Stopped in around 6 p.m. on a weeknight and ordered the calabash shrimp.. It was ready to go in less than 10 minutes. It was a huge portion and could have easily been split between two people. It was tasty and came with a baked potato (or fries), hush puppies, and coleslaw. Their cocktail sauce costs extra, but it was very good. Overall, a good place to go for quick, fried seafood. Top notch! So delicious. I was passing through on our way home from the Charlotte airport. We stopped here bc it was take out only and my husband was feeling a little under the weather. He waited in the car, as I went in and ordered. The lady working was very friendly. She was also very helpful, explaining the foods that they had. I asked her for her recommendations. She was very detailed. I appreciated that. We got the flounder and fan tail shrimp combo dinner. She was kind enough to give me a plate to go. She knew I was sharing. We took it across the street and ate outside at Ingles at the outdoor tables. The food was hot, seasoned well and in abundance. Best takeout seafood in the area. I stopped here, by chance, last time I was in the area and fell in love with their food. I had ordered a scallop dinner and food it well prepared, not over breaded and delicious. It was more than I could eat. This time I got the smaller portion fantail shrimp dinner. We have lived here for 24 years but never tried Lincoln Seafood. My family suggested that we try them. We were very impressed with the serving size. The food was very good. They have a very good system on checking people in and out. While I was waiting on my order I met several of my neighbors picking up their orders as well. Best seafood place around Lincolnton, great family owned business and the customer service is amazing. There is no seating inside of the restaurant so to go is the only way to go. Eat it in your car or take it home, but be aware your car is gonna smell amazing for awhile. Probably hands down the BEST seafood in Lincoln county. Always very fast, and they have NEVER got my order wrong. Or left anything out.

Had'nt eaten here in a while so on her way home my wife stopped at Lincoln Seafood and picked up dinner. Yummy salt and pepper catfish that was fried right and not greasy. We have never had a bad meal here. Also any item can be prepared salt and pepper style or for an extra kick order extra pepper. Large portion sizes too. My wife and I can split a large plate and both have plenty to eat. I also like the condiments here. You can taste the horseradish in the cocktail sauce that is spicy but not blow your head off hot and the tarter sauce is not overly sweet as some are. Sides are good. Slaw is mayo based which we don't like, but the pups, fries and onion rings are good. Baked potatoes are iffy and can be overly cooked and hard as ours was last night. The only bad thing, if you can call it that ,is this place is a take out only. So depending how far away you live, you may have to reheat your meal when you get it home. On Friday and Saturday nights this place is usually packed so call ahead to avoid a long wait. If your in the area and wanting some good seafood, this is the place to get it. Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday 4-8pm Thursday 4-9pm Friday and Saturday 11am-9pm read more

SUCH MUSHY fish, tried it again, after several months was hoping they had got their act together, NOT, fried fish is not supposed to slime off when you pick it up, fried white fish and perch was so mushy and greasy could not pick it up, it slimed off in hands, the good reviews has to be from people most likely young people that do not know what real fish camps are and how fish is supposed to be like, NOT LIKE THIS, they went out of business once, they are on their way out again I am sure. read more

I am writing this review due to my concern about the customer service. The food was good but if the customer service is lousy you might as well be eating spoiled food. When our order was placed over the phone it was clearly stated as 2 senior grilled salmon. When we went to pick up the order it sounded as if the order was read back as two child grilled salmon as well. When we sat sown to eat the order was wrong. A call was placed back tot he restaurant and a lady answered, maybe the one who took the order, and when it was being explained to her about how the order was wrong she caught what you would call an "attitude". Then the owner and/ or manager got on the phone and he was trying to make it a supreme court case on how it was our fault the order was wrong. Since I am not as patient as my friend I told him thank you and hung up the phone. We were not asking them to replace anything and if he would have stopped long enough trying to blame us he would of have known that we just wanted to make them aware that the order was not correct. Like I said in the beginning I do not care how good your food may be if your customer service is lousy you might as well be eating spoiled food. This was definitely lousy customer service. read more
