They expect everyone to follow the rules and that's very good for all of us. Mike and Sally do a great job. We have the nicest park in La Verne. Our homes have plants and flowers . We have wide streets in the park. That is rare. Our pool and facilities are clean and neat. The clubhouse is immaculate. The rent is probably the lowest in LA Verne which helps when you are on a fixed income. Thank Sally and Mike for keeping such a nice and safe park. Veronica Bette,#138

We had them out today 05/11/22 for a plugged sink drain and leak under our cabinets and it was Anthony this time. The entire Ernie family is incredible. This leak turned out to be more major than expected. We were so impressed by Anthony's knowledge and attitude as he told us what needed to be done and thst he would stay until he fixed it. He had to cut into the outside wall to find the major leak, add 2 cleanouts, and replace the leaking pipe. He also left a minimum size hole. Incredible work and it took him 6 hours. He truly stayed until everything was completed to our satisfaction and he cleaned everything up as well. Fred J
