Was craven a biscuits n gravy got it to take home after getting home was going to eat open up the tray i was Very disappointed the biscuit was open look like it may had a spoon full on each biscuit. Hahahahahaha...if this Bojangles doesn't satisfy you, you are unable to be satisfied. They are always properly staffed. Their wait times are small and the the food is on point. The Food was great!! The service was terrible !! We waited 40 minutes for 2 8pc Tailgate Boxes. I actually had to come in and see what was going on with my order while they all looked confused on what to do. She told me 17 minutes wait . After 20 minutes of waiting in the car I went in and waited longer! then the girl behind the counter says the people inside eat first . Had never been to a Bojangles previously. The food was good but the service was terrific! People were so friendly and accommodating.

Food came out fine, no issue and it's exactly what you expect from bojangles. What gets me, is what kind of business tries to charge you 19 cents for sauce and gets upset when you ask for it? Better question, why not go a few more miles down the road to Chik-fil-A and get free sauce with no objections? There's too much competition to pull that nonsense. This place was nasty and disgusting. Staff was rude with meth teeth. Manager was illiterate and couldn't comprehend what I was saying. Maybe she didn't want to because she couldn't profit from it. She seemed too busy with her male coworker in her office to pay a complaint much attention. She certainly made me wait long enough while she socialized. By far the WORST fast food restaurant ever. We have been countless times and everytime they forget something or when we ask for PINK sugars they give us YELLOW. The manager is rude, dismissive, and makes his workers deal with customers who have an issue. And when he runs the drive Thru you can't hear anything over the speaker. And god forbid your missing something? Make sure you have a receipt because they never give you one, but won't deal with you if you don't have one. Had to get ahold of corporates number so now they're watching them and sending in secret shoppers because they've had so many complaints. read more

Seems like a lot of people have been upset with this restaurant for several reasons but my experience went fine! I ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich, fries and a drink and I thought it was better than chick filet! My only beef here is the prices seem to be a little high, although I know prices are rising everywhere, But if you need something fast to get on your way to a job or whatever the convenience works for me . Some times of the day it is impossible to go to the take out because it gets so busy. I go by there, see the enormous line of cars and go on to subway or somewhere else where I can be served faster. Ok went inside to order and eat. Waited 10-15 minutes before anyone started taking orders. There was three people in front of me. While Me and the three people in front waited, I watched four cars pull up to the drive through sign and order then pull up pay and get food before anybody that worked here ever came over to take orders of the people waiting inside. The only thing the manager seemed concerned about was drive through ticket times. He could be heard serval times saying need to hurry up on ticket time. When I finally got to order I got a Cajun Filet club combo and ask for no tomatoes. I'm ticket even says No Tomato, when I got sandwich there was not one but three slices of tomatoes on the sandwich. Also was asked for here or to go. I said for here (eat in). When I got the order it was in a to go bag, again ticket says eat in. Not sure anybody is paying attention to to what the tickets say. I want everyone to understand that I really like Bojangles in general. I think they have the best fries. But when you go by at 1pm and get cold hard fries you know that this place is struggling. From the time I walked in and got into line ordered and received my food it had been 25 minutes wait time. I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I didn't have another 1/2 hour to wait on more fries. Not once since this place has opened have i gotten a fresh meal that hadn't been sitting around for what looked and tasted like Hours.... I usually go through the drive through, picking up a family meal on the way home. I've given up on them. Been there three times in the last month, and not once did they get my order correct. The chicken is spicier than the usual Bojangles and the beans are so dry they were inedible. I'm a fan of Bojangles, but not this restaurant. read more
