We moved to Lincolnton 6 months ago and I have nothing but great things to say about this Chick fil a! The fries are ALWAYS on point. I work in Denver and will literally wait to get chick fil a until I get home to this location, because I'm guaranteed to have better fries! Not to mention all of the employees are so kind, and I've received more app perks here than any other town I've lived in. I appreciate this chick fil a and their staff! read more

This is the worst Chik fil a I have ever been to. Rude staff. They act like it's a chore to take your order. And I saw I guess it was a manager? Yelling and berating employees. Christian company? Just stopped in for a late night dinner. However the restaurant had already closed. Addi, one of the managers was working, and she and her crew let our large family inside. We were treated so well, they allowed us to use the restrooms and even though the even though they didn't have a full menu they allowed us to get what they still had. This place needs to be checked out. Like seriously. I know that lots of people will eat here and not have a complaint but to me I've almost never gotten a correct order. The food since the DAY it opened has tasted weird and off. I've always wondered why that may be. From what I've heard from people who have worked there they aren't doing things by the book and that's scary. I hear management is a gross atrocity. SO let's get to a real story though. Upon finding out that this location for some reason doesn't use a dedicated fryer for their French fries (unlike every other chicfila I've been to) I opt to order a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun. I don't know which funny guy thought giving me a breaded chicken patty was a good idea but to me it was gross and ignorant. People with celiac and gluten intolerances can have serious adverse reactions and even die from consuming gluten. It's a struggle and for someone to purposely do that was gnarly. Maybe go to church or something cuz y'all need God. The food here is bland and doesn't taste good to me, unlike other places. Do better. read more

When you travel a lot - mostly for work - you tend to go to both mom and pop places and chains - and you tend to have a favorite chain - and this is MINE! CFL is extremely consistent no matter what State I'm in - same ole same ole and when the "ole" is as good as it is at CFL - then I like it - yes I ate at CFL and I liked it! Clean - great flavor - though I know they must put something in their food to make it so addicting! Service is always great - considering it's still fast food! Pricing and parking is good here - even though they were extremely busy - it was huge! read more

This place is a joke... Walked in at 1:10 on a Saturday and ordered 3 chik-fil-a sandwiches. 12 minutes we were still waiting for those sandwiches. Noticed no one at this location was smiling. I think everyone was stressed because there was no food. We asked the manager on duty how much longer the wait was and she said "just a second". We waited a couple more minutes before leaving without our food. Couldn't stay any longer. We never did get those sandwiches.... People who have worked for Chik-fil-a know there's no excuse for a Chik-fil-a to be out of Chik-fil-a sandwiches. Ever. This location needs a culture overhaul. read more

Friendly stop off the highway in Lincolnton. The staff were outside keeping the driveway moving quickly. Split some nuggets and fries and ordered two coffees, one hot one iced.. both black. Iced one was made accidentally with cream and sugar. Driveway cashier handled it like a champ and not only made a fresh one correctly, but also told us to keep the sweetened one anyways. Large dining area with plenty of room for large groups. We came in at 630 and walked right in with virtually no wait. I always have a great experience at this location. Other chickfila locations nearby just do not compare to how well run this store is. The employees are kind and my order is always right! I like to stop by here for when my kids need to use the restroom and it is always clean. Sometimes I go through the drive-through if we are looking for something quick for dinner and I swear we get through the 20 car line faster than a 2 car line at any other fast food in Lincolnton. I like how I can get free stuff on my app. read more

For the first time in the history of my Chick-fil-A visits anywhere, I was a little disappointed. I am pregnant, although I don't appear it, and walked in with a one year old on my hip. He's heavy and I'm tired. There was a wait, which is totally fine, except it was slow and there were multiple employees walking around restocking different items. Maybe the other registers were closed, I don't know. When I made my order, I carried my belongings and my baby and the order number with our drink in it to find a table. The smallest table that seemed most appropriate for just my baby and me was at the end of the restaurant. My baby began slipping down my arms and I passed a couple employees, not including what looked like two managers sitting and chatting. I set my stuff down and struggled yanking out a high chair from the tall stack (I'm petite). Then I wiped down the dirty table, gave a just-in-case wipe down to the high chair and finally sat down. No one offered any help. (Not even the fire department which was there and sat and stared.) Near the end of our meal, (which as always, was delicious) one of the employees who passed me earlier may have sensed my disappointment because he asked if everything was okay and helped afterward to clear my trash. That made it better. I was surprised, though, at the lack of service at a Chick-fil-A. Even if off the clock, I believe a manager's best interest is customer care. Ordered a Market Salad Base, no chicken, today at the drive-thru. This is my go-to lunch, having ordered it numerous times at various locations. But this time was different. Upon returning to work and opening the salad I noticed that the apple pieces were 4 huge hunks, not the small bite size pieces normally found in the salad. I cut the pieces into more manageable sizes and also cut the huge pieces of strawberries, blue cheese crumbles non-existant. Long story short...the salad was not up to those I have enjoyed in the past. I called the store & spoke to Michael. Who was rude and made excuses, the fruit comes precut, we are busy, we are doing the best we can do. Well that is not the way to handle. Finally at the end of conversation he finally said "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" Nothing. Just will not be a patron of this location again. read more

this is my 2nd time eating their and it is most definitely my last the first time the prosthions on the nuggets was insane I got 3 tinny bits of meet but I let it go thinking it must just be a bad day go forward 4 weeks and this time we ordered grilled nuggets and I kid you no we got 2 pace of meet that would fit on a teaspoon and not hang over I am not kidding maybe 16.0 grams of chicken this place is a joke you pretend to be christens but rip-off people I dint think so no at this store any way read more
