Came to try the new fish sandwich and was told it would be about a 5-minute wait, but it ended up being closer to 10. When I got the bag, the sandwiches were already covered in tartar sauce, so I went inside to speak with a manager. I was told they couldn't take it back but could remake it if I waited another 5 minutes, which I agreed to. The same bag was brought back out with "freshly wrapped" sandwiches and fries that clearly weren't fresh to begin with, and by the time I got home they were cold. When the food is cooked fresh it is delicious as always. Best fried chicken you can get in my opinion. However, this restaurant is set up to fail. I go there to order a family dinner deal at 6:30 on a Thursday ON A RACE WEEKEND, and there's only 2 employees in the whole place and ZERO patrons inside. I felt so bad for the workers. They didn't even have time to refill the sides. I don't know what the hell the owner of this place is thinking but this isn't sustainable. read more

I think I ate here a few years ago, but don't remember it well. This time I was fairly impressed. The star of the show for me was the pimento cheese--you get like 1/2 cup--for $.79?!?! Literally just paid over $6 for that much a couple weeks ago at a cheese shop. Green beans, dirty rice and chicken all pretty good. Biscuit def above average, but I wished I had asked for some jelly. I mainly went because I wanted to try the legendary tea. It was very good, but I don't think I'd make a special trip. read more

First off, this Bojangles is in TN, not VA. We stopped in on a road trip because my husband had to use the restroom and was hungry and it's the first place we saw. Walking in you could tell they were in chaos however after a wait to be served they were extremely friendly and when told it would be another 10 minute wait on our entrees, continued to apologize and gave us upgrades on our drinks and offered desserts for free. The friendliness and willing to make up for the wait far outweighs the wait itself. We had never eaten at a Bojangles, I got a grilled chicken salad and my husband got a grilled chicken sandwich meal. My salad was basic but filling and my husband said the sandwich was delicious. read more

Normally this is one of my favorite fried chicken places to go to but we picked up food on Saturday night and it wasn't disgusting. We spend $35 and threw the meal in the garbage. The fires were hard as a rock, the chicken looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day under a warmer and the mashed potatoes and green beens weren't edible. Only bright side was the half gallon of sweet sweet tee that cost me $35. read more

Bojangles we need to talk. For the last decade I've supported you and bragged to the world about how good your fried chicken and chicken supremes are. However, this is now three locations in a row that have let me down. What amazes me the most is at one location can be good and the next location you visit is completely opposite. How can a location three miles away serve perfect food and this one be so far off? We ordered what we always do which is two chicken supreme meals. And, they are arrived at our table about five minutes later and the chicken was lukewarm at best. What I don't understand is this is a fairly busy location which means food should not be sitting out that long. Yet the seven tenders that we received were all between cold and lukewarm period that is not the Bojangles way. In addition you notice how I wrote the word seven that's because they forgot one of the tenders and we had to walk back up there and tell then they only gave us seven instead of eight period it's simple math guys that shouldn't happen especially when you're talking about the number three versus the number for. And please if you're going to give us french fries please make sure they're not cold. You have a wonderful seasoning that we love to taste but it doesn't do anybody good if the fries have been sitting out that long. No I'm sure management never reads this nor do they care because of the volume of people that go through the store but this is coming from a guy that has been to over 50 Bojangles locations in the Southeast in the last decade. While on a road trip we stopped in for a quick breakfast. Unfortunately, as we walked up to the cashier, the POS system had crashed and was taking a long while to Re-Boot. The cashier was a woman who we believe was the Operations manager. She was very kind and transparent about what was happening. She made our order without taking payment and worked diligently to find another way to assist us. We were patient and able to help load up the credit card machine. She gave us a generous discount on our food for our patience and checked in on us during our meal. Very kind, positive staff. read more

Very disrespectful! I stopped by the drive thru to pick up dinner for my family with my 2 children in the back. I sat at the window for 15 min, no one greeted me or took my payment. After sitting for so long my children who were hungry started getting upset and my 10 month old started to cry. Well apparently my crying 10 month old calls for the cashier to slam the door in my kids face! You will not disrespect my children! How rude! Then the cashier tried to lie and say "I shut the door bc it cold" its 70 degrees outside and you work inside! I will never be back! You will not disrespect my family especially my children! I am a former employee. I am writing about what goes on behind the counter, chaos! Major issues have been ignored by management for several employees. Their motto is ignore and go away. In front of a manager, I was threatened by a new employee. She was going to hit me in the office and jump me in the parking lot. I was still expected to work with her. For safety reasons and peace of mind, I had to quit my job. I wonder if the owners really know what goes on at Bojangles. read more

What a disappointment. Bojangles on 11W across from the Pinnacle. I went to Bojangles drive through and after probably 2 or 3 minutes of discussion with the attendant I ordered chicken. She said they were currently out of legs but had already dropped some and they would be ready in 12 minutes, did I want to order something else. I said no I wanted what I had ordered. I paid for my food and was told to park and they would bring my food. After 17 minutes from when I paid I drove back to the window and after a few moments waiting the girl plopped my food down in the window. I remarked how pathetic my experience had been. She said "we were out of chicken" and walked off. Out of chicken at 6:30 pm in a chicken restaurant???? As much as I enjoy Bojangles I might just mark this place off of my list. read more

We visited on a Friday night at 6:30, it was steady but not overly busy. Crew was struggling to get in-house orders and window orders out. We had a question regarding our receipt and were treated very ugly by one of the shift managers. The other shift manager tried to rectify the situation and was very nice and hospitable but the scene caused by the first manager was way over the top. We will not be back to this location. read more
