The experience did not disappoint. We tried a 3 ppl private office and a 5ppl private office. Both have reasonable pricing. There's free coffee and tea at Onboard too so that's a plus. One minor issue is sometimes we could hear the neighboring private office talk if they're loud, but didn't bother me much.

Linda is amazing--she ensures a smooth process from start to finish, secures your reservation, and maintains constant communication to make sure nothing goes wrong. The front desk receptionists were nice and helpful. It's been a couple of years since my son had therapy here but what left a bad taste in my mouth about this place is when I was waiting for therapy to start with my autistic child there was filming taking place and the person filming was pretty rude about asking us to keep quiet. Honestly, we weren't even loud. Don't rent spaces out to people who are going to work with special needs kids. Also, you're not filming an expensive movie, else you wouldn't be filming in a common area get over yourselves.

Stephanie took her time with me and went over the entire facility in detail. I called her a bunch of times prior to our meeting with a ton of random questions and she always greeted me by name whenever she picked up the phone so it felt more personable, like she was actually there to help ME. Really cute facility with a soho library vibe. Variety of options that best fits your business needs. They offer small - xL conferences rooms, private phone booths, personal office space, etc etc at great prices. MASSIVE gated parking lot. A lot of the cowork spaces in the city don't offer that so that was a major bonus point for me. I'll never have to worry about looking for street parking or my car getting damaged from all the street crazies.

It's simply a security deposit refund check. Yet they continue to delay, provide no specific refund amount, and refuse to give a definite mailing date. If I had not continued following up, I seriously wonder whether anything would have happened at all. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor handling of tenant deposits.

I'm very thankful that I decided to move away from working at home and start work at FoundrSpace.
