Bojangles is good fast food. On the busiest of days a two piece all white with mashed potatoes and gravy was perfect. I have never had sausage gravy on potatoes before but it was surprisingly tasty. The folks at the drive through always great me with a smile. I don't really mind the wait but I noticed twice that three or four cars behind me left. Bad business to loose customers! I really like the staff they're very nice ! I eat here a lot! Your mileage may very at peak times when the staff does not have time to reset. + Delightful classical music during your meal proving an atypical fast-food experience. = Participation in national Bojangles promotions is very hit and miss and the staff has no way of making it right when the franchisee decides to ignore the ads. - Staff at breakfast frequently treats counter customers as an afterthought. On a recent visit, another customer and I walked out after 5 minutes of not even being greeted while they actively took drive-through customers and talked amongst themselves. - Experience at the front is heavily dependent on the staff with a very distinct A crew and B crew from a leadership perspective. All of my bad experiences have been when the same crew is in place and most of my good experiences are when the other morning shift leader is on site. Score: With some training, a better franchisee, and some consistent leadership, this place could go back to being a top-tier breakfast spot for me. Until they make these changes, it is going to be exceedingly rare for me to stop in and I will be actively warning others to find another place for their biscuit fix. Manager completely ignored me at the counter for 5 minutes, but helped the woman that walked behind me instantly. Maybe as a white male, I'm out of place to say this, but I have never felt prejudice in a store until yesterday. The black couple next to me ordered a friend chicken meal. The manager was clearly becoming frustrated because of the couples less than friendly attitude; but the part that rubbed me wrong was hearing her specifically ask if they wanted "honey or hot sauce with your fried chicken." I had some hungry youngsters to feed so when to Bojangles. I bought their 12 piece tail gate special which was supposed to feed 6 people. The 12 pieces provided were 5 legs, 5 wings and 2 thighs. It was a ghost town had staff hanging out in the lobby on their phones chilling and still somehow have an attitude when I try to order and start being rude for no reason. Bojangles has the best Cajun Filet Biscuit in the area. The spicy Chicken deep fried chicken breast on a warm buttery biscuit just hit home every single time. Of course I my palate is a bit southern and weird, but I like mine with mayonnaise, and let me tell you the mix between the two is perfect. The Bo-Tater Rounds are like massive hash browns flavored with spices (onions and garlic and some others) they should always be a choice for your side especially with breakfast. If you are there for breakfast, you gotta get the Bo Berry Biscuit too. Honestly just order one of everything, it will be one of the best fast food breakfast ever. Some of the best biscuits. For lunch and dinner, the two piece with mashed potatoes and gravy is a home hitter for me. Overall I will be back, I will continue to come back. The service at this location is perfect! Very fast drive-through service. You usually don't have time to pull your money out before you are at the window and they are handing your order to you. Employees are very polite! A small, but nice feature, is they have a trash can in the drive thru lane so you can dump your trash. read more

So the last time I came I had to resort to drive thru with the pandemic going on and what not but that won't stop me from giving it a chance. Bojangles on 72 is always on point with service and freshness of their food. I had gotten a few Cajun filet biscuits, bo berry biscuit and a gravy biscuit. Considering the drive was about 7-8 minutes with the AC on since it was in July the food was shockingly still piping hot. That tells me if I had taken a bite driving I may had regret it. Stopped by after church, famished, and ordered 4 piece Supreme dinner. I was not aware that we should have specified 'bone- in'. We circled back and talked to Ms. Johnson their Unit Mgr who said she'd 'make it right' and that she did! Or second time to a Bojangles and the chicken was probably the best we've ever had, with sides and biscuit delicious also. Could NOT have been happier, or treated better. I thought I was lucky to be the only customer in the drive thru. I placed my order of an 8 piece (drumsticks only). I was then informed that it would take 30 mins. The best breakfast sandwiches I've had. Way superior to other fast food restaurants. My favorite is the bacon, egg and cheese, although the country ham is a close second. There's something about their hash brown bites that really sets them above any others, too. I really need to check out their lunch and dinner items, to see if they are just as good. read more
