She told me there would be a $25 fee should I cancel two days prior to the scheduled visit, a dubious practice at best. In general, I found her way of dealing with a new customer to be all about money and her needs and her scheduling issues. Lastly, her prices were higher than any others I've gotten. Well, we took him recently and when we brought our cat back home and we took him out of the carrier we discovered the cat was still soaking wet. He was not dried properly. His legs and tail were still soaked with water. I wouldn't be making a big deal out of this if it would've been a little humid and the price that I paid to have him groomed which was $95. That's a little excessive of a price for not finishing the job. Barking Lot you can do better. Sadly we will not be returning.

Theresa did an amazing job on my Australian Shepherd, who hadn't been professionally groomed in almost a year. She cleaned him up beautifully, shaped his coat, and made sure to protect his undercoat (which is so important for his breed). He looked so good and genuinely happy after.
