I've had several of them now over multiple visits, and each one is delicious, fresh, and well-portioned. Certainly leagues beyond other "fast" options in the area. Both the hot and cold options are divine, with loads of meat (if you get it) and toppings. Excited to try their breakfast sometime. The not-so-good: I know this is typical for plenty of businesses in the area, but them being closed on Sundays is such a bummer. Our family often comes downtown on Sundays because of free parking (and free time in general), and we'd love to take their sandwiches to a park/space nearby, but can't on Sundays. Additionally, their spot is limited in terms of seating and space, so be ready to leave a stroller outside.

This business should just close its doors for final closing. Background: I love the business typically more so than 5-star restaurants and prefer this establishment over any other. Over 30 years experience eating in this establishment name. Current Establishment: This place is the worst one I have ever been to. How does the business take longer than 20 minutes to get the number #1 item on the menu? How do the cooks not have enough chicken cooked for a Saturday night in a tourist/college town? A group of 10 patrons stood around staring at one another waiting for food. Why did the management not hire enough employees to keep the chicken coming? Place needs new employees, management, and possibly new owner for keeping such fore-mentioned staff. I waited all day to eat this evening meal and spoke about it as if it were one of the other nearby $50 main courses to coworkers and family. When I finally indulged, the long waited meal was OVER cooked and was horrible to eat. This is my new worst establishment ever. There is no ambiance as there is no seating here.

We ordered a deluxe burger and a crust burger with curly fries. Both burgers were super good and juicy, and served piping hot and came out quick! The curly fries were a good choice too. The meat is well seasoned and they don't skimp you on the toppings. The service was really friendly also. The menus didn't offer an explanation of what everything was, so I had to ask. They have lots of sauces to choose from for your burger, so that's fun. I also think it's slightly pricey for getting just a burger with no fries, but maybe that's just me. I'll be back though, it was delicious!

It's a simple system that makes the whole experience feel effortless. Our group's go-to order is the trio appetizer to share, followed by one or two tacos each. Everything is flavorful and just the right portion size, making it easy to mix and match different tacos each visit. Bartaco is almost always busy, so expect a 10-30 minute wait during peak times.
