Brittany and her team are skilled, timely, and trustworthy! We have been bringing our boy(s) for a little over 3 years and are always happy with the services and the care that they receive. Before our Pomeranian passed away, he needed extra attention because of his heart condition and Brittany always made sure that he was in good hands. In the past I was nervous leaving him with previous groomers bc I knew that it took someone special to care for my baby. Brittany was careful with him and he was always calm when we would pick him up. In the past with other groomers, there were signs of stress and anxiety - This was one of the many reasons we trust her, pets don't lie! Now, with our other shihtzu baby, he is always excited to see her and even formed a bond with her. He gets excited going to her shop, it's as if we're going to the dog park lol truly his "spa day", comes out with a photo shoot and styled ponytails too. Thank you for all the years of caring for our babies! read more

I've been bringing my dog, Booger, to April for a bit now, and let me tell you... he is terrified of everyone. But somehow, April has this magic touch that makes him feel so comfortable and safe. He actually walks in without being scared now! I've had Booger groomed by several people in town, and no one makes him look as handsome as April does. She truly has an eye for detail. And the little photoshoot at the end? Ugh, adorable. Couldn't ask for a better doggie groomer. April is simply the best! read more

We really tried to make this work. Very bad customer service, poor communication. One time April cancelled on us 5 minutes from our appointment time after our 40 minute drive.... I know they charge if you cancel on them. Leaving our dog in the kennel for hours. The list goes on! April came highly recommended to us, but after dealing with her over a year it was not worth it. She was always having an issue with the customer before us at pick up. The final straw was when we called to see when they were going to be done after 3.5 hrs. Whoever answered the phone said they will contact us and we don't need to be calling for updates . Everything happens for a reason, we have found a great mobile groomer. Good luck to you if using this place. In response: Hi Brittany, my Granddogs are doing great, thanks for asking. You obviously don't recall this situation very well as our Leia isn't even 2 yet, but you are correct it has been about 1 year. I wrote this review and never posted it last year due to my darling daughter telling me to let it be. Luckily Yelp kept the review and reminded me to post it when I opened the app and as patron of businesses I read reviews and base my decision on them if I will or will not spend my time and money with them. As for lying? You accuse every bad reviewer of being a liar, taking no accountability for your poor people skills, bad customer service, and bulling behavior of which I witnessed myself at pick ups and drop offs, because I'm the one who did them mostly. Like I said your recollection is off because we never lived near you she followed April from Sirius Groomers. Neither dog has ever been to the point where you can't run a brush through them, Leia has never been shaved in her life so IDK where you got that from? Her coat is not even close to Beau's. Beau has never had to be shaved due to matting, she shaves him regularly. You expected us to pick them up with in 1/2 of your call but we can't call to try and get a time frame of completion? Like I said the final straw was when we called to get a time frame after 3.5 hrs and the person who answered (not April) told us we didn't need to be calling for updates and we needed to wait til you guys called us. I wouldn't call that complaining just trying to communicate. In salon groomer, mobile groomer, in house groomers, there is not much of a difference. It wasn't about rushing them through, it was about your business telling my daughter as a dog owner she couldn't call to get a time frame and had to wait for a call from your business. Before she got Leia (Not a Doodle) it still took 3.5-5 hours for Beau (1 doodle). We are ecstatic. TY! Lacey Smith (MOM) In response: to the 2nd reply because Britney's 1st response was deleted for violating yelps Trust & Safety Policies by blasting their ex clients Personal info (Bully Behavior) on the internet. Royalty Pet Spa owner & employee are completely out of control accusing us of stalking them while posting personal details of my DD's life on yelp that they obviously went digging for. Their behavior from a bad review based on their poor business practices are wildly unhealthy. And Royalty continues the bulling by messaging my DD and threatening her, they don't stop there and move on to DM'ing me. Yes, I looked at your public instagram page. But posting Info from a private IG page IS (I can't even say). Y'all need to grow up and please stop harassing us over a bad yelp review! read more

I've been bringing my dog here for about 2 years now, and they have never disappointed. The care, patience, and attention they give every single time is the reason I keep coming back. My dog can be a bit sensitive, but they always handle him with so much kindness and professionalism. They actually listen to what you want and make sure your dog is comfortable instead of rushing through the appointment. Every time I pick him up, he looks amazing clean, fluffy, perfectly groomed, and smells great. The haircut is always on point, and you can tell they pay attention to detail. The place is clean and welcoming, and the pricing is fair for the quality of work. If you're looking for a groomer you can truly trust, this is the one. Highly recommend! read more

Best groomer in Vegas!! My dogs are big babies and usually hate the groomers. Here, they take the time to ensure the dogs feel safe comfortable and look their furry best! I appreciate your response, but a lot of what you wrote is simply not true. If your shop does not want to provide cat grooming services, then don't offer them. It's that simple. What is not okay is accepting my appointment, giving me attitude the moment I walked in, and then delivering poor service while blaming my cat afterward. First, if you believed I was "late" or that my appointment was an issue, you could have easily canceled it. Instead, you took my cat, kept him for four hours, and still returned him wet, shaking, and terrified. You did not dry him properly, which is basic grooming. That alone shows the quality of the service your groomer provided. Second, your groomer did not greet me, did not communicate kindly, and actually yelled from the back when I picked up my cat. She also told me, "I've never seen a cat like this," which is extremely unprofessional and unnecessary to say to an owner. If grooming cats is such a "huge liability," then stop accepting cat clients instead of blaming the animal and the owner. You can rewrite the story however you want, but the truth is simple: The service was rude, unprofessional, incomplete, and my cat came back scared and wet. That is not acceptable for any business, especially at the price you charge. read more

Excellent experience from my dog's recent grooming session. The groomer was Robin and she did a great job on my Spaniel mixed dog; especially on my dog's paws - super polished!! Robin was also amicable & sweet. The only caveat about this place is that if you use CC or debit card, there will be a 4% fee. However, they do accept personal checks or cash. The front reception area is always spotless & inviting too! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I normally don't leave bad reviews for any business establishment but this one needs a wake up call that they can't talk to their customers in the way they do. Terrible management with awful customer service. They get very passive aggressive and rude with their customers without any regard for customer satisfaction. It's not cheap either (usually I pay $200). My groomer was great but the person I have to speak with to make my appointments is awful. Specifically, April, was very rude and made me uncomfortable going back here. Lost a customer and a big referral base all because of her nasty attitude. read more

First of all, I am appalled I even have to say this, but the front desk lady was extremely extremely disrespectful towards me, I was too afraid to leave my cat alone with them. I felt harassed. Whenever I called to speak to the boss, they would not put the owner on the phone and told me that they were waiting for me to come back up there. She would not let me speak to the owner. Very upset DO NOT go here. And worst of all they charged my card without asking and then when I said, I was too afraid to leave my cat with them, which did not get the haircut. She threatened to charge my card, which she already had a hold on without my permission mind you my cats didn't even get a haircut. read more

I am very upset with how unprofessional April was towards my girlfriend and our cat. She was very rude and treated our cat with disgust and hatred. Our Cat Kumo is the sweetest cat there is, and for April to say: "I'm not going to have to fight for my life again with this cat" is highly exaggerated and unprofessional. I don't know what she did to our cat to even make him scared and act defensive because he has never harmed any human that he has been in contact with. The overall groom was horrible, I could have done a better job myself. Barely noticed anything different from when we dropped our cat off. It took 4 hours for him to be groomed and not even the paws were trimmed. It was a waste of time and money. I highly would recommend you stay away from this place, unless you like paying $120 for bad customer service and unsatisfactory grooming. read more

We've been going to April since before Max turned 1 and now 3 years old. She cleans him up really well and takes care of Max every 5-6 weeks. When April was not available Brittany was able to take care of Max and cleaned him up really well also. Communication is easy, we'll make appointments in person. My crazy boxer finally has a groomer!!! April is amazing! It took me so long to find someone that can handle my boy. After multiple groomers and veterinarians, being drugged, held down and basically tortured. No one was able to trim his nails without using lots of muscles. In fact, April was showered with kisses!! lol! I warned her and shared many stories of all the struggles. Nope, my doggie just made us look bad. I'm so relieved I finally found someone that loves my baby and cared for him. Thank you April!!!! read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about April! My golden doodle, Ziggy, always comes home looking absolutely perfect after his grooming. Doodles can be tricky to groom with all that fluffy hair, but April handles him with such patience, skill, and care. His coat is always soft, clean, and perfectly trimmed, and he smells amazing every time. I have tried many other groomers before I met April and it has been the best decision. What I love most is how gentle and kind April is--Ziggy actually gets excited when we pull up for his appointment, which says everything you need to know. It's clear she truly loves what she does, and she treats each pup like her own. If you're looking for someone who's professional, trustworthy, and genuinely loves dogs, April is the best. I love Brittany she is awesome! My dog Kai just loves her so much! She rushes in when it's time for grooming!

This review is based on interactions with a groomer named April, who has no business dealing with customers. I've had my pups groomed there once before and the second time, was charged $125 for two mini Aussiedoodle baths and she refused to groom one of them because there was an issue with the anal gland. When another customer complained about her on a local FB page, I added a comment. April had the audacity to message me on Instagram THEN blocked me to ensure that she didn't receive my response, so I am attaching the exchange to this review. Groomers are NOT difficult to find in a growing city, but unhappy customers talk and her condescending attitude will affect your bottom line. April needs yo spend more time grooming and less time engaging in arguments on social media to prove to herself that she is "right". read more

Thank you Brittany!! We've been bringing our Maltipoo Eevee monthly for a year since we moved to Vegas! Staff is amazing and so kind! Eevee comes home super soft, fluffy and precious! Brittany has listened to how we like her cut and we have bath and blowouts in between cuts to maintain her adorable teddy bear face!! Any time she has gotten a little matted, Brittany spends extra time gently removing the mats to avoid having to shave our little muffin down short and we appreciate that so much!!! I'll start by clarifying that this review is based on a service that was never received. It is solely based on an aggressive customer service experienced. I called to inquire about the services offered for my pet dog snd had a wonderful experience speaking to Brittany who explained the different packages and how it works. I had a follow up conversation with someone's named Cat who is also kind enough to explain the appointment system and made an appointment for me at 2 PM the following day. We were having some issues with the phone number I was giving so I gave her an alternative phone number and I believe this is where the problem occurred. I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early and was told that it was canceled. I was not sure how that works or why that happens but the front desk representative seemed to be interrogative and annoyed for some reason. I try to ask questions and explain myself but she did not appear to be willing to listen and ended up excusing myself. Before I could get her name she closes the door behind her, turns the vacuum on and refused to speak to me. I tried asking for her name so I can at least take notes of who was speaking to and further understand why she was so upset but instead decided that it was OK to raise her voice and tell me not to touch the door. Customer service and kindness is dead because of situations like this that could have been easily avoided. If this behavior is acceptable to a business like this I can only imagine what would be acceptable for your pets or other people involved. Side note: The miscommunication started due to the assumptions being made at the beginning of the conversation about me receiving text messages. read more

We have the sweetest golden doodle who loves to go for long walks twice a day in our neighborhood. Her feet get so dirty, which in turn gets ALL OVER her crazy curly hair and is impossible for me to clean off myself. We will only take our baby girl (who we lovingly refer to as our "smog dog") to see Miss April as she's SO patient and gifted beyond measure in the grooming arena. I am sorry to say that we have had such a negative experience with this business . I wish we had seen some of the negative reviews on yelp and google before deciding to take our dogs here. While April does do a great job at grooming our dogs , it isn't worth dealing with the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unexpected fees and changes we've experienced over the past several months . When we pick up or drop off our dogs there is plenty of opportunity to communicate things in person but instead we have been told of a different issue almost every time which was communicated via lengthy text. Reading their other negative reviews, it's unfortunate to see other customers having similar experiences and how negatively they respond to customers who have a grievance . True quality and professionalism is seen in how a business treats and communicates with their customers, especially dissatisfied ones. Hoping they take these concerns constructively so that others may have a better experience than we did. read more

I wish I had read all of the 1 star reviews sooner. We had an unpleasant experience with April, and it seems as if every single 1 star review mentions her as well. We followed our groomer April from the other grooming location that she used to work at. April is amazing! She has numerous certifications and is an expert "doodle" groomer. Our dog is a Labradoodle and we are very protective dog-parents. Our dog is not the easiest to groom. We even have trouble brushing his arms. It is very important to us to know that our groomer is gentle and above all patient with our fur baby. We like to get our dog bathed every 3 weeks and trimmed every 6-9 weeks. April is usually booked far in advance, so she recommended to get in her calendar for several months in advance. She is super accommodating and able to work with our preferred day and time. We have been recommended all of our friends with doodles to go with April for their grooming. Royalty Pet Spa appears to be clean and brand new -- which to me is a big plus. Parking is never a problem and we are usually able to park right in front with only a short walk to bring our dog inside. The front lobby is spotless and well lit. They have a dutch door which opens up to the grooming stations in the back. I am very happy that I have found a reputable and trustworthy groomer so close to our house. read more

I completely forgot about my 12pm appointment and called them at around 12:30pm to apologize and to see if I could reschedule to 1:30 pm. They agreed and then I was then contacted again asking to sign a waiver/agreement(?) electronically before coming in, which I did immediately. The agreement said that grooming would take 3-4 hours with NO EXCEPTIONS (some may take longer). I was just taking my dog in for a bath so I asked again when I arrived and was told it would take 3-4 hours because they rotate. I said ok, and left. I was running some errands and did not see my phone until 3:40 but saw that I got a text at 3:00 saying my dog would be done in 25 min, and to pick up my dog asap because he was their last pet. I replied to the text and said I would be there in 15 min, which I did. When I asked how much it was, I was told $160. I was baffled because I had only gotten a bath so I asked her if baths were $160. I have a 30 pound golden doodle and never have I been charged that much for a bath, even when I took him to groomers in Los Angeles. I was told that I was charged a $60 late fee and the late fee was a dollar per minute and that I was actually getting a $10 discount. I'm not sure what that math is because I called to reschedule to 1:30 at 12:36. If she was charging me based on when I called to reschedule, the late fee should be $36. If she was charging me by the pure number of minutes I came in after the original appointment, it should be $90. Since she claimed the late fee should have been $70, I'm guessing it's the latter and If I had rescheduled to tomorrow, would I have been charged $1 per minute for 24 hours? Just doesn't make sense. I completely understand having a $15-20 late fee charge to prevent excessive lateness but I did call to apologize and reschedule. And a dollar per minute when I rescheduled is ridiculous. Had I known they were going to charge me a 60% late fee, I just wouldn't have rescheduled. What would they have done if I just had not shown up and not contacted them? She then explains that it was all in the agreement, which I signed AFTER I rescheduled. She said the agreement was signed 2 years ago (by my husband with a different number), but if that's the case, I'm not sure why I was asked to sign it again. I was essentially rushed to pick up my pet when it had not been 3-4 hours since I dropped him off, nor was it close to closing time. And then I was blindsided with a ridiculous late fee. read more
