DA BEST managers @WeWork
Dennis K.

Wework Pasadena is the best coworking space Worked here for a week and I love this place Great are the managers of this community Michael, Heran, and Kristen are the wework pasadena trinity This space is hip this place is cool Only thing they're missing is me playing pool The music is great, and so is the vibe Come here and work and learn to thrive I checked out two co-working spaces and found this to be the best. My wife and I love we work as it gives a great vibe, clean, well put together, and it's just a place you just want to work at. We're in a private office, the ethernet cable speed is blazing fast, and the wireless ain't bad. There's free coffee/beer, and the people are cool.

Overall an awesome experience especially since I was pleasantly surprised by the LA Food Fest walking in during typical Happy Hours with samples of heaven- sweet and savory. Staff is quite friendly, plenty of space for a Wednesday, common area is slightly more captivating than the individual offices but that's just a personal opinion - as a guest. Perm or Semi Perm "WeWorkers" might disagree. It's a great alternative option to the traditional office space, likely more expensive than Regus but different atmosphere. If choosing membership common area access only, definitely WeWork over Regus. See photos for additional comments

We definitely plan on returning, hopefully next year around the same time. We were a group of 37 employees. We used an entire floor, as well as plenty of breakout rooms for group or individual meetings. The kitchen space worked well, we ate a lot of meals there. The location is very convenient, right in the downtown area near restaurants, hotels and more! Thank you again Foundr Space!!! Best, Amelia

The bathrooms, the co workspace and the kitchen are always clean. I've had minimal user error with the free printer that is provided and I enjoy being able to look out and see Pasadena City Hall from afar. Furthermore, the staff have been supportive, energetic and happy to help me whenever I have questions. For that matter Jeremy is THE MAN! Always helpful and always able to solve my issues. I'm very thankful that I decided to move away from working at home and start work at FoundrSpace. Because I really need home to be home and a place to work to feel more like work than a room in my home. I don't think that people have figured that out yet, but I know they will soon and I hope they find this review and find their new work office at FoundrSpace. Anyway, I plan to be here for quite some time, and I look forward to new neighbors that are focused on their businesses and ventures. I just wanted to let others know that this is the place for me and I know it's going to be a great place for more entrepreneurs, start ups and businesses too. Seriously if anybody has any questions, feel free to reach out to me and I'd be happy to answer.

PREDATORY. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE…read more I signed a lease with DAVID MORRISON and rescinded it 90 minutes later after discovering their terrible reputation (Yelp, Google, Reddit, BBB). Shockingly, they denied the cancellation. They are currently pursuing $38,000 in rent for a unit I never entered, never took keys for, and canceled 55 days before the start date. My attorney has been fighting this for a month with no resolution because their communication is designed to wall you off. The location managers and sales staff refuse to help. There is a reason this business has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and over 770 complaints regarding hidden fees and cancellation issues. I have escalated this to the Attorney General and local authorities. Save yourself the legal battle and go elsewhere. (Case: CRM:09920001185 -- Stop the junk fees and process my termination.)

They forced me to write this review…read more I toured every coworking property in Pasadena before selecting Spaces. In 2025, I signed a lease with Spaces, paid my deposit, and the first month's rent. I chose that particular office for very specific reasons: window suite, near-direct access to outdoor space for my mixers, a quiet, stable spot for my podcasting, and walking distance to my escrow and other real estate offices. Four days before move-in, Spaces informed me that my office had been leased to "a corporate client." My business, plans, furniture, artwork, and my podcast were put on hold. They offered to let me move in, but only for 16 days. They dangled larger offices and in completely different locations in Pasadena, but made it clear they could push me out of that one at any time. Did you know that Spaces has 2 locations in Pasadena, and they operate as a Regus south of the 210 freeway? Those other 2 locations were completely unsuitable for me. I thought it was getting resolved. They apologized in writing and promised a full refund. That was weeks ago. I have followed up three times and received no response. They still owe me thousands of dollars. Like I said, they forced me to write this review. Unless you enjoy headaches and instability, I recommend staying away from Spaces and Regus.

I've been a member for over 3 years now, and in my opinion it has gotten progressively worse…read more 1) The women's restrooms are horrible. Members will now leave toilets unflushed after use. It always smells of #2, & some have even left #1, #2, #3 & footprints on the floors and toilet seats. 2) The food is sparse & unvaried. Despite being closer to full capacity, portions have shrunk, & staff will do weird things to 'control it' like hiding the large plates during snack times. 3) Poor upkeep -- the printer being out of ink/paper/toner is common. 70% of the time I have to use a USB to print b/c the driver is inconsistent. The trash lid in the kitchen has been gone for over a week, & the bathroom sink often is out of order again. 4) Members have gotten sketch. One time, I came back to my table to find a group of new members physically working, laptops and all, on top of my papers & folders, including bank statements. Another time, I was in a conference room a woman had booked, she pointed this out, I said okay, and before I could even do anything she started shouting "what's wrong with you", "why aren't you moving", even screaming, "I'm sick of your BS (using the actual word)". Staff didn't say anything to her about her language while I was there, but to me they were like make sure you book a room in the future. 5) Along these lines, my personal experience w/ staff has been disrespectful, toxic, & IMO discriminatory. In 2023, I'd use their ceramic bowls, as did everyone else, to prep meals like eggs. Betsy, a white woman, me not, made it a point to approach my friend and tell her how disgusting my food smelled, & then told Hannah (the then front desk person) that I coudn't use their bowls. I know, b/c 1 week later Hannah gifts me a gray bowl, saying I could keep it at the office & put it in the 8F kitchen cupboard. However, soon after, I see Betsy USING MY BOWL to store chili in the common fridge, AND I continued to see everyone else use their white bowls in front of them both for over a year. In 2024, I bought my own ceramic bowl, labeled, & stored it in the same place. But then come 2025 when I asked staff to remind certain members not to use them, Suzanne's response was they couldn't be left there, after 1 year of them there no problem! I told her okay, moved them to the fridge b/c that's where it's ok for members to store items overnight, only to see it moved back to the cupboard where I had JUST been told it couldn't be -- (I suspect by Emme during the Fri. sweep. They "couldn't confirm" it was staff but could confirm my SFW word in a note in the bowl was unprofessional). I pointed out this pattern of targeted behavior towards me in a sit down meeting GM Matt. His response was to make up 2 more rules that were not in the handbook and had never been told to me prior to that day, which were: #1 - Access members, aka me, couldn't leave any items in the fridge overnight & #2 - I couldn't use the focus room for more than 60-90 minutes at a time. Matt went further to state the gray bowl was food equipment and wasn't allowed to be there, while at the same time saying it and a a bday gift Hannah gave me were accommodations. Quickly picking up these items I thought were gifts were just points of manipulation over me, I requested to reimburse them, which was ignored. He then followed up by sending me the handbook, proving my point, neither of these rules he stated now apply to me were in there. I formally requested Industrious simply update it to reflect this change they decided to make for me & to send it to all members, because not doing so is discriminatory, but so far nothing. Not only that, people continue to flagrantly use the room for 2, 3, 4+ hours without interference. I again asked Suzanne about it, who said an email is coming, but doesn't believe they'll change the handbook, a PDF, which is WILD. I continue to limit my contact with staff as much as possible & plan to escalate it after the notice expires, should this pattern continue. (Note all of these have been my personal experience).

The company…read moreis difficult to work with, and despite being a huge multinational corporation seems stumped by basic business practices (like DBAs/Fictitious Business Names). If you want to work in an environment with outdated decor and be nickle-and-dimed for every expense they can think to charge you, then you have found the right match in Regus! Here's my list of complaints: -Charged me $40/month for coffee/tea, even though they never gave me the card that allowed me to use the coffee machine. I asked to have this charge removed after 1 month, and they continued to charge me for 6 months and I would have to ask to reverse the charge every month. -They charge for printing to the communal printer, which was often broken/down. When I purchased my own printer for my office, I was quoted $100/month to add it to the wifi network so I could print wirelessly.  -My company has 2 names, our legal name and a DBA. This caused significant problems over the course of our lease. They lost a very important piece of mail that was addressed to our legal name because their policy only allows businesses to have one name for mail purposes. -My security deposit is over 1 month late due to confusion over our DBA name, even though I requested the refund 3.5 months before move out. They did not reach out to me to let me know there was an issue, I contacted them about it after realizing that it was several weeks late and that was when they let me know about their confusion. I was able to provide them the paperwork the needed within a matter of minutes, however they are not going to process the refund for an additional 2 weeks. The deposit was 1.5x our monthly rent; our new office charged us half a month. -Charged me a $400 "office refresh" moving fee that was not properly disclosed. Our new office is a much nicer space, with unlimited free beverages, snacks, and printing for about $150/more--and the location is better. However, I do miss Matthew at the Century Square Office. This review does not reflect on him at all.
