Ideal Workspace with a Community Feel - Highly Recommend! I recently toured Onboard Coworking, and it's every bit as impressive as it sounds! For just $30 a day, this space offers not only a vibrant, open-plan workspace but also dedicated quiet areas for those times you really need to focus. The shared kitchen features free coffee (a big plus for me!) and ample refrigerator space, which adds to the convenience. What sets Onboard apart are the rentable conference rooms and private office spaces, perfect for meeting clients or conducting private sessions--all at rates that are incredibly fair given the quality. The space is extensive, with plenty of parking, which is a huge bonus. Although they were fully booked and I couldn't get a spot immediately, the staff, particularly Stephanie, was super helpful and added me to the waiting list without any fuss. She was friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly during the tour. For anyone growing out of their home office and looking for a professional yet inviting place to work, Onboard Coworking is a gem. I'm excited about the prospect of working here soon!

Reviewing as a person who used the open desk day pass option. I wanted to come here to do some quiet work, but unfortunately their quiet zone is right in front their large event room. There were people entering in and out of the room and making lots of noise. The only other area you can use is their common area that people typically eat their lunch and have a chat. Wish they let day pass users to use some of their empty conference rooms when they are not booked by people. If you are looking for a completely quiet environment, maybe a library is still better!

Gorgeous space. Well designed. Plenty of space and parking. Came in and met karizma and Aiden who were incredibly kind, efficient and helpful.

We had our baby shower/gender reveal here in their private room and couldn't be happier with their service! Kim was so nice and helped us through the process! I was looking for a space that provided tables and chairs for about 100ppl and I couldn't be happier. We were able to use the projector and microphone. All of our guests had an amazing time and so much fun. Thank you Kim and Onboard Coworking for allowing us to use the space, it was perfect!!!

What a pleasant surprise! A perfect place to have a private conference room, private office, a private phone booth for calls or work in a common area that has a coffee shop feel... a very large coffee shop feel. Plenty of amenities and different options to fit your work needs. A common kitchen area, beverages provided at the "honor" bar, you can work at a desk, on a table, or from a couch. If you need a white board, a single desk, multi desk or conference room, Onboard Coworking offers them all. The place is clean, open and plenty of natural light. The furniture is up to date and feels like home, a restaurant, or a coffee shop. The people who work here are friendly, there is plenty of parking, and they are flexible with requests within reason. The other members are courteous and considerate. I recommend this place and is worth requesting a tour and discover what's they have to offer.

We hosted our daughter's 2nd birthday here and it was great. They have different options to rent by the hour or for the entire day. We opted to rent the event space for the entire day so we didn't have to rush on decorating and setting up. The pricing is super affordable for what you are getting. Clean venue with AC. Working projector and speakers. I connected to the speakers via Bluetooth and played music off my phone. Clean bathrooms with multiple stalls. Lots of open space with natural light, which was great for pictures. Lots of parking available. They opened the doors for my guests to access directly from the parking lot. I had two vendors set up outside (taco vendor and shaved ice vendor); at the time of my event late afternoon, the sun was fully beaming. If you host your event here, remind your vendors to bring shade or they will be baking. We also rented a softplay area and it was great. Every contact I have had with the staff, from initial inquiry to final feedback, here has been great, no complaints. Super accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be hosting another event here.

My non-profit hosted the event training session here and it was a great space! They were super accommodating and friendly! The space is beautifully designed with all the necessary equipments you can think of. Highly recommended for anyone who needs an event space!

It proved more difficult when dealing with the owner Scott. I'll start by saying the end result was us rescheduling at the same rate that we booked & our event went well, however it wasn't without hiccups. When rescheduling, we were specifically instructed by Scott to cancel our booking in Peerspace & rebook the new date. That's when issues started. Before cancelling I mentioned how Peerspace won't refund our full amount & Scott replied that whatever isn't refunded will be credited toward the new date. That didn't happen without us constantly reaching out via text, email, & Peerspace. When you request a date on Peerspace it's pending review/approval from Blush, however it charges you immediately. Since we opted for the payment plan that required about half down & remainder later, we were waiting on our refund to book the new date. It never came. When we were finally able to have a phone call with Scott, I couldn't get one word in the entire time he was mansplaining the world of business. He was very patronizing & I swallowed my pride because we just wanted a resolve & to not lose the deposit. I asked very clearly whether he was going to uphold our agreement. He did, but under the condition that we pay the remainder of our balance upfront in good faith to them. We did & that was that. Thereafter, it was back & forth whether Chris would still be working our event which Scott said he was. Chris was the saving grace of Blush in our opinion. Customer service & how you treat people is king, so it put our hearts at ease. But not for long, since it was changed later to Jin. Getting Jin to respond was difficult. We requested a final walk through with our coordinator about a month before our event. Jin told us he wasn't feeling well & wasn't present for most of the walk through. So we asked questions via email instead. I specifically mentioned a clean facility is important to us. The place just wasn't as polished as we first saw it. He was responsive only after I'd send text follow ups. The week of, not at all. I was waiting on confirmation about our drink selection which I never got & we just hoped it would all work out the day of. Day of our coordinator arrived first. The bathrooms were clean but the bar, cocktail tables, mirror hallway, & front door were full of fingerprints and sticky as if not cleaned from a previous event. We were told there would be 2 staff & that they'd be able to help us move cocktail tables. We weren't aware one of those people would be Jin & he wasn't helpful at all. He completely ignored our coordinator & aunt, but jumped to help our DJ with the sound system. We can only conclude it's because our DJ is a man & as a same sex female couple that leaves such a bad taste in our mouths. Our coordinator & aunt ended up cleaning everything with the one rag & spray bottle he gave after we repeated asked. Coordinator, wife, son, & I moved the heavy tables/ottomans. The drinks didn't taste like our selections. But the worst part was that he started charging our guests upon arrival. My wife & I stepped away to change our clothes. We were there 1.5hrs before start time & Jin never approached us or our coordinator for our card. He also had our itinerary ahead of time and met our coordinator. FYI on top of booking fees, you're also required to use their bar service for ALL drinks alcohol/nonalcohol which is included info on Peerspace. We agreed we'd cover the required minimum of $2500 & once we reached that amount it would turn into a cash bar. Our guests approached us confused about the bar so my wife personally went to Jin & asked why people were being charged, to which he responded "I couldn't find you guys." They immediately include their tip, which we weren't aware of, so drinks totaled to about $2100 w/ the remainder being tax/tip. They continuously ran out of cups & had zero cups for the water dispensers. We were refilling used water bottles to give to the kids. My aunt & cousin were busing tables. Bartenders didn't care to stay quiet or hold drink orders during vows. Every video we have of our vows is them shaking drinks & slamming glassware. There were good things too, kinda. It wasn't communicated to us that the front bathroom was for staff only & we had a outfit change planned, so after first saying no, Jin ended up letting my wife & I use the front bathroom. Also him assisting our DJ resulted in the music going well. It's sadly overshadowed by all the other things that needed improvement. It comes down to a lack of customer service & professional decorum, because the venue itself is beautiful. We gave a final 3 STARS because everything came together. Those missing components are just so vital. A work day for them is literally someone else's most important day that they're choosing and paying to celebrate at Blush.

The first time I came here was for my older cousin Diane's wedding. It was 1982, I was five, and I vaguely believed that my cousin was a princess because her wedding dress resembled Princess Di's in my mind. The ceremony itself was in the (then new) Holy Cross Cathedral, which shares its parking lot with Bagramian Hall (the cathedral is also a prominent location in the movie Sideways). And then afterward, we walked up the cool weird gradual steps to this brand-new and gigantic hall. It was bigger and fancier than anything I had ever seen. That was the first of at least ten weddings I would attend here before I turned forty, and later, it hosted the memorial luncheons for various friends and family members, including those for my aunt, grandmother, and great aunt. It's also the first place I ever attended a wedding (another older cousin's) with more than 500 guests. I have so many fond memories of helping sweep up the shabash (money) that guests throw when people are dancing, and since I first came here as a five-year-old and never stopped returning, I grew up in a sense as an Armenian party-goer here. They did major renovations to the interior in the early 2010s, so it doesn't look as dated as it did even by the late '80s. I do miss some of the ridiculously tacky furnishings inside, especially the huge blocky railings and steps and the strange decorations behind what was originally where the head table was, before they moved it down by the dance floor, before they moved it back to its original location. Some of the renovations themselves are starting to look early-2000s dated as well, but it still looks nicer than it did when it first opened. The south wall used to be dominated by floor-to-ceiling windows with French doors. There were huge ugly curtains covering it most of the time, because of the sun, but it was really neat because you could walk out directly from the hall itself outside to a kind of concrete porch that had its own set of gradual long steps down to the cathedral. When they renovated the hall, they replaced the glass with a normal wall. It makes the hall look darker (during the day) and smaller, although it's the same size. As kids, we loved those doors, because people used to go outside to get a breath of fresh air or to smoke--although smoking was originally allowed inside the hall until the laws changed in the 1990s--and we kids would exit through those doors (if they weren't locked, which they often were) and reenter through the lobby, or vice versa. When I come here now, everything looks smaller, from the parking lot to the restrooms to the dance floor to the interior of the hall itself. Growing up has a way of changing a person's perspective, but there's still a little bit of wonder I have when I come here. I can remember generally where I sat at a bunch of different people's weddings, and there are a dozen stories I want to tell but won't. Although every event I've attended here has had some relationship to the affiliated cathedral and/or the Armenian community, I know that the hall also hosts New Year's Eve, birthday parties, bingo nights, banquets, and fundraisers. It's a very large space, and although it's modular in the sense that they can set up as few tables as you need and it can still look nice, it's probably not worth it unless you're expecting hundreds of guests. There's also a much smaller banquet room in the same building with its own separate entrance from the parking lot. It used to be called Toumajian Hall, but when I was here a couple weeks ago, the sign read TOUMAJIAN YOUTH CENTER, so I'm not sure whether it's still rentable outside of church-related events. I've been to hokujashes and birthday parties there; the two halls are connected physically through the kitchen, which both spaces share.

Inside a beautiful golf club, it has long been a local favorite. We have been coming back regularly ever since they resumed Sunday brunch service after the COVID shutdown, and it continues to deliver a satisfying, relaxed experience. Parking can be a bit tight when there's a special event like a wedding, since the buffet is arranged alongside the event space. Even though the venue isn't huge, the selection is surprisingly well rounded. You will find classic American brunch staples such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and even BBQ ribs, alongside Mexican dishes like green chile pork and menudo. There are also Chinese options, including favorites like beef with broccoli, giving the buffet a nice multicultural touch. One pleasant surprise is the quality of the chilled seafood bar. While the offerings are simple, typically snow crab legs and cocktail shrimp both are fresh, sweet, with a clean, satisfying texture that stands out compared to many hotel brunches. Made to order omelets and prime rib steak add another layer of value and ensure you can get something hot and customized. The champagne may not be top tier, but it's easy drinking and pairs well with the variety of food. A full beverage station with juices, coffee, and tea rounds things out nicely. After the meal, it's especially enjoyable to walk around the property, walk by the lake, and soak up the sunshine, it's the perfect way to digest and extend a leisurely Sunday morning. Overall this a great value brunch buffet with diverse food options, pleasant surroundings, and a comfortable neighborhood feel that keeps people coming back.

I had the prime rib and it was decent, wished the horse radish was a bit more stronger. The omelette station was temping but it was a lot of food. Oh! Forgot to mention they had a noteworthy menudo that was delicious (also noted others returning for that one).
