This location may be about a 45 minute drive for me from the southwest, but it was worth every minute. Drove up there today to pick up some pup treats. Decided on 2 pieces of cake and 2 pup cakes. I am very particular because these are used in special photos with pups. I chose two "sundae" pup cakes in the display case though the owner took two out of a case in the freezer instead. When I got home and took them out, these pup cakes did not have the "cherry on top" like the ones in the case did. I specifically look for color and design and am not pleased that what I was given is not what I ordered. He did not show them to me before packing and I didn't think I needed to ask. A lot of their inventory is made themselves / their own brand, but other brands they carry are also well known for being human grade and made from high quality ingredients. What I was most excited for though is their bakery selection. I was surprised at how many different fresh baked goods they carried (at least 20!). The many options just made it harder to choose from for my pup! I wanted to get a slice of the Paw-ride Cake but the slice was sizable and I was afraid it'd be too much for my pup's sensitive stomach. Instead, I went with the smaller Hamburger Cake that he gobbled up in less than 1 minute (still thoroughly enjoyed though of course). I walked in, and despite it being a small shop with only myself and the two employees there, I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged. After a few minutes, one of the men finally came over to help me with the pastries. When I was paying, I made a point to say, 'Have a great day,' and his only response was a curt, 'Here's your bag.'
