The dining room doors were locked around 2pm and there was a line in the drive thru. It seems that only one employee showed up to work. I walked up to the pay window and the employee apologized and said there's not enough staff and the night crew left it a mess. Ended up going to subway nearby. read more

I've gone twice now, and the food/service is horrible. Honestly, it's a disgrace to the Wendy's name. I ordered online both times, just to get to the restaurant and nothing was prepared, and they weren't aware of my order until I got there. Today, I pull up to the speaker and no one greets me. After a couple minutes a guy comes up that was taking out the trash and says "we're not serving right now, we're cleaning up from last night". I asked what happens to my online order, and he goes inside and comes back and says the manager can take care of me. I sit at the window for another 2 minutes before the manager comes up and asks my name. At this point my online order had been submitted for at least 15 minutes. He comes back after another 2-3 minutes and hands me my food. When I got to work, I opened my first sandwich to see that it's cold, and has the tiniest piece of chicken. I open the 2nd one, and I see that it's been cut in half. It's also not the correct type of chicken. It's the tiny chicken from the $1 chicken sandwich. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if this was leftover from last night. The MANAGER was the one to prepare the food too, so it's bad from the top down here. Never again. read more

This location is the absolute worst. Waited in the drive thru for 7 Mins and was told to hold for a few minutes. Was told this twice, after waiting for an additional 3 mins and the line behind me Growing, with no on checking back in, I drove around to the window to see what the issue was and place my order. The guy at the window said the card reader wasn't working so I would have to get back in line! The line by then was extremely long. I asked why did he not just tell me this initially and he closed the window in my face. Now, I see videos online all of the time of customers exploding inside of these fast food restaurants, and now I can see exactly why some of those events have occurred. It is rude, unprofessional, and provoking to close a drive thru window in a customers face after they patiently waited to place their order. I'm so sure that this will be disregarded by the company, but I chose to leave a review to warn future customers of the expectations of this restaurant. Extremely unprofessional, no value for customers time, and although I was frustrated at that present time, I am totally glad that I didn't order any food from this location because customer service may not only be an issue at this location. I haven't eaten fast food in over a year, and was passing through and decided to stop for some chili. Never again, and thank you for reminding me why I stopped patronizing fast food restaurants. read more

Rudest girl at the window-been through multiple times. The manager brought my food one of the times and I told her the girl really had a bad attitude and the manager rolled her eyes at me and walked off (she was some old woman). I couldn't even believe it. Haven't been back since. The place is randomly open and decides to serve breakfast when they want. I have no clue why this location is open. read more

I went to this location and was discriminated against by a manager named Xavier. I spent $4.89 on a spicy chicken sandwich. It came on a bun with mayo. I got back in the drive thru line and told them that it was missing lettuce and tomato. They gave me another. Before I got out of the parking lot I realized that it had no lettuce and tomato. I went back and was told that they didn't have any. This guy came to the window and refused to give me a refund due to my "attitude" and then threatened to call the cops. I am making a formal complaint but wanted to warn people not to go here. It was a he worst experience. read more

This visit reminds me why I avoid most fast food places. Visit time about 9 pm on a Friday night. Not many food options in Siler City at this time of night other than last food. At the counter I see a sign that said "Please check the number of your combo as some have changed." I look at the sign, correctly give the counter employee of what I want to order (combo 11, "S'Awesone Bacon Chicken"). Employee does not seem to be able to find the combo on the register and calls another employee over, who seems to be a bit arrogant and put out over needing his help. This 2nd employee begrudgingly puts my order in, and I am given a drink cup and told the meal will be brought to my table. I go to the two drink machines/ ice dispensers, with one being completely out of ice and the other doesn't even fill the cup 1/2 way. I take the cup to the counter and ask if they can fill the cup with ice. Mr. Begrudgingly takes the cup and fills it with his total lack of customer service. When my order is ready, my last name is yelled out as if I am supposed to come it is (I was told it would be brought to the table). I did raise my hand and the person I assume was the manager brought it to the table. I opened the sandwich to discover it was not "S'Awesone Bacon Chicken" but was the burger version of it. I looked at my receipt and Mr. Begrudgingly was responsible for the incorrect order. I took the tray to the counter and told the manager that it was not what I ordered. Mr. Begrudgingly passed by the manager and told him "it's being handled." I heard the rather upset line cook fussing that she did what was on the ticket (and she did!) Anyway, I go back to my seat to wait this to be corrected, and got to observe several other things, such as Mr. Begrudgingly whining to co workers that he was so stressed out, and another employee that was working drive though came out to the dining area, hugged two female friends, and then sat down with them at a table. Meanwhile the upset line cook is yelling to Mr. Begrudgingly about what type of chicken was supposed to be on the sandwich because "I need to know before I make it", so Mr. Begrudgingly instead of coming over to ask me, YELLS to me across the dining room. It was finally brought to my table with a mumbled "sorry about the wait" from the original counter person, No excuse for such a situation like this to occur. read more

Every time I go it's just a bunch of guys hanging out in the kitchen and parking lot and they have no clue what they're doing nor do they care. Slow, not clean, not stocked. Few customers and 5 visible employees. Gave 1 bec the order was right. Fries weren't hot though.

The only thing good I can say I'd at least the sandwich and fries tasted good. They were out of all most every kind of fountain drink minus a couple diet choices, there were no napkins at either dispenser, the trash bins didnt even have trash cans under then to throw trash away, the tables were sticky, the sink in the men's room was broken and dangling, the floors were disgusting with trash stains and food all over them, it had a smell inside that reminded me of sewage. One of the fountain drink dispensers in the dining area was out of order, probably because there was no drinks. read more

My friends and I went there today to go grab a bite to eat. You could count all the employees with one hand. We waited in line for 15 min without ordering our food. When there was only one person in front of us. They didn't have anyone at the counter... We just left and got bojangles. I have been here a couple other times and the service is sooo slow.
