My son used to get therapy in one of the offices here. The therapist was great. The office was organized and neat. So, the facility is very clean here. The front desk receptionists were nice and helpful. It's been a couple of years since my son had therapy here but what left a bad taste in my mouth about this place is when I was waiting for therapy to start with my autistic child there was filming taking place and the person filming was pretty rude about asking us to keep quiet. Honestly, we weren't even loud. Don't rent spaces out to people who are going to work with special needs kids. Also, you're not filming an expensive movie, else you wouldn't be filming in a common area get over yourselves. read more

Started a new business venture so I've been shopping around for a cowork space. Got a tour with Stephanie today and decided to join onboard. Stephanie took her time with me and went over the entire facility in detail. I called her a bunch of times prior to our meeting with a ton of random questions and she always greeted me by name whenever she picked up the phone so it felt more personable, like she was actually there to help ME. Really cute facility with a soho library vibe. Variety of options that best fits your business needs. They offer small - xL conferences rooms, private phone booths, personal office space, etc etc at great prices. MASSIVE gated parking lot. A lot of the cowork spaces in the city don't offer that so that was a major bonus point for me. I'll never have to worry about looking for street parking or my car getting damaged from all the street crazies. read more

Ideal Workspace with a Community Feel - Highly Recommend! I recently toured Onboard Coworking, and it's every bit as impressive as it sounds! For just $30 a day, this space offers not only a vibrant, open-plan workspace but also dedicated quiet areas for those times you really need to focus. The shared kitchen features free coffee (a big plus for me!) and ample refrigerator space, which adds to the convenience. What sets Onboard apart are the rentable conference rooms and private office spaces, perfect for meeting clients or conducting private sessions--all at rates that are incredibly fair given the quality. The space is extensive, with plenty of parking, which is a huge bonus. Although they were fully booked and I couldn't get a spot immediately, the staff, particularly Stephanie, was super helpful and added me to the waiting list without any fuss. She was friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly during the tour. For anyone growing out of their home office and looking for a professional yet inviting place to work, Onboard Coworking is a gem. I'm excited about the prospect of working here soon! read more

Onboard Coworking - Communal Area - Shared Office Spaces Near Me - El Monte, California

Very clean, large, and aesthetically pleasing coworking space. Great parking and the receptionist Pae was very welcoming and gave me a tour of the space. There are several coworking spaces including a quiet zone, soundproof booths, conference rooms of different sizes, as well as private office spaces. Bathrooms are great and a kitchen with fridge and microwave are also provided as well as free coffee and tea. The only thing that I see missing is to provide additional lighting, perhaps desk lamps in various areas? It was a little dim in some areas of the coworking space although it was a rainy day when I visited. read more

The staff, the internet connection and entire facilities was outstanding! Stephanie will very helpful in explaining the various payment options and showing me around. She even helped me setup my desktop! It doesn't get any better. read more

Reviewing as a person who used the open desk day pass option. I wanted to come here to do some quiet work, but unfortunately their quiet zone is right in front their large event room. There were people entering in and out of the room and making lots of noise. The only other area you can use is their common area that people typically eat their lunch and have a chat. Wish they let day pass users to use some of their empty conference rooms when they are not booked by people. If you are looking for a completely quiet environment, maybe a library is still better! read more

It is a clean yet fairly small space but they accommodated me since I needed a room for a meeting on short notice. I am not a fan of using neighborhood for parking, but that is really their only option and it works just fine. read more

What a pleasant surprise! A perfect place to have a private conference room, private office, a private phone booth for calls or work in a common area that has a coffee shop feel... a very large coffee shop feel. Plenty of amenities and different options to fit your work needs. A common kitchen area, beverages provided at the "honor" bar, you can work at a desk, on a table, or from a couch. If you need a white board, a single desk, multi desk or conference room, Onboard Coworking offers them all. The place is clean, open and plenty of natural light. The furniture is up to date and feels like home, a restaurant, or a coffee shop. The people who work here are friendly, there is plenty of parking, and they are flexible with requests within reason. The other members are courteous and considerate. I recommend this place and is worth requesting a tour and discover what's they have to offer. read more

Onboard Coworking - The reception area at Onboard Coworking. - Shared Office Spaces Near Me - El Monte, California

Onboard Coworking is a truly unique experience. Their mission is to provide the ultimate workspace for locals and anybody in need to elevate their work environment. And guess what? This place is a winner winner chicken dinner! The common area is spacious, airy, and tastefully decorated, offering various environments. Want to lounge around with comfy couches? Done. Want to work with others at a communal table? Done. Prefer minimal space and a brick wall for a view so no distractions? Done. Want leather couches? Done. Want to disappear to a quiet only area? Done. Wait, you actually want to talk aloud but still have some privacy? Done. There's two pint sized "phone booth" rooms that offer that flexibility. There's a common area with microwaves, communal fridge, and free coffee. Everything is clean and neat, even the restrooms. You can get access to all the above via a day pass ($25 a day or $250 a month) from 8-5pm. If you want a little more they offer private offices for 24/7 access. Perfect for a start up. There's free parking and in order to enter you must be buzzed in or have a key. I love that, so there's no stragglers or random surprises. Whoever is here, is here to work. If you're on the fence they offer 4 days for a $100 plus one free day or just book an appointment with the friendly staff (shout out to Pie and Stephanie!) to get a one time free day pass! Overall, this place is great. There's nothing like it in the SGV area (closest is Pasadena) if you're looking for a professional workspace. Give it a try! read more

We hosted our daughter's 2nd birthday here and it was great. They have different options to rent by the hour or for the entire day. We opted to rent the event space for the entire day so we didn't have to rush on decorating and setting up. The pricing is super affordable for what you are getting. Clean venue with AC. Working projector and speakers. I connected to the speakers via Bluetooth and played music off my phone. Clean bathrooms with multiple stalls. Lots of open space with natural light, which was great for pictures. Lots of parking available. They opened the doors for my guests to access directly from the parking lot. I had two vendors set up outside (taco vendor and shaved ice vendor); at the time of my event late afternoon, the sun was fully beaming. If you host your event here, remind your vendors to bring shade or they will be baking. We also rented a softplay area and it was great. Every contact I have had with the staff, from initial inquiry to final feedback, here has been great, no complaints. Super accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be hosting another event here. read more

This place gets the job done as a co-working space. If your internet ever goes out or in my case finding out late at night that your pet chew through both your router and modem power cable the night before a work day leaving you stranded with no wifi. This place could be your savior. It is a quiet place to work and study and well price for a coworking space. $29 dollars for a day pass for the communal space and $65 for your private office/room. There is so much free parking too. A unintended perk, because it so new and unknown it pretty quiet and you pretty much have the whole gigantic work space to yourselves! They also provide free water, tea and coffee (Nepresso machine). The font desk attendants were so nice and pleasant, I asked for a tour and they let me pick my office. They have alot of offices and I mean alot. The office it self is pretty simple comes with a desk and office chair. They also have conferences rooms that you can rent per hour. I took one star off because I think there is something in the office that trigger a minor allergic reaction for me maybe it was dust, since the rooms don't look like they were used that often. read more

I rented a private office at Onboard for about 1.5 years. Space is kept clean, is easy to find and has plenty of parking. The staff is very chill and accommodating. Internet is fast and any unforeseeable tech issues have been fixed very swiftly. The space is home to a very diverse set of businesses and sometimes they host community events. If you come just for an afternoon I'd recommend reserving a conference room if you need quiet time. If you're looking for a private office, I don't think you can find a better deal in the 626. read more

Great area to work in. Clean place and open area with great interior design to focus on what you are doing.

Hidden gem in the middle of the SGV. In town looking for a place to work and Onboard beats the nearby competition. WeWork Pasadena - you have to pay parking daily. Day pass is more $ TailoredSpace in West Covina was stodgy and cramped. Also more $ for day pass. The biggest con of onboard is lack of iced coffee or an ice machine. And that the office for day pass users closes at 5. Many times I have meetings that last till 6, so onboard cannot be a regular solution for me. read more

Beautiful open space for coworking. Bathrooms are clean and no touch. Ample parking. Convenient location. Highly recommend!

Everyone was super accommodating and the open space is awesome! Plenty of parking, will return again!

I can't emphasize how great this place is, not only the staff was so welcoming and nice, they were also so helpful with anything you need. Everything is super clean. There's a kitchen/coffee area and printing is also available here, a lot of work space, and even conference and phone rooms for your meetings! This is honestly a great place to study and get some work done. I work from home occasionally and this is a great place to get you motivated to work. There's free parking here and you have various options of purchasing a day pass to use the space and/or conference room or renting your own workspace! Highly recommend this hidden gem! read more
