We definitely plan on returning, hopefully next year around the same time. We were a group of 37 employees. We used an entire floor, as well as plenty of breakout rooms for group or individual meetings. The kitchen space worked well, we ate a lot of meals there. The location is very convenient, right in the downtown area near restaurants, hotels and more! Thank you again Foundr Space!!! Best, Amelia

The bathrooms, the co workspace and the kitchen are always clean. I've had minimal user error with the free printer that is provided and I enjoy being able to look out and see Pasadena City Hall from afar. Furthermore, the staff have been supportive, energetic and happy to help me whenever I have questions. For that matter Jeremy is THE MAN! Always helpful and always able to solve my issues. I'm very thankful that I decided to move away from working at home and start work at FoundrSpace. Because I really need home to be home and a place to work to feel more like work than a room in my home. I don't think that people have figured that out yet, but I know they will soon and I hope they find this review and find their new work office at FoundrSpace. Anyway, I plan to be here for quite some time, and I look forward to new neighbors that are focused on their businesses and ventures. I just wanted to let others know that this is the place for me and I know it's going to be a great place for more entrepreneurs, start ups and businesses too. Seriously if anybody has any questions, feel free to reach out to me and I'd be happy to answer.

I was charged for an entire 1.5 months I was unable to work from their location due to slow internet speeds. There is not an office number to call to request a refund nor are the staff on site equipped to help with refunding for their inadequate space. Predatory Practices: Immediately after signing my rental agreement, I was auto-enrolled in a $40 per month coffee service against my consent. Regus used my card that is required to be on file to pay rent, and enrolled me in their center's coffee service, again without my permission. The coffee service is a midgrade automatic dispenser located in the lobby. The paperwork did state that I should be sure to cancel this if I did not want this service. However a coffee service should be something I can opt into if desired, not something I should have to Opt out of. If someone misses the paperwork or isn't provided the paperwork by accident, they'll be on the hook for a coffee service they may not want. More details: While the staff is nice they are not authorized to assist with most issues. The staff are great but the Regus company purposefully limits what their on-site staff can assist with. Most issues require you to personally put in a help desk ticket that is outsourced to someone you can't speak to directly and takes days, sometimes weeks to hear back from. Even then the issues may not be resolved, as was my experience. Internet speeds: At this professional office rental space the internet speeds are significantly slower than internet speeds available in standard residential internet packages local ISPs provide. If you are looking for reliable internet speeds for remote work, this office is NOT equipped without spending extra money to upgrade internet speeds. Without spending extra (more on that later) you can expect internet speeds ranging from 10 MBPS to 49) sometimes it will top out at 50 but only during non-peak business hours and only intermittently (both wired and wi-fi.) This may be enough internet speed for you, depending on your job requirements, but if you want to use a VPN or need access to remote software, then I do not recommend this office space. By contrast, local internet providers are offering 500MBPS for 80 dollars per month at the time of this posting. A stark contrast to the speeds at this location. When I brought my internet speed issues up to the workers at Regus, the resolution has been very slow and has required an excessive amount of IT tickets. I've been working with the company for weeks to address the issue but all IT is off-site and responses are slow and unhelpful and unsure how to even resolve the issue. I was originally told that I could hire my own ISP and have them install faster speeds. After scheduling my ISP to come in and install, I was then told by the Regus staff that that is not true, my only option is to pay more per month to Regus to increase my speeds. I therefore upgraded to priority internet through Regus, and found my internet speeds were even slower topping out at 20 MBPS! I'm still waiting to be refunded for priority internet. After informing the site manager that Priority internet did not work, she then let me know I could then hire my own ISP but that Regus would charge me $200 per month to "host" my own ISP costing me an additional $280 per month for hosting plus internet. I explained that I should not have to pay to resolve the Regus internet problem but the site manager was adamant that they were unable to waive the monthly fee. Hopefully this review is helpful if you're looking for a rental space with faster internet speeds. If you only need to surf the web, check email then the speeds should be fine. There are many people working out of the offices however if you need to connect to VPN or require faster speeds, I recommend a different location.

REGUS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS! I really wish I had looked at their reviews from other…read moreoffices. I contacted someone named Blanca to help me find an office for my business. I only signed up for 6 weeks there and it's been a NIGHTMARE. They keep your bank account and CC on file and it's locked in so they can charge whenever they want even if you don't owe anything. They charged me 50 for a late fee when I had my card on autopay. On top of that it's been almost two months and they have not returned my deposit. You can't get a hold of ANYONE because all of their mailboxes are full, probably from pissed off people like myself and they can't handle it so they leave them there. I've tried contacting Blanca who basically just wants to get these places leased but could care less if you're having a crappy experience. Poor representation of this company. Alex from customer service was my only contact that helped me and when you have an issue they themselves can't do anything they have to write a "ticket" and send it to the actual people who have access to your account. So even though they say the number is to accounting they really can't do anything and just write the ticket to send out and then are happy to get you the hell off the phone. DON'T GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS COMPANY WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE. I have seen others with even worse situations with this horrible place and my heart goes out to them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
