Absolute dogshit experience. The ai was trying to contemplate me wanting ranch for 5 minutes so then the work who sounded like he had just got back from a 5 day bender in Cabo took my order. Pulled to the window and he gave me my drinks which my doctor pepper tasted 20x watered down and said its 6 minutes on the chicken sandwiches. I pulled to the parking spot and it took them 20 minutes for 4 chicken tenders and 2 chicken sandhwich meals. Forgot my ranch and had no sympathy for being so slow and incompetent. Made an order at the drive thru and they told us to pull in front and they would bring it out after they were done making it. We waited over 30 minutes and no one came out. We went back around to the drive thru and discovered that they didn't make the food at all, they just had us sitting in the car for no reason. Not really sure if I was happy with the order or not. When you order at this location your order is taken by an AI computer. There were quite a few things that we got that were not to our request. It's kind of hard ensuring that your order is correct with a computer. The guy at the window wasn't exactly the employee of the week. Very short and curt. Husband went in about 8:50am today for breakfast items as I waited in the car. About five minutes later he came out of the restaurant empty handed. As we drove back home, I asked what happened, thinking they were out of what we wanted. My husband said there were three people behind the counter joking and laughing. He wasn't acknowledged or welcomed, just ignored. So we went elsewhere and will check Bo Jangles off our list for future visits. The least you can do is let customers know you see them and will be with them shortly. Just ignoring them, and you see they saw you walked in, is rude. I love this location! The morning crew is ALWAYS on top of it. They take my order fast, and have my food bagged up and ready by the time I get to the window. My breakfast always comes out amazing and super tasty. The only complaint I have is that the biscuits are so butter, that they fall apart when you take a bite... if you wanna call that a complaint. I am seriously thrown off by the negative reviews. All these years I didn't know what I was missing. For fast food, this place is great. The food is hot and the employees are on it. They don't get the most traffic, but the restaurant is great and spacious to dine at. I've been to this location twice now, and every time our food has come out pretty quickly. The chicken is pretty good and I love how they have multiple side options on the menu. The biscuits aren't the best I've ever tasted, but you can't beat it for the price you are paying. Bathrooms were dirty, toilet paper all over each stall, trash cans visible because the doors were off the hinges in the restaurant, no unsweetened tea, and then was told they were out of napkins! You feel like you're entering a fast food place you feel like you coming to a friends house. Ive been here just visiting, and it was refreshing to actually see great customer service.
