PROFESSIONAL AND RESOURCEFUL…read more I am a skeptic, as I had a few poor experiences within this industry in the past. I received a referral for My Perfect Workplace whose services for commercial real estate fit my needs. Sam guided me through multiple options to individualize a layout specifically for my envisioned workspace and clientele. He was very professional, resourceful, and patient throughout the entire process addressing my many questions and inquiries. (*I'm a bit slow to pull the trigger and rightfully so.) I'd highly recommend this service to any of you in the market. It's challenging to find reliable resources and you can certainly count on them.

The owners, Yvonne and Michael Leung, were wonderful to work with--gracious, supportive, and accommodating. Yvonne was a dream in helping to plan the event. The night of the event, Michael was great, making setup easy. During the event, he was present, but in the background, ready when needed. At the close, he was very helpful during our cleanup. It was all seamless. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I would absolutely recommend The Livery for a special event!

I appreciated the plug/ play aspect of the AV setup, which removes stressors of renting speakers, mics + bringing proper cords, sound check, etc. Yvonne was able to do a walk-through with the team, followed by a layout, and even down to a detailed map for our guests. I'd recommend this as a place to work if you have the $$ to spend and need to get out of the house. If you work remotely and crave more interaction, Industrious may be worth a visit.

Finally, the atmosphere is good and always work-friendly. A few years back I worked at a different coworking space in Pasadena and on weekends it would get very loud. Like, screaming kids loud.
