I actually feel bad about reviewing fast food restaurants because it's fast food... it's going to be nasty, it's going to be average... whatever. That being said, this is the closest McDonald's to me and I have filed a formal complaint with the company. I visited McDonalds Tuesday (3-10-20) around 3:50-4pm, and asked for my nuggets to be well done. Only because, the new nuggets taste soggy and aren't as crispy, I was told a rude NO. By an employee, (I was kind of taken aback, why would they be so rude??) then a second employee came over the speaker and told me no, because it was a safety precaution? (If they can drop my fries and make them well done, why cant they do the nuggets?) Probably because they were just too lazy and did not want to do it. They lost a paying customer. I asked if I could cancel my order since it was a mobile order and I got a snarky reply... IF THAT IS YOUR PEROGATIVE, is what the woman said. Big word there, missy. ConvraIts not my fault the nuggets and food here are always soggy. I was not going to complain, but the attitude of this employee was HIGHLY unacceptable and HIGHLY inappropriate. Even though this location is convenient to me, I will never ever go here again. Rude employees all of the time, not just this one time. I bet Burger King would drop those nuggets for me no problem! In addition, they always act like it's a problem when I order my fries with no salt... I shouldn't have to explain this, but have lupus, I'm extremely extremely sensitive to salt and acidic things. Eating anything with an abundance of salt (chips, fries, even vinegar does it) causes the roof of my mouth to flake off, and it's quite painful. Im sure there are other customers with blood pressure issues and issues just like mine. Yes the food has a high sodium content as it is, but when you dump a whole shaker of salt on some fries, it's pretty excessive! DO NOT ASSUME THAT WE WANT FRESH FRIES WHEN WE ASK FOR NO SALT OR LIGHT SALT! I ALWAYS get an attitude from these people when I ask for fries with no salt. With all of this being said, the customer service at this location is horrendous. I absolutely refuse to return here, and I do not care how convenient it is to us. Update: still the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They don't serve filet o fish after midnight, yet they don't serve breakfast either? Can't we ever get anything we want from here? Because they're either always out of it or they're not serving it.

The table across from us, was seated after us, ate their dinner and dessert, paid at the table and left while we sat waiting for our waitress to come with our check, we waited a good 15 minutes when she came and asked if we wanted dessert, mind you she cleared our table 15 minutes prior. I said no we want our check. She went away, came back and tossed in on the table and we waited for her to come back to pay. When she finally came back she said oh your paying with a card, you need to pay up front. There was no apology for all our waiting. I probably won't return because my time is worthy of at least an apology. This is unfortunate, but unless they get their act together they won't last.
