This is probably one of the best Bojangles in the state just because service is pretty decent. They are fast, pretty efficient, and typically get your order right. As much as I truly love Bojangles, all those are sometimes hard to accomplish for the chain. The location nearby the E pier but inside the main airport body makes it pretty convenient - however if you are not near this location, there is another that is likely closer to you.

This placed always hits and this is my new go to. The Bo berry and a spicy filet. Out together like a Sammy. So good.

I haven't been to a Bojangles in years and as a northerner I don't have easy access to one. On a recent trip to NC, I had the opportunity to visit again. While my memory of previous experiences was quite good, my visit here was mixed. The young lady behind the counter was absolutely disinterested and unfriendly. I ordered a chicken biscuit with tater tots. The tater tots were fantastic. The biscuit was quite good but the chicken was very dry and overcooked.

Beautiful establishment outside& in. Clean, easy to locate, and friendly service. Breakfast all day sounds amazing but they add those Perfect Biscuits, and that elevates it. Thank you for a delicious mouth watering biscuit sandwich. Hot & fresh. Very enjoyable . YES I recommend it

three-piece dinner, one leg and two thighs, iced tea on the side

When you're at the point for looking for anything to eat, I'm willing to try something new. Have never eaten here before and keeping expectations realistic, I tried the three-piece dinner meal, which includes one leg and two thighs. The meal includes a soft drink and a choice of sides. They did not have coleslaw so I punted to french fries. Let's start with the good. The iced tea is excellent. Not too sweet and not too bland. Onto the next best thing which would be the fries. a little on the soggy side, but not enough to really affect the overall favor. I'd rate them as a pretty good fry. As for the chicken... meh. A lot of coating, not much chicken, and a tad on the spicy side. Not that there's anything wrong with spicy. I like spicy. A bit on the greasy side, but overall everything was about average. Credit to the folks work there as the meal came out hot and very quickly.

In line ready to eat !!!!!!!!!

Can't go wrong with Bojangles freshly made biscuit. Egg and cheese biscuit in the morning help me wake up and walk to my gate. Taste just like any other franchise outside but it is a little more expensive. Like a dollar more. But you can look at planes or TV while you eat There are I think 2-3 Bojangles in the airport. I am talking about the one in the food court in terminal D/E

It was two hours before close and only 4-5 of the 16 meal options were available. The workers were nice but the service was slow. The meal was a standard chicken strip and fry, but the Bo Berry biscuits were really good!

The Bacon, Egg, Cheese Biscuit Combo

As I was waiting for my next flight, I decided to try Bojangles since I've been to one before. The line to order was relatively fast since the limit menu was very easy to read. I decided to try the Bacon, Egg, Cheese Combo meal which included the Bo Rounds and a drink. The price was reasonable considering it's the airport. Within a few minutes, my order was ready. I was able to grab a chair at one of the communal counters. Actually, the meal wasn't bad.... The biscuit is larger than McDonald's biscuit. Being at the airport, the views were not bad. For fast food, this restaurant was not bad.

Chicken tenders

No lunch and dinner during breakfast. The chicken tenders was mediocre. Seasoned fries was not the best. This location is at terminal B, so a good stop if you're in the area. The service was extremely fast, which I appreciated. This was my first time here and will be my last for breakfast. Will have to try again for lunch or dinner some day.

I usually like Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits, but this one was A-OK. I had a connection at the Charlotte Airport, and had taken a red eye from Seattle, so was starving. I was happy to learn there was a Bojangles at the airport, so walked to the B terminal just to get some breakfast here and even before Bojangles opened, there was a line outside the eatery. Soon after it opened, staff started to take orders and food came out fast. Service is very quick and efficient, which is especially nice since you're at an airport and have to be mindful of time to catch your flight. People didn't wait long to get their orders. I ordered the fried chicken biscuit breakfast combination, which came with hash browns and a beverage. I can't say I'd order it again though because the fried chicken was super dry. I was regretting not getting a sauce, which would've helped the dry chicken, but I'm mostly disappointed that a place that prides itself on its chicken had such dry chicken. However, the hash browns were delicious. They were basically fried potato circles, larger than tots and very flavorful. Hopefully if I have Bojangles again, the chicken will taste better.

Sausage biscuit

It was my first time trying Bojangles, and I went in excited because I'd heard it's a classic. Though I dare not read the calorie count for anything on Bojangles' menu, the Bo Berry Biscuits were fantastic -- a nice treat to start my morning, and something I'd definitely get again. The sausage biscuit was very dry, which was disappointing. Not sure if I got a bad one, if it's just the airport location, or if that's typical for Bojangles, but I wasn't crazy about it. But the service was fast, which is especially a plus in an airport setting. I'm glad I tried it, and I'm not against going back to get more Bo-Berry Biscuits, but you won't find me running back to Bojangles the next time I'm around one.

Spicy tenders with buffalo sauce and Mac n cheese
Jamie S.

Stopped for a quick lunch before a connecting flight. It's decent chicken and great biscuits. I enjoyed the Mac n cheese too. The cashier was quick with getting the line helped. Not too long of a wait. It's in a food court style area, so it has decent seating around. Overpriced, but that's any airport meal.

I don't know what it is about frozen yogurt places that makes people become mindless idiots but the people in front of me seemed to be confused by the whole frozen yogurt process and how to order. The girls working there didn't help either as there were three of them on staff but more engulfed in their conversation about their latest tattoo than reducing the size of the line. Ordered the white chocolate macadamia nut and it was meh. Paid more to have fresh strawberries on it and soon found out that they put the strawberries in the middle of the cup of yogurt rather than on it-not a fan. That is just asking for a trip to my dentist right there, baby girls at Yovana, please let me decide if I want the strawberries in or on top of the yogurt.

Just tried it last week as I was killing time during my layover back to SFO and I was b-l-o-w-n a-w-a-y by how awesome the frozen yogurt was! I had a swirl of chocolate & macadamia nut, and seriously, it tasted like an all-night party in my mouth (don't be gross, I mean it in a heavenly way). Everything is made fresh daily, and was the creamiest, most flavorful, fresh frozen treat I've ever had. If you ever have to deal w/ a crappy layover @ CLT, do yourself a huge favor and make life go from arrrgh-to-amazing with a swirly-poo of Yovana. I struggled with - 1 star b/c the ladies serving were so friggin' slow (despite the line, mind you), but then again, it is the South, and me thinks they're on a different clock than the rest of us. They were very nice though!

So McDonald's is just Iike the other fast-food majors ... some people love them and some people…read morehate them. Same for Wendy's. There is one of each of these on opposite corners just outside Charlotte Douglas Airport ... on Boyer Street. They couldn't be more different. On Tuesday, June 4 the CLT airport was under big stress ... rain and electric storms caused a ground stop for outbound, stranding inbound to sitting on the tarmac on the outskirts. Long story short, everything was delayed 2 1/2 hours. Some drivers waiting for arrivals took advantage of the delay to go get some fast food. We drove over to the Boyer Street McDonalds but saw they had a long line at drive-thru, so we went across the street to Wendy's ... big mistake. We sat for minutes in the drive-thru at Wendys without moving, so we went inside ... big mistake. Three or four peeps were working that night, but you'd swear no one knew what they were doing. We stood behind an ill-informed patron talking to an ill-informed employee as they talked over each other. Eventually we left and went back across the street to the McDonalds. Now back at McDonalds some of the drive-thru had worn off and the wait wasn't too bad. But cheers to all the service people we talked to ... they were friendly, and knowledgeable. At payout we had the sweetest little lady take care of us ... she made the trip worthwhile. Food was the good usual McDonalds, nothing fancy just good fast food ... hot and fresh. Four stars for McDonalds and one star for Wendys. Next time we'll just go straight to McDonalds.
