First I order my food drove up to drive thru to pick it up and asked for my receipt and the lady slammed the glass windows and walks away totally ignoring me,and I had to wait for someone to ask her to come back and she says what do you want and I said my receipt she says something where I can not here her and begins to check the long line of receipts for mine. This place continues to struggle. Girl at register can't hear to take my order because she won't take her AirPods out. Floor and dinning room stay filthy. Large drink spill under the dispenser that stayed there for over and hour while we ate. Staff has no urgency or clue about customer service. Highly unprofessional! Called at 10:07am to let them know I would be picking up a big order, went ahead and left the order with the manager. Ordered 3 supremes family meals with 2 sides each meal, plus 1 supreme family box. Did not receive my box or one of my sides. And to top it off I let manager know I would be there to pick up around 11-11:30 and when I arrived at 11:35 my order wasn't even started because the manager never gave my order to the employees. It was 11:46 when employees finally got the written down order and he didn't write it down completely hence why my items were missing. This is not on the employees. -000 STARS! I work for GrubHub and had an order come in with the Lincolnton location, mind I was in Iron Station when I got the call. it took me 10 minutes to get there. I go in the store to pick up and notice the order was not ready so I began waiting of course. As I walk in though, there's a lady standing in the front (from the drive thru) that hadn't received one of her items in her bag. They get her her item. She leaves. I then notice there's a Door Dash guy that's been waiting on his order from before I got there. He's frustrated from waiting (he said he was). Then another (older lady) comes in and is complaining about her fries being "straight salt". She showed me her food when she walked in as we began talking. It takes a bit but they get the Door Dash guy his order and fix the older lady's food....before she gets her order fixed she points out to me that they are still serving other people in the drive thru those same shriveled, salty fries. Both the lady and Door Dash guy leaves. I stood a bit longer then finally decided to ask the blonde lady (who's walking around like she's completely clueless of what she's doin) what was taking so long. BUT HERE IS HOW MY ORDEAL HAPPENED. I said,"Excuse me?" No answer, so I said "Excuse me" again, to the blonde lady. I asked her,"how much longer is this order going to take, I've driven 10 minutes to get here to pick up this order plus I've been waiting in here 5-10 minutes and it's still not done". Then I stated "this is ridiculous". Mind, I wasn't rude, I wasn't mean. I didn't fuss, yell, or use any profane language either. She walked off and the next thing I know is a bigger, black lady come walking up to the counter and started telling me that I didn't need to come in there being rude to the workers, That they were understaffed and other stuff. I TRIED to tell her I wasn't being rude. I had asked her (the blonde) a question then tried explaining what I had asked/said to her. She would NOT stop talking over me to hear my side or to even try to let me explain myself in any way, shape, or form. I got frustrated with her being unprofessional because she just refused to hush long enough to hear me out so it got a lil heated between the two of us. Mind I still haven't used any profanity, but now I'm mad and told her to "kiss my butt". That's only because she kept talking over me, NONSTOP! I'm then told by her that "she can tell me to leave." I told her I was getting my order. THEN some tall white guy comes out and says, "let's talk". I'm like "ok", but then am informed I need to step outside to talk???!!!!!! So we step outside and I try explaining to him I didn't get smart with or was rude to the blonde lady, but he's not helping the situation in ANY way. I felt as if I was talking to an incompetent idiot. On top of having a pacemaker and Congestive Heart Failure, my blood pressure is through the roof and my chest and BOTH arms are hurting now. Then a really sweet girl keeps trying to let me know she has my order ready (she's standing close to the doors INSIDE the facility) so I go to open the door and the guy keeps telling me no. So I finally wave the girl to bring it to me at the door. So the really sweet girl comes to the door to hand me the order finally so I take it and tell the guy I'll be calling Corporate over this. He says,"go ahead"?!! I'm thinking "REALLY"?!!! I delivered my order and went home to try to get my heart rate to come down because I felt as if my heart was going to bust. I've not felt good since. I'm really debating on taking this a step further if something is not done because this was BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL and BEYOND UNCALLED FOR. I was treated this way for asking a question. I have been going to the Lincolnton Bojangles for 30 years and never had an experience like today. These guys including the manager have no clue what's going on.. I completely understand the lack of working staff, but to run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant is a joke. I love Bojangles. Where I live, I don't have one near me. So when I come to visit family I make sure I get my fill. So with that said.... I went Monday (12/26) and Sunday (1/1). Monday I went through drive through with my sis in law. We had two separate orders and they forgot to put daughters, sausage biscuit. But we didn't know that until we got home. On Sunday, I went inside with my brother in law and they messed up both orders. Again, didn't realize until we got home. BUT both times orders were messed up, I called and the managers were more then happy to fix orders. They even went as far as replacing my food, to make sure that I was able to eat it hot. I will always love Bojangles but I will be either watching them make my food or take it all out the bag and checking it. read more

Came here for Thanksgiving lunch, and was pleasantly surprised they are open on Thanksgiving until 2pm. Can't beat Bojangles. I grew up in the south, and now live up in the Midwest, so we always have to get some Bojangles when we are visiting! No good fried chicken like Bojangles up here! There actually were a lot of people there when we went, and everything was fresh. They also offer a Fried Turkey for $39.95. Who knew Bojangles did that? Everyone was nice, got our food quickly. Booths that were empty still had crumbs on it, so cleanliness could have been better. Compared to "other" Bojangles, this location is one of the best ones for chicken and biscuits. The fried chicken typically has a nice crispy exterior, the fries are cooked correctly, and the biscuits are always fluff and buttery, never burnt. I stop at this location at least once when I go to the NC mountains from Charlotte, it never disappoints. read more

I have been coming to BoJ's in Lincolnton since it first came here. I have always loved it. It was the best anywhere But for some reason things have gone down hill. I sat in line for ever and when i got my food fries were cold and the new chicken supreme was so hot i couldnt eat it. I dont know what happened. Did someone put way to much hot spices in that batch of chicken. One problem is i dont see any of the older women working there anymore like there use to be.
