Over the years everything has been upgraded, new phone systems, new internet, new A/C (which works great). They owners and managers really do a good job keeping the building well maintained. The absolute best benefit for a small business owner is the fact there is a receptionist on duty 9-5 M-F. This makes it extremely helpful and convenient for clients to drop off paperwork, screening phone calls, sorting the mail, collecting payments, etc. Also, the building is only 2 miles from home so my commute is great !!

I ended up closing my practice and moving, but recently were searching for a space again and immediately tried to get in with Pine Executive Suites but unfortunately they did not have an open suite during the time frame I needed. I would have LOVED to have done a virtual with them but my business did require an office. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend looking into virtual suites here or open suites. They'll throw you all over on the place they're gonna fire you telling you to do the phones sending you to a couple other desk having you do three things at once and then they'll say you're fired. Don't use them. They are the most horrible people on the planet I have ever met in my life and certainly the worst employer Ever.
