We held our baby shower here in San Gabriel on 5/30/26. Jim the manager helped us through the entire process and gave us a tour and walkthrough before deciding to reserve the venue a couple months in advance. They have a full kitchen, full bar, ice machine, restrooms, and enough tables, chairs, space, and rental equipment to hold up to 150 people, and are flexible with customizing the experience to any kind of event and theme. We had a cuties themed baby shower with 130 people, and hired multiple vendors (Vietnamese food, boba tea bar, desserts, a bartender, and balloon artists). It was an amazing and fun experience for all of our friends and family members. Would definitely want to go here again for other events in the future, such as birthday parties, weddings, graduations, etc. read more

Great venue! Celebrated my husband's 50th birthday party there. Herick was very professional and flexible and always returned my calls and met with me when needed. There are so many wonderful things I can say about this venue. Let's start with the amazing service and professionalism that Natalia provided from start to finish! When I called and/or texted Natalia, she responded right away. She and the entire team were just hands on and extremely helpful. The facility was so clean , the 5 restrooms, bar area and full kitchen were ready to use. Renting the tables, chairs and linens directly from them was stress free and so convenient. We held my Mothers repass here and it was the perfect space to gather with my family and friends. Once the reception was over and all my guest had left the venue we did clean up. However, Natalia told us that wasn't necessary to do because their staff would come in to put everything back in order for their next event. And, let me tell you she did just that. I had a few items that I had to retrieve the following morning and upon my arrival the staff was already there and they had it literally refreshed and SPOTLESS!!! I would highly suggest and recommend everyone to host any of their special events here. Allow them do what they do best, which is ensuring you and your guests have a GOOD TIME !!! I got really lucky with this venue. I had called 3 other event sites and the dates I wanted weren't available, but I'm so happy it didn't work out because I was able to land this place. They had recently renovated so the white walls were clean and the restrooms were immaculate. Coordinating with Natalia was a breeze; she's very easy to work with. We communicated via email and everything was settled without any problems at all. I had my baby shower here and all my guests loved this venue. The only thing people have to be mindful of is parking since there isn't a parking lot available. If I hadn't planned this so last minute I think we could've added a lot more decorations to this venue. There is so much potential! 10/10 recommend. read more

I wanted an indoor venue for my sons birthday since his birthday is in the summer & the good time venue was perfect! The price is comparable to other venues nearby and Natalia was very easy to work with! I was able to customize my sons birthday exactly the way I wanted to and all of my guest enjoyed the space. They also have a kitchen available for use and they set up tables and chairs accordingly to what you need. I was worried about the limited parking but my guests had no issues finding parking on the weekend. There's front, side and back parking as well as public parking lots. There were also a good amount of restrooms here which is great so you don't have all your guests waiting around to use the restroom. read more

Such an amazing venue! My family recently celebrated a graduation here. It was a wonderful experience, we had a blast! The entire staff are extremely accommodating and supportive, and can't thank them enough for all their hard work. We had everything we needed for our party to run nice smoothly! The venue itself is beautiful and spacious- from the brand new fully-equipped kitchen and bar area to the gorgeous tiled bathrooms (there are 5, which was amazing so no one had to wait), the lighting (provided a great ambiance), and hardwood floors. Attended an 80th Birthday Celebration at this modern venue. This place is divided into two sections, one side was for seating and the other was turned into the dance floor. The bar decor was a highlight for me. The restrooms were very clean. Perfect place for any celebration. read more

We had our wedding after party at The Good Time Venue earlier this month and could not have asked for a better experience. Natalia was very responsive and so helpful in accommodating us in various aspects. Her team was exceedingly friendly and professional. The space itself is beautiful and minimal -- an ideal canvas for making any sort of themed event come to life. We actually loved the space and the existing lighting scheme so much that we decided to keep our decor to a minimum. Our guests loved it... so much so that even after most of the party had headed home, our last 3-4 remaining guests wanted to keep the music going and spend more time in the space. Hosted my sister in law and brother's baby shower here and it is the cutest venue. Everything was perfect. The venue is spacious, and the layout is great- it has so many different ways to set up your event. There is a kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and a bar area that you could use as a desert table, food set up, etc. The location is great too, there is a parking lot behind the venue, street parking around the mission district, and other parking lots not too far from the venue. We just had our baby shower here on 11/19/2023 and we LOVED IT! From start to finish, Natalia was amazing, reliable, responded quickly, and so helpful with every single question we had. The venue space itself is beautiful, hard wood floors, white walls, 5 bathrooms. And tables, chairs (the nice white wooden ones), and linens are included in the the price! Parking kind of sucks, but we made it work for my group of ~120 people. BOTTOM LINE: I would absolutely host another event here. read more

Customer service is bad. Went to check this place and found place is decent so we decided not to look anymore and tried to reserved it. Talk to Natalia and said will finalized the contract. After a week we followed up about the contract and said "Been busy and will finish the contract by tomorrow ". Because of the holiday we waited to call back again cause they never called or emailed. After more than two weeks of waiting for the final contract, then we received a emailed saying the place is already booked for the date we wanted. You are kidding me? When we went there to talk to you it was available and just need to finalized the contract and after more than t two weeks you tell me its already booked. What a liver.. Great venue for any kind of event you can dream up. Super spacious, clean, modern, with a full kitchen, bar, and sound. Had my son's birthday party over the weekend. Lori and Natalia were great hosts, communicators, and accommodating. There is plenty of parking and it's located in the cute Mission District. One of my guests said they felt like they were in Santa Barbara. We attended an end-of-year school party and it was awesome! The place is beautiful and everyone had a great time. One side had tables for many, many guests and the other side had a ginormous ball pit for children. The place can be roomy and spacious for a big party but also perfect for an intimate gathering. You can use their top-notch vendors or take your own (they're very accommodating). The surrounding area is nice and there is plenty of parking. Highly recommend this place! read more

I recently attended a party here for 24 Kindergarteners and their families. It was VERY FUN. The space is not huge, but it feels open, bright and stylish. The neighborhood is historical and lovely. I didn't see a parking lot nearby, so we parked on the street. I will definitely consider this venue the next time we are planning an event for a large, but not giant crowd in the San Gabriel area. read more

There was plenty of space for all 24 kids and their families to enjoy all the activities: jumper, ball pit, face painting, photo booth, ice cream stand, etc! Great space and location!! We celebrated my son's graduation here and it was perfect. It was lovely working with Natalia, the booking and planning process was very easy. This place is a blank canvas so bring your ideas and Natalia will help you bring them to life! We were able to fit 100 guests, a mechanical bull, photo booth, and lawn games very comfortably in this space.
