This is an alright Bojangles, it just lacks the consistency of some of their other locations. You never know if you're going to get good service and food, or how long it's going to take you to get in and out. On my most recent trip, I was able to get in quickly, and the food was good, but the restaurant was a mess. It was hard to find a table that didn't have crumbs or water marks on it. Because the restaurant was slow, I was surprised that nobody thought to simply wipe down the tables. Food was good. Service was not. Gave me a less than half filled fry order. Went to the counter and they refused to fill the fry order. Basically said I wasn't getting it filled because I ordered a small fry and they gave me a large fry order container and that was all I was getting. Shift manager wouldn't even talk to me eventhough I was standing two foot away from her. She relayed the message to the cashier to tell me who was standing next to the manager and in front of me. All of this with a bunch of bad attitude. As she was talking, she dropped more fries on the floor than were in my order. I was really saddened over the whole thing. Arrived with a coworker for breakfast. Ordered bacon, egg and cheese meal and an egg and cheese meal and an additional Bo rounds for another coworker. The food was tasty and hot. When we arrive to the window, we are greeted by AI software that took our order correctly, which shocked me. We got to the window and confirmed with a person that took the order correctly. It's Bo' Time! When it comes to chicken, Bojangles does it better than KFC or Church's in terms of quality and service. They're a little more expensive, but worth the cost. I live near this Bojangles so I stop by the drive thru about once a month. They can be busy sometimes in the evenings, but the service has always been good. My orders are always made correctly and the food comes out tasting great. For breakfast, I order their Canjun Filet Biscuit that comes with Bo rounds, which may be the best things on the planet and they go well with their honey mustard sauce. At nighttime, I go with the 3 piece chicken with 2 fixings that comes with a biscuit. My favorite sides are the mac and cheese and dirty rice. Their fries aren't that great because they tend to be too salty for my taste and come out limp and soft. Also, if you're Southerner, you have to order their Sweet Tea! Free drink comes with a combo or you can get a liter for $5 and it's totally worth it. If you're on a budget, they have a $5 2 piece combo available. My only complaint is that their drive-thru is slow sometimes with the food. I've had to pull over and wait a couple of times. Overall, I've been going here every once in a while since i moved here and the service and food quality has always been strong. The Sweet Tea and Bo' rounds are definitely worth trying! while the food is decent for a bojangles, I have to wait at least 10-20 minutes for my food almost every time I am there. there are many times where the drive through is completely stopped for 5+ minutes at a time. As I was in the drive thru, I noticed that I didn't get what I ordered, being a large fry. So I waited at the window for them to come back and when she came back I let her know that I did not get the right order, then she goes m mhm, as in no, and hands the the receipt over to me. I did not order a BLT I ordered a Bo's chicken sandwich deluxe. After handing the receipt over she proceeds to slam the window and called me a snag a** b****. I waited longer for no one to come to the window so I went back into line and ordered a large fry, after I got back to the window and payed she continued with her attitude while placing my fries in the packaging, she was saying rude things calling me names. I proceeded to say "I am sorry that you're so miserable and I really hope it gets better, I really do" then drove off. This was my first time to bojangles and it was great. The biscuits were fluffy on the inside and crisp on the outsides. The chicken was very crunchy and moist and the servers were very friendly and helpful. The fries had a nice seasoning and the sauce container sizes made it easy to dip. They are quick in the morning and pleasant but today the food was not hot and ready like is usually is. The fries taste as if they were reheated and not fresh out and the biscuit was cold. I went inside today to get three takeout orders. Due to the fact that my last trip I was rudely told that I could only place two separate takeout orders in the drive-thru line, even though there was no one behind me until I actually got up to the window. With that less than positive experience, I was really hoping today would be better. Let me say that it was far worse than before. I went inside and as I entered the line there was a man, that appeared to be less well off than most, at the counter asking (or really attempting to ask the cashier something- potentially about getting a bag for his box of food). She (Angeline- per my receipt) rolled her eyes and shooed the man stating "I have customers." As she started taking the young man's order in front of me, she put her elbow on the display case with her hand covering the man simply asking for a bag. By this time, I was considering taking my three orders elsewhere but for the sake of time, I went ahead and ordered. The man finally walked down to the end of the counter and asked another team member for a bag, which they thankfully gave him. As I was trying to read the sauces for each order, instead of waiting for me to do so, the cashier said I'll just put honey mustard. Please note that there was no one else in line the whole time I was there, so there was no need to rush me through my orders. After receiving my food, I realized that with the rushing I had asked for tenders (not realizing that I needed to say Supremes to get what I always get when ordering). When I asked for her to please switch them to the Supremes (as she is standing lending against the wall.) She rolled her eyes and made a rude face, stating "Well that is what you ordered isn't it?" I said I normally get the Supremes when I order, not the Homestyle- unless I say Homestyle. She huffed and finally got off the wall to look at my two boxes, she yelled "We have another waste." and started taking the strips out of the box and placing them on a rag... I honestly feel that this was some gross way of later putting the strips back into the bin to be served to someone else, there is no other reason I can come up with why she did not simply throw them away as they were "waste". By this point I asked for the manager because I had had enough. The manager was kind and understanding, when I expressed my concern for how this woman treated me and previously treated that poor man. As I am speaking with the manager the woman says "Well he made me sick." (She had previously made a comment about "alcohol", unsure if she was speaking about the man or what.) In response to her comment I stated, it doesn't matter if he is an alcoholic or homeless, he is still human. She continued to attempt to prove her point, but at the end of the day I think it is terrible that you allow an individual such as her to work for your company. I do not know what your exact values are but I sure do hope they do not include having your employees take away someone's dignity, disrespect customers or any human for that matter and have such a negative attitude. After all the attitude and terrible customer service I received, I still left with all Homestyle strips instead of Supremes as I had ordered and requested. Today's visit had absolutely zero positives and will be the last. We will no longer be going to your store after this horrible experience. I hope that what I witnessed today, will never happen again. I also hope that you remove such an employee because she is and will continue to damage your business and the community which you serve. Do better Bojangles', do much better! read more

Last 4 times I've been to this place I've sat in the drive thru for 30 mins and then they mess something up. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Like how do you forget the honey mustard?
