I feel sorry for the staff here - I've watched some of the dumbest, rude, and demanding customers I've ever seen anywhere. Half can't understand how to make a line at the register to order. Half act like they've never seen fried chicken before. If you're driving through here from way up north, NJ, NY, etc and you can't understand the workers in Aynor South Carolina - it's not their problem. It's YOU that talks funny here. If you just can't figure out the menu then just say "two piece breast and wing, mashed potatoes, dirty rice, and sweet tea" then get out of the way. The worker forgot to make my food. I had gone into the restaurant to eat when I brought it to the girls attention that they had served other people before me. She had a complete meltdown screamed at me told me that if I wanted my food, I should've gone through the drive-through when I questioned why on earth she would say that to a patron she then proceeded to start screaming that I was a prissy B, you had eight workers in that restaurant and not one of them corrected her behavior. One of the first times I've visited this bojangles, I'm between Conway and Aynor in UCLA. But this food is horrible compared to what I'm used to getting from every other Bojangles in the area. Service wise, very rude and minimal effort from the order to the window. Then I get the food, no napkins nothing literally just the food. But I went to eat my Cajun fillet which I normally love but it is so over cooked or fried that I can't barely get to the chicken on the inside. I mean I know I only spend less than $20 for 2 head but these days you would think they would want to retain every customer and every dollar, but the employees don't give a junk. Customer Service and Being More Welcome! Date of visit: Wednesday, July 9, 2025 Time: 3:00 P.M. - 3:35 P.M. This was my very first time eating at Bojangles after hearing good things, and I left extremely disappointed. I came from out of state and ordered through the drive-thru, only to wait 30 minutes for my food at a fast food location. That alone was frustrating, but what made the experience worse was the poor customer service. The employee working the drive-thru and the manager on duty were both unprofessional. The drive-thru employee was loudly complaining and talking negatively inside while the window was still open , if you're upset at work, that's fine, but don't let customers hear you. Close the window or take a break. The manager, instead of de-escalating the situation, responded with a bad attitude and made smart comments to customers, which only added to the poor experience. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this location failed to provide it. If this is how they treat first-time customers, I'm not sure how they treat regulars. Service is slow because the managers sit in the office with female employees while the others bust their tail. Josh is aware that the employees smoke marijuana vapes on the job out by their cars because when he is not in the office he is sitting in his car. He brings bottles of liquor inside the restaurant when he doesn't keep it in his car. He doesn't order any necessities on time for the facility which is why they are always running short of this and that. He is also aware of the roaches and water bugs within the restaurant, and hasn't called to have it taken care of. The entire lobby needs to be remodeled. It has water damage and parts are falling from the ceiling. Someone is going to get hurt. read more

I love bojangals, but I have had so many bad experiences that I don't want to go back. There was probably 15 people working and it still took 20 minutes to get my food. Only one dude was plating food, and the others were on their phone. My order was wrong, but he was nice and fixed it. I had a piece of hair in my food, and no one was wearing gloves. They kept touching their face and clothes. Super gross. I would love see this place be remodeled and get better management. It needs it. read more

Interesting first stop...we had two Cajun biscuits. Staff seemed like they would rather be somewhere else...can't say I blame them...store cleanliness seemed questionable...not a surprise. We were visiting the area and saw so many Bojangle's restaurants, curiosity directed us to the one in Aynor, SC. We got chicken tenders. They were cooked too long and were hard. We also got the Bo's Chicken Sandwich. It was very good. The drive thru was quick and had the order correct. read more

I have visited this establishment once in the last 2 weeks. I am in the process of moving from California to Aynor. The food I ordered was hot and very good. They messed up a little on my order but I should have checked it out before I pulled away, so my fault. The service is better than I expected so I am pleased with that. I will attempt a sit in visit when I return permanently to see if my experience is better. I hope so. Very disappointed in this location. It took 15 minutes to get through the line for the a cashier to take my order. Then, she walked away and began boxing food WITHOUT gloves on. Meanwhile, there are at least ten employees in the back. I wouldn't come here if you want "fast" food. read more

the drive thru line was backed up so we went inside to order. took FORTY minutes.... to get our order in and get our food. the staff did not care about anything at all and were taking their sweet time. watched one girl take 10 minutes to fill and put lids on three mashed potatoes. they could not have cared less about any of the customers in the 20 person line inside or the 10 cars in the drive thru. The restaurant was dirty, so dirty that it was hard to find a table remotely clean. The food was moderately acceptable (average Bo at best and I've eaten a lot of Bo!). First time getting Bojangles and it was ON!!!! The chicken, the strips, the biscuits, the fries, and the dirty rice was all fresh, seasoned right not dry; just all around great tasting food!!! They need to open one up in Texas!!! Look forward to tasting it again. Just drove though and the parking lot was filling up. read more
