Stopped in for breakfast to go. The place was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The lady, name tag said manager, took a minute to take my order. Then she grabbed my cup and tossed it back and forth in her hands while she talked to another worker about her birthday and her car. Finally she saw me and realized what she was doing, then gave me the cup. My food was ready before I got my cup filled so service was fast. It was 8:15 pm, and they were out of Bo's chicken, wings, and thighs. Was told they were out of fries after I had already paid. I requested a refund and, who I assume to be the manager, asked if I wanted to wait for the fries to be ready. Did not get the Mac n cheese or mashed potatoes I ordered. Ok so I had to jump on and give this Bojangles a good rating! The service was quick and they laughed at my husbands jokes so there's that! First off they sell breakfast everyday! We had the Cajun chicken biscuit and they didn't disappoint! The Bo tato rounds (hashbrowns) were tasty too! The biscuits were delicious! I should have gotten a few for the road! Stopped in for a couple of quick grilled chicken sandwiches for lunch. Lady communicating the order to the kitchen made sure to describe each of our special orders to the cook to make sure they were right, and they were perfect! Cashier was slow and clearly did not care about her job. Th order of customer in front of me took 30 mins from when he walked in to get his food and the order was completely wrong. He ordered a steak bucket and got chicken. (Honestly I think he got my order) Team member Avafin (Spelling?) she said they call her Red, jumped in and corrected his order and then got mine made fresh. She gave us both extra biscuits for our wait. There was a line behind me of at least 6 people waiting. As the prior gentleman was very vocal Red stated she was not the manager, the girl on the register is. The "manager" did not speak up, interact or even pick up her pace. I asked for her name and she quietly said Shelia (Spelling?) with an attitude. The dust on the front of the biscuit rack near the cash register was discussing and they were out of orange juice.
