My friend found this spot and I have to say, I'm not going to say the "S" word - because it didn't apply. It was all Hospitality. The first interaction was like we had stepped into someone's home and were told to make ourselves at home. And the rest was the same. The gentleman walked us through the menu. Pretty much the entire line up of options. Not a condescending or impatient tone - warm and welcoming. Same with the next person. Even convinced my friend to get a dessert. Not that I need my arm twisted. The dining area was well kept. Clean. The condiments were well stocked and organized. I saw two different team members taking care of business there even asking if I needed anything. Bathrooms were immaculate. Don't see that very often - at least I don't in public places. The food was what we were looking for. Comfort food. With taste, not muted - just good flavor and consistency. A far cry from the bland, dry foods we had experienced the days prior. It was one of the first meals I really enjoyed on this trip to NC. Not saying that others were bad - they just didn't align with my taste preferences/expectations. Something about how Fried Chicken and Pork Chops are prepared in the South (or NOT California). Tender. Juicy. Mac & Cheese - not watery or overcooked. And I don't think I've ever had bad collared greens in my life. It's one of the handful of green vegetables I love having. Almost forgot parking. It's in kinda a plaza/strip mall setting. Free space and lots when we went (lunch). Not having to look for or pay for parking is always a plus for me. So, it's a chain. But I'd definitely go back. I almost ordered more but was saving the stomach space for dinner.

A sister concept to Noble Smoke, this original location on Freedom Drive is located on the same premise. They are small, and the menu is very focused. Fried chicken sandwiches, tenders, and nuggets. But they do it so well! The meat is cooked and breaded to perfection, and they use Duke's Mayo along with buns from the owners bakery called Copain I believe. Jim Noble is a well known restauranter and it is clear if you've been to any of his restaurants that he is passionate about what he does. Bossy Beulah's is a perfect example as it is a small simple concept that absolutely nails all of the small details to provide a high quality meal.

Music was playing in the background not too loud but just right (at least for me). Customer service was very welcoming and helped me out because this was my first time there at their establishment. *on to the food* I ordered a chicken sandwich and some chicken tenders. That chicken sandwich was so flavorful. It wasn't too crunchy as well. I despise crunchy chicken like I'm eating on chips and this was far from that. The chicken tenders were very good as well, no complaints. They have a homemade lemonade, nothing to scream about but it was good. The reason for a 4 out of 5, is because of their ranch. I felt like it was freshly handmade but it just had a different taste to it. It wasn't hidden valley lol or wing stop type of ranch. Regardless, though, I can buy my own ranch and whenever I do go back to Charlotte, I will definitely be coming back here to get some chicken.

I picked this for a few reasons, the price wasn't insane, it can easily be eaten with your hands, and doesn't need to be warm. We got in the line, and soon realized it wasn't moving, somehow the one only person working the cash register was creating a bottle neck, and the 4 other people "working", were in no rush to get the orders through, they didn't jump on the other register or try to assist him, they were just sitting around waiting for the cashier to get the orders in. Once the orders got in, the others were quick to get them made and sent out, but no one seemed to have any sense to help the struggling cashier. I ordered a ham and provolone sub, which once ordered came out relatively quick. But in the end, I realized I had picked the wrong dinner option. The sub was pretty bad, they seemed to really drench the bread with oil, I think? It was very overpowering, and made everything greasy. All of the toppings were slipping out of the sandwich and I could only eat about half of the sub. One because of the flavor, and two because I didn't want that much oil to destroy my stomach on a cross country flight. This definitely has left a bad impression in my mind for any other future visits to Jersey Mikes, and seeing all the other bad reviews on here for this location, I hope someone will take notice and make some changes.

The line here was much longer than any other fast food spot I saw around, and at least one customer left due to this--several others were commenting as I heard them waiting for their orders to come up. I wasn't in a huge rush so it was well worth the 15-20 minutes I spent in line/waiting for the sandwich. But it will take longer than other spots, so I would not go with this if you are in a time crunch (at least based on the time I went)!

It was a lot of fun but there are definitely some things that would have made this experience a little smoother for us. Overall, the price is very reasonable when split between the group. One very easy and good improvement would be to move the TV screen to the back of the room. It's positioned in the same area as the "stage" so everyone had to turn their backs to read the lyrics which just felt silly. For a room fit for 25, more mics are needed! I think it's 2 per room regardless of the size. The most frustrating part of our experience is that our YouTube queue was somehow shared with another room's. We would add songs, they would delete them. Random songs would show up in our queue, we would delete them. We didn't realize it until about 20 minutes in. When we told an employee about this, they weren't aware and didn't know what to do about it, but that's definitely something that needs to be sorted out for a better experience. Space-wise it's definitely pretty cramped although you could say that it made things more intimate. Food was good though! I've also had a lot of karaoke experiences where tambourines are included for added fun. Definitely wasn't expecting this, but that could be a fun addition! Overall I've had better karaoke room experiences but I would still go back again and recommend to anyone who's never done this before!

Came here with a group of ~20 friends to do a karaoke night. We had a lot of fun as a group, but…read morethe actual karaoke experience was not great. My feedback: 1. Add more mics in each room - there were only 2 mics in our room. When I did this style of karaoke before there were 5 or 6 mics so it was easy for the whole group to participate. Our room only had 2 mics. Yes we could share and everyone was able to sing along even if they didn't have a mic, but being able to sing into the mic and pretend you're a pop star while you're up on stage is part of the fun. 2. Rearrange the TV screens/furniture - the "stage" area is on the same wall as the TV, so whoever was singing had to turn their back on the audience to look at the words. 3. Fix the song queuing experience and train staff on how to use/troubleshoot - our group's songs kept disappearing from the queue, and we figured out about halfway through our session that there was a technical issue resulting in two different rooms adding songs to the same queue. When we asked the staff for help they had no idea how to fix the issue. These things are all pretty important to the karaoke experience, so we won't be coming back to this location. However, the rooms at the Noda location are set up a lot better, so we'll probably try there if we go again.

My daughter and I were hungry after leaving a meeting and decided to stop by a nearby Bojangles. We decided to go inside even though It was a little busy ,but we had no problems with waiting. From the start, the customer service was friendly. Our cashier, Desiree was very nice and greeted us with asking our orders. One of the items purchased was the 8 pc Chicken Meal. At the time, I didn't realize I was overcharged. Instead of paying the advertised promotional price of $19.99, I paid $28.99 for the meal. I did ask the cashier about it but she wasn't sure how to proceed with correcting the error. I told her I understand and that I would reach out to customer support for further assistance. Let me tell you, that the food was so freshly prepared and Desiree, made sure I had all the condiments such as the jelly, etc..and she even included the plates. Even if it wasn't a promo going on, it definitely was worth the price especially feeding a family of 4. Moving forward, I did reach out to customer support by email and they responded back with a very quick response which was a phone call made to me by their Area Manager named Tamileo Wakefield, who made it right. Mr. Wakefield and Bojangles have gone over and beyond with the customer satisfaction of granting me with my refund of a gift card that I wasn't expecting that covered beyond the promotion price. I just wanted to share the praise with everyone including Bojangles, specifically Mr. Tamileo Wakefield , with sharing the compliment that you are the GOAT ( " Greatest of All Time"). Thank you for providing such great customer service to your customers. Together you all make a difference and a great team. Mary Ann Barr

I sat down & tried 3x through various QR codes to submit my order. Per the suggestion of the woman walking around. Shame on me for not realizing you cannot order an alcoholic beverage through the QR code if not at the bar. And bigger shame on the woman that came over & told me to keep trying (hence the subsequent 2 QR code attempts). Why does she not know the system limitations about alcohol if she works here?! I told her my order & she said keep trying. Truly, WTF. Later I ordered food through the QR code bc the woman was rarely to be found since there are QR codes for ordering. Which I saw had registered the drink order I placed direct through the woman. Well she came by & let me know that I should've told HER I placed a food order through the QR code. Because she only happened to notice my food!! And since I hadn't told her, it was likely she could've never brought me my food. Literally why are you even here then? What is your actual job if you're not a food runner??? What do you actually do here? You don't educate people on how to use the QR code, you don't pay attention to food pick ups, you barely bus. What're you doing? Getting your steps in? Fully automated dining cannot come soon enough. This place exemplified it. The computers were more helpful than the people here. What'd I tell you? Incredible. Also! They have the option to "hold" the coleslaw. I'm LMFAO at that one. See the photo.
