The management doesn't know what they are doing at all. The drive through employees are not trained. More orders are wrong because no one can read or understand what people have ordered. Ordered a gallon of sweet tea this morning, October 21st. Poured a glass and it tasted off. The sticker date was October 18th. I tried calling the number provided (which is listed in maps, yelp, and on the website) 4 times and and it went straight to voicemail each time, stating that the caller does not a voicemail box set up. Do not recommend. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin in the drive thru but received a ham, egg, & cheese McMuffin packaged in a sausage wrapper. Reading goes a long way as well as quality control. The creamer I ordered with my coffee was not in the bag either. read more

Twice in one week screwed by this store. On Sunday11/28 my wife used the app on her phone to order breakfast for her Sunday school class. We pulled up to the parking spot and notified them we were here , after 25 minutes I went inside and they gave the first bag of food after they added hash browns to it(they said that was the delay. When I got back to the car and checked the bag my wife noticed it was not what we had ordered. I returned inside and asked for the manager and they said she wasn't available . They filled another bag and gave it to me and when I got to the car it was still missing produce. At this point my wife went inside and went through the order piece by piece and finally got the correct order. Total time 20 minutes. -Apologies from any McDonalds worker . ZERO. Second Try , we were running late Monday evening and McDonald's showed an in app special of buy one get one free. My wife attempted to sign in for 10 minutes and could not get logged in. When I pulled up to the speaker I explained my situation and they took my order. When I get to the window they said they had to have a code. I tried to explain and they said no code , no discount. Again I asked for a manager and no response. Unfortunately they have a lock on food on Monday night unless you want Italian or Japanese they are it. read more

WARNING to not make mobile orders here.. do not expect a refund if you find hair in your food. two times. Once we made a mobile order they locked the doors (this was late at night) so went to the drive thru and said they didn't have any orders and to leave and shut the door in our face, after calling like 20 times we had to file a report with our bank. Then second time I have a dark some hair in my Mcchicken,. I went inside and asked for a refund and they refused until I had to make a scene and then they gave me my money back. The worst I've ever been to on the night shift. Food slopped together, never the right thing you ordered and even though their sign says 11, the young workers quit at around 1045 even if cars are in the line. Seen numerous people outside blowing the horn even around 1050 just to be ignored by the workers inside. Need to quit hiring kids or pay them better, horrible system. read more

Most of the time they are good. But I would like to know why you leave an inch or more space from the top of the MCFlurries? The manager Stacy said it was policy. Just now ordered some biscuits and the top of each biscuits is missing half the bread. Don't ever order anything that they deep fry bc it is gross taste like 3 year old grease. And when you say or show a manager they don't care act like it's your fault. Most of the time when you order a sweet tea you get unsweetened. We live in town in valdese and unfortunately stop here a few times a month out of the idea of it being "fast food" truth is we always regret it the minute we get in line. It's always backed up, even outside of peak times. Then when you finally get your food they usually leave out at least one item, or give you too many of the same item instead of the correct, they've even given us happy meals without toys which is very difficult to explain to two toddlers 1 who got a toy and who didn't. In fact I've been in a drive through, sitting here blocked in for ten minutes before deciding to leave this review, and 5 cars on the outside lane have pulled out and left and I would have if I could get out of line. read more

It took them 15min one day to get us through line. They were not that busy. I ordered two mcdoubles no onions. I checked the bag I had two burgers with the no onion stickers attached to them. I got home and took a bite of my burger.... Guess what onions.... I get sick when I eat onions. :( To top it off the one thing that makes mcds even worth a darn is being open 24/7. Closest McDonalds to where I live,but worst service and workers I have ever run into at any McDonalds. Today waited about 15-20 minutes for 2 gravy biscuits and 2 Sausage egg mcmuffins - said they were waiting in eggs, but eggs were cold when delivered. Was late for an appointment - they brought it to the car and we hit the road only to discover there was no fork or spoon for grandaughters to eat gravy biscuit. Too late to turn around. So, I get in there and wait 15 minutes for a small order. Kind of irritating, but oh well. I get home and take a bite of a fry and it's cold AND has a chemical-ish taste to it..
