Been coming here for years and am ALWAYS welcomed and approached to see if I need help. All the staff are super friendly. They have a bakery, grooming, and self/grooming. They carry a lot of brands and I think they always have BOGO half off on most treats. They always seem to be baking goodies fresh everyday too and give samples. I use their self wash very often and the area has 4 tubs designed well and its kept very clean and organized with stools and aprons and powerful dryers. The self-groom closes 1 hour before their store actually closes. They also offer to help you carry the heavy ass dog food to your car if you need help. read more

I am so grateful for this place from the welcoming desk to groomers. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Marylin the groomer who took care of my puppy and believe me is hard to have her groomed being very hyper and strong personality. Marylin had the patience and love to brush it instead of shaving it. My Ariel looks amazing. Thank you and for your kindness Marylin read more

We have been customers for years. Our dogs like one particular brand of cookie. Recent months this store has never had them. Today we went in and while the flavor we wanted was not in stock or they say they had another flavor. The bags were buy one get one half off but after some discussion among the person helping us and another we were told we could only have one bag. Not only did they limit us they had an incredibly bad attitude. It's obvious they just did not want to sell these to us for whatever reason. We called around and found an independent dog food and supply store who said they had plenty of all flavors. We went to this store and they sold us 6 bags and were the nicest friendliest pet store we have been too in a long time. Bogarts lost a customer of many years because of bad and rude attitudes and not wanting to sell us the cookies we wanted even though we know they had them in stock. Don't shop here I don't need attitudes from a store who thinks they are something special. Also at The same time we were there we heard an employee who was grooming ask if she could sit and she was told no stay in the back. You don't treat employees rudely but I guess if you are rude to customers why wouldn't you be rude to employees as well. If I owned this place every single person would be fired you won't have a business soon if this is how you deal customers. read more

Very disappointing experience at Bogart's Bakery Grooming. I brought my dog Goldie here for grooming, and the experience was unprofessional from the start. Before drop-off, an employee stormed out of the shop yelling that they "don't get paid enough -- twelve f***ing dollars an hour and someone needs to go watch that dog," referring to a dog waiting to be groomed. That alone made me uncomfortable. When I picked up my dog before closing, nothing was mentioned about any issues during the grooming. However, after getting home, I noticed Goldie had been nicked. I called first thing the next morning to report it. The response I received from management was dismissive and not professional. They even got my dog's name wrong in their reply, which shows a lack of attention to detail or care. For a place that's supposed to prioritize animal safety and customer service, this was really disappointing. I won't be returning, and I'd advise other pet owners to be cautious. read more

My pup loves them. She gets half of one every night. She actually is qued up when she gets them

Great and convenient location, easy to find. Lots of parking with plenty of other businesses nearby. Staff are friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. The dog bakery looks delicious. The self serve dog wash tubs look efficient and clean, will have to bring the pups here next time to try it. Lots of variety of kibbles, toppers, treats, chews, bones, toys, etc. So much to look at but everything was so well organized at the same time that I didn't wanna leave so soon. There was a mix up with our birthday cake order but they handled it professionally and fixed it right away. You've got a repeat customer, no more going to petsmart for our goods! read more

We took our Goldendoodle to this place a few months ago and they did a great job of grooming him. Forward to today and I go in and the grooming lady asked me if I want the same thing as last time and I said yes. We go to pick him up and they did some hack job on my dog!!!! I paid $120.81 for that and when I asked the person ringing me up, she stated they shaved him closer than last time. So $90 the first time and then $120.81 the second time for something I did not ask for. If I could return a grooming and get a full refund I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE WE ARE NOW MOVING FORWARD!!!!! read more

I can't in all good conscience not tell you about Bogarts. They are so kind, wonderful, and our place for getting our pup something nice while we are in town. Their pizza bites and slices are our dogs favorites. I always get some for her. She gets stressed out from driving from LA but gets so stoked when she gets their fresh treats. If you take your dog in for grooming, they give you a peanut butter dog treats in the shape of a bone that is always a huge hit. This was ONCE a wonderful experience for me and my dogs. The help were VERY friendly and knowledgeable. NO MORE!!! I have been coming here regularly (but not so much lately) for over 15 years. The last 2-3 years I've noticed the turnover of employees is constant. They are no longer friendly, in fact borderline rude now. They always told me what bag number I was purchasing, because when you bought 12 large bags of dog food you received a free one. When I finally reached my free bag the manager told me they don't do that anymore. Do you know how long it takes to go thru 12 bags of 40 pound dog food only to be told "SORRY, WE NO LONGER DO THAT"" Well now it's CHEWY.COM and they deliver to my front door for the same price or cheaper. I used to schedule my dog to be groomed when they opened at 8 am so she wouldn't be in a crate long. In and out, maybe an hour. I was the very first customer to walk thru the door today for a simple bath and brush. An hour and 50 mins I'm still waiting in my car for him to be finished. I went inside and only got angrier dealing with the condescending man with the shitty fake smile with NO customer service skills who seems to feed off confrontations, and always has to be right. I used to use Samantha for years, I see why she left and is doing grooming at her house now. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE? I think it starts with their employees and who hires them to represent their business. read more

I have two doodles (11 months, and 5 years old) that had an appointment yesterday 6/4 at 1pm. I bought about $20 worth of the dog treats when I dropped the girls off and when I went to pick them up I was horrified. The puppy was completely shaved, patchy, and looked awful. They have different hair types and the puppy's hair has more straight soft texture and the older one has more curly hair. It was an absolutely lazy job, they didn't even look like the same dogs. When I had a moment to digest the experience I called the business to voice my concerns. I was told that the hair would grow back (obviously) and the groomer said that the puppy had knots. The groomer went on to say he considered taking them to a vet because of the mats. That comment was not only offensive, hurtful but completely unnecessary. There was no customer service exhibited and no resolution suggested, she even commented Jarred is there best groomer. For the puppy I paid $140 plus 30.00 tip for a botched shave job. I will never go back and I hope other potential customers go elsewhere with their loved ones. Attached are pictures of the dogs previously groomed only 8wks ago, and pictures of how they looked when I picked up. read more

Proceed with CAUTION! Very disappointed with there grooming services. I took my dog here on July 5th. After scheduling an appointment ahead of time they called me the day of the appointment demanding that I arrive before my scheduled time due to some scheduling issues. Upon arrival I showed the groomer the pictures of my dogs usual haircut. They stated that they could do that and so we moved on with the groom. Once I went to pick her up my dog was shaved down completely. The did such a horrible job. Not only is the cut not even in many places but they cut my dogs belly several times. I have never been more disappointed with a service I paid for. I do not recommend there grooming services. Below I attached pictures of before, after, and what I requested. read more

Bogarts is your one stop shop for all your doggy needs. Stocked with all the essentials from specialized food, colorful chew toys, lavish collars/leashes, and even dog wash stations where you can use their facilities to give your furry friend a bath. One of my favorites is their baked goods. Made with dog safe ingredients, they look just like the real deal. Festively decorated birthday bones seems to be the popular birthday item along with their doggy "pizza." The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I especially appreciate their grooming staff who has the pleasure of giving my very anxious pug her routine nail trims. read more

I come to this place every year for my dog's birthday cake. Their online order form is simple and they always give me a call to finalize everything and double check that my order is accurate. This year I completely forgot to order before my dog's birthday and walked in, hoping to find a cookie or something to get him. Their display case was filled with awesome happy birthday dog biscuits that I was going to get. When I told the employees my situation they were able to rustle up a mini cake and frost it and design it on the spot. I was in and out of that bakery in less than 10 minutes with a personalized cake for my puppy. I was so happy with their work and my dog very much appreciated his delicious carrot cake. The service is amazing and I will continue to come back here! read more

My dogs birthday was this past weekend and I called Bogarts a few days before to order a doggie cake for his party. They were super helpful, gave me information about my options, and I was able to order the cake and pay for it over the phone. We picked it up two days later the morning of the party and it was all ready for us. I've gotten dog cakes from other places before but this has to be my favorite, it's reasonably priced and the cake wasn't rock solid like others have been, it was fairly soft and easy for the dogs to eat. Plus it was super cute!! All the dogs loved it!! Will definitely be using them in the future for all my fur child needs. read more
