I took my 4 month old Bernedoodle to Plush Grooming for a full groom, and I was absolutely blown away by the service and professionalism. They go above and beyond to care for your dog, and I have to say that Bri made me feel so comfortable about leaving Barute for his grooming appointment, that by the time I got back to my car from dropping him off, I literally had not one worry or stressful thought in my head. Her demeanor, and the way she interacted with my dog at the time of drop off was enough proof to show me that she truly cares about these dogs and what she does. My dog is normally extremely hyper and has a lot of energy regardless of the fact of taking him for a mile and a half walk prior to his grooming appointment that morning, he was still full of energy and talked up full of excitement when I walked through the door with him and he first met Bri he was absolutely ecstatic. Wagging his tail and wanting to give her kisses and jumping up and down like a bunny like you normally does whenever he meet somebody new. Normally when he gets in these moods, it's difficult for me to calm him down and he acts like he doesn't know his name (lol yes, I know we need to do training!) but some thing about her tone and overall energy had him listening to her every word. He relaxed when she told him to sit, and she meltdown and started petting him, and he simply rolled over his back for belly rubs, and was no longer jumping around like an absolute maniac. I was absolutely blown away at how she could get a dog to settle down within a few seconds of meeting him and have him listening to anything that she was saying to him. As his owner, I can't even get him to do that so I'm not sure if this girl has a magic wand hidden up her sleeve, or If she's literally just that good! Either way let me tell you about my experience while he was at his appointment, first of all, they have this app you can download where you can actually watch your dog being groomed the entire time. I mean I've never seen it anywhere else, so that is a huge selling point for me plus it's a huge peace of mind factor knowing all I have to do is go on my phone and check on my pup so I can see what part of the Grooming Process they're at and when. It Was also interesting to be able to see what normally would happen behind closed doors (unless you go to Petsmart but who wants everyone and their kids gawking at their dog through a glass window?!) Barute came out looking picture perfect and yes it was his first ever groom, so let me tell you I wasn't expecting it to be absolutely perfect because he's a puppy and like I said, he's normally very hyper active high energy dog so I expected him to be jumping around and not sitting still on the grooming table. But when I checked on the app to see how he was doing, he was sitting on the grooming table, and Bri had him up there, sitting like a little angel , and he wasn't moving around or acting up, she didn't even have a Grooming the browned him because he was being so calm, and she just had him sitting there. Like I said, Bri must have some type of magic wand, because I am absolutely blown away at the behavior of my dog, because Shernoff when he was back home, he was acting a complete fool again, but that's my dog and I absolutely love him to death high energy or not! I'd give Plush 10 stars if I could. I made regular appointments every other week for a bath and a full groom every 4 weeks! Plus she offers a special membership option to those looking to prebook appointments for regular baths! I didn't do this as I don't need unlimited baths each month but it's a great deal for anyone who does! read more

Bri has been my dog groomer for years now and has never disappointed us. My dogs all love her and love coming to get groomed. They are best friends with her pups, so it's very enjoyable everytime. We started out just basic grooming sessions, but that quickly changed as she perfected her skills in other kinda niche types of things that she has perfected. Now when rocky goes in I have her dye and color his hair and no idea I throw out there has she not been able to knock out then park. She uses all animal safe and vegan types of hair color, and can do either permanent, semi permanent, or a quick washout one, whichever you prefer. But no matter what, rocky always comes out looking exactly as I had in mind. For example right now we are working with a tiger, or Tigger from Winnie the poo. You be the judge. I can't take him in public without being swarmed by people wanting to know where I get this done at and want to take pictures. Now if she could just get a spare second to get some more business cards made I could hand them out to everyone that asks. Get on that bri :) lol kindling but not. Overall she is over the top in every way and even if it takes a little bit longer than you would think that is fine with me, good things don't come or happen quick. And I would much rather her take the time to make my little guy comfortable and take her time while working on him so it turns out perfect like it does everytime. Thanks bri! read more

I've never been so happy with my dogs groom until now! After going to Plush Grooming all 3 of my dogs (Standard Poodle, Bichon and a Maltese) were finally groomed to my liking, and not a single hair was out of place. I know not many owners are as specific as I am when it comes to how my dogs are groomed, but I feel like there's nothing wrong with wanting a specific cut and style and wanting to ensure it's done correctly. I saw Bri's work online and loved all of her grooms, and I finally found a groomer with exceptional hand scissoring skills. Not to mention all of my dogs were happy and relaxed at pick up and not one of them was rushing to get out the door. Dolly my Bichon actually tried to go back inside with Bri. I'm usually taking my dogs home feeling guilty for taking them to the groomer. Not with Bri, I didn't feel bad or guilty because I know they had a good time. Plus I love that you can watch their entire grooming appointment on an app from your cell phone! I've never seen another groomer offer a live feed of my dogs groom before. It truly gives you peace of mind and it's cool being able to see how your dogs act during the grooming process. I definitely recommend taking your pups to Plush for all of your grooming needs! I recently adopted a St. Berndoodle . I had zero idea how to care for her . I contacted Plush Grooming services ( specialize in Doodles) . I was over the Moon With the results I received from Plush Grooming Services . my Puppy 2 months old look like they had switched dogs with me . I did not realize how amazing my Dog was un til I got her the Plush & Buff service . I have A new found cuddle buddy , she's so beautiful i cant keep my hands off of her Fluffy coat . when we arrived my puppy curl pattern was curly & straight , her coat was black, white & Brown , at pick up all the baby hairs were trimmed & she was a work of art . Pochollo is 5 yrs old Chihuahua mix. Bri took care of Pochollo with so much love and attention. Pochollo have anxiety when he gets his paws cut and he is shedding so bad. But after visiting Bri, his paws are nicely cut and filed, his fur is soft and shiny, and he smell so great. At first, like every mother, I was skeptical to take to take my baby to a groomer since I won't be able to see how they treat my dog. Let me just start by saying that my dog is my WORLD! Only the best everything for her and she deserves it too, she's been an angel since the day she came into my life. Absolutely the best groomer I have had so far! My Pomeranian/ Pekingese dog (Panda) was groomed today there for the first time and I've never seen him so calm when I came to pick him up. I contacted Bri about my two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Pitbull. Many people are afraid of pits, but Bri was very knowledgable about the breed and not afraid to groom him.
