Toured this place on Friday without an appt. to potentially rent a space here for my law firm. I toured 4 other spots nearby the same day (3 Regus, 1 We Work) and this spot blew me away compared to the other spots I saw. It really had that WOW factor I know my firm wants. Open concept, modern, industrial vibe. Wrap around windows everywhere, so tons of natural light. Didn't feel like a stuffy office space whatsoever. Quiet, yet full of people at the same time. The membership pricing here isn't as competitive as Regus because you're paying for membership + day rate here, whereas Regus charges up front for that by making monthly memberships based on drop in times per month (5, 10, and unlimited). However, IMO, this place is still worth it, making that statement from what a client would think visiting here vs a Regus facility. Loved the Wellness Room here! It was a private room for mental health and breastfeeding/pumping. Even had a private fridge in there so breastmilk doesn't have to be stored in the main kitchen area. read more

I am in the process of relocating my Pasadena staff to Glendale, and I've been exploring various locations in the area. Industrious in Glendale exceeded my expectations. The listing was completely accurate, and the building had an incredible vibe. It not only looked great but also had a wonderful vibe. I would be proud to invite my clients here. The manager was exceptionally helpful, and the value for what you get is outstanding. The coffee bar and kitchen was a real hit 5 star alone... support offerings for our staff were fantastic, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The availability of clean bathrooms ... always clean and a comfortable lounging area on the ground and main levels was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the inclusion of a gym package is a valuable bonus. Forgot to mention the staff were very friendly at the desk and presentable in business attire. Also the security was superb and area in the downtown area was a plus for staff like to have choices. On my top list. What truly stood out was the friendly and happy atmosphere among the people there. After the tour, I had the chance to chat with several individuals, and they all seemed genuinely content. Brand building, near DT Glendale and convenient to the freeway, this new space is gorgeous. The office floor plan, layout, decor, amenities, workspaces and holy cow... the VIEWS are all top notch. This location has balconies which overlook the mountains on all sides of the office. The workspace is brightly and mostly naturally lit with sets of glass offices in a well-designed and appropriate configuration that the Industrious team is super good at. All shapes and sizes depending on the size of your company and needs. This location is a seamless continuation of the unique Industrious brand. Conducting my work day here at this new location was comfortable, clean and whose staff are professional, engaged, friendly, highly trained and who always - with calm composure - go above and beyond to address the needs of the members. I am SO HAPPY that our company moved us to Industrious. What started as a temporary office for our team was made permanent when our staff enjoyed working here so much. I'm blown away by this coworking space! I worked from home and was looking for a professional place to meet clients and came across industrious Glendale. I'm so lucky I found this space because I found so much more than I was searching for. I found a second home. Cesar the manager takes care of every detail-the space always looks spectacular, he hosts incredible happy hours with beautiful cheese boards or some delicious snack and he knows my schedule better than I do and always greets my returning guests by first name! He's really the selling point. But just to make it better there is free parking, two incredible patios, and endless coffee! We moved into the downtown Glendale space end of June and we're thrilled to be here. The amenities are great, the space is modern, bright and very inviting. Our situation was going to be a temporary one but we liked it here so much we're making this our new permanent home.
