They were closing up early because they didn't have enough people. We ordered the 12 family pack with 2 mash potatoes and 1 Mac and Cheese. They gave us 2 Mac and cheese and 1 gravy. Stopped by this KFC in West Columbia to get a bite and ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders meal. First warning sign was the choice of dipping sauces. They only had Ranch and Buffalo ranch to choose from neither was my choice. Honey mustard is my favorite choice. Like an idiot I didn't check the order at the store. When I got home and opened the box boy was I disappointed!!! The chicken tenders were smaller than my thumb, seriously!! Could barely taste the chicken and all 4 together was about half a chicken breast, maybe! I used to know the owner of the restaurant and he would never let a meal like that ever come from his restaurant. Definitely won't be going back there any time soon if ever. I've literally never left a one star review but here goes nothing: I went on a Tuesday around 7:00 p.m. Ordered a standard 10pc bucket and a sandwich. I ended up having to wait 20+ minutes because they were out of mashed potatoes, gravy, and biscuits. I drove home (like an idiot, I didn't check the bag) to find that they didn't include the sandwich and I ended up having to drive back. I came back again today (Sunday) around 4:00 in hopes of getting an extra crispy chicken breast box and a hot honey sandwich. I was promptly informed that they were completely out of all extra crispy chicken, regular breasts, regular drumsticks, and anything hot honey. Worst customer service ever. We came here to pick up 2 buckets of chicken to feed the family. This was at noon, they "didn't have any right now". I asked how long will it be and she replied, "20 minutes." Ok, I'll wait. Then when someone else walked up to order she said to the whole restaurant, "I just don't know why people can't go home and grill their own chicken." Oh wow, I don't know why I didn't think of that! Had the worst experience at their drive they last night. The line was pretty long, they appeared to be fully staffed but we're very slow. We ordered the $5 fill up and they only gave us a box with chicken strips and a biscuit. The person filling the order for window person said that's all we ordered; but the receipt said differently. Had to ask for drink and no cookie. Seemed like the filler was trying to make window assistant mess up the order. We just drove off with incomplete order because we were exhausted from long day and so done with poor service. Not sure if we will return...we do love their hot wings.. read more

I gave them one star, only because the young lady at the drive thru was pleasant. I would give them a double negative 0 for wait time. I sat through my lunch hour waiting for my order. I usually have to wait any way because they are sooo slow. I finally had to change my order to something they had available, if not I would have had to wait another 10 or 15 minutes.
