad for the price though. We ordered our thanksgiving turkey for the first time at this Bojangles. Co-workers raved about their turkey, so we gave it a try. It was great! I was reluctant to do this, but for the first time ever, the turkey was preferred over the Honey Baked Ham by everyone, One caveat: order two at Thanksgiving! One to freeze for Christmas! We discovered that they only sell turkey's for thanksgiving. Also, none of the local stores here in the triangle do this except this one and one in Mebane. I have gone to this restaurant twice and both times my order has been wrong. The first time, I ordered 2 Half Sweet, Half Unsweet Iced Tea's along with my meal. When I drove off I discovered that one of them was fully sweet and the other was fully unsweet. Bojangles chicken is good if its fresh, however what they gave me was cold and had a gray look to it and hardly had any meat on it. The fries were also cold. I should have took the food back to the counter and got a refund but i just threw it away and went to smithfields. read more

Wish I could give a zero. Stopped for a quick breakfast on the way to work at the drive thru. Country ham biscuit (no egg) bo rounds and tea. Ordered simple because I have had problems with the wait before. 8 minutes later I am finally at the window. Still no problem. Worker quickly took my money, handed me my drink and asked me to pull up. Now the problem is only beginning. Was told they were fixing bo rounds fresh and it would only be a couple of minutes. So I pull up and look at the clock. 6 cars at least pull around me for a total of 5 minutes. I thinking "non of these people are getting bo rounds for breakfast". So I park and go in taking my drink that I have not touched with me. Told them I had been waiting at the "please pull up" area for over 5 minutes. They did not even have an ordered marked to be brought out. So, I told them to give me my money back and gave them back their drink. Was there 15 minutes and still left with no food. How can something so easy be so hard. Have had problems getting sporks, sauce, napkins, straws, in the bag with the order here before. They always leave something out. I thought, "I am hungry this will be quick, I will give them one more chance". Look how that turned out. They want have to worry about me anymore! read more

As a white collared business professional I pass through Siler City on Hwy. 64 almost weekly. Typically I go through the Bojangles drive-thru for a snack biscuit and tea. Without failure I am always greeted cordially, served quickly and my food is hot and well prepared. Thank you! read more
