This is my first experience with renting an office space. Regis and Premier Workspaces were the options I looked at. Overall, Premier Workspaces's Regional Manager, Shawnee, who directed me to her other managed location across from John Wayne Airport and met with Nima were both very friendly and professional. The last Premier Workspace locations I looked at was off Von Karman and Barranca with Emily M. Emily was also extremely friendly and professional. She was transparent and communicated with me of the units that would work best for my professional entity 's needs and showed me a handful of private office spaces. She was able to meet all my professional entity's accommodations and my OCD of certain things. All in all, my final decision of going with Emily M., her Barranca location's administrative staff, Jennifer & Elaine, the office space itself, location of office space in a great area, feel, security, responsiveness, thoughtfulness and their beautiful souls is the best money investment and sanity investment ever spent. I will absolutely stay with Emily M. at Premier Workspaces for as long as I can. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thank you Emily M.!!! It is honestly a blessing that our paths have crossed and we can work alongside each other! Thank you Shawnee!!! Another blessing and my 1972 buddy! Thank you Nima!!! Another blessing to have met you and for all your help! ~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you or a friend are wondering or actively looking for an office space with an amazing environment and amazing service, you won't be disappointed with anyone at Premier Workspaces. However, with Emily M., you just have to meet her and you will understand why! read more

Scam artist. Liars and cheats. DO NOT RENT ANY SPACE HERE. They charged me $600 for "reconditioning fees" to paint over nail holes in the wall. Total scam artist. read more

Be warned -- if you're a small business looking for reliability and value, look elsewhere. Premier Workspaces is overpriced and more interested in squeezing money out of you and your business than actually providing a useful service. read more

Please don't go to this location unless you want to be bled for every dime they can figure out how to get out of you. Seriously, it's infuriating. I have been a customer of Premier Workspaces in Burbank since 2009. I have had two small offices and a virtual plan. Prior managers, Mark and Sally, were great. They were real partners and did anything they could do to assist my small business. New management came in, and the first order of business was to "audit" all leases/contracts. It was determined that I was receiving phone services that I wasn't paying for. My contract had stayed the same for years, and I had received the same services for years. My monthly invoice went up $99. Nothing changed, except I needed to pay an additional $99. I didn't receive any additional services. I recently moved. I can no longer use an office in Burbank. I'm now on a virtual plan. It took six weeks for them to get my phone working. This is the primary phone number for my business. They gave me a credit of a paltry $80. Premier holds deposits for 60 days after you move out. My office was approximately 75 square feet. What takes 60 days? They owed me $812. I didn't realize it, but they charged a $200 cleaning fee on a 75-square-foot office. That's a lot for such a small space! I just received the second portion of my deposit today, September 8th. I left my office on June 30th. I paid my virtual plan rent/fees on September 5th. With the paltry $80 credit above, I only owed $95. I had gone away for the weekend and forgotten to pay the rent. Rent is due on the first, and you have until the third to pay it. Weekends and holidays don't matter. Today, I received a late fee of $50. The late fee on $95 is $50! I love the location and facility. I was there for almost 15 years. The previous management, Mark Walter and Sally Carillo, were fantastic! Things have changed. Please don't go to this location unless you want to be bled for every dime they can figure out how to get out of you. Seriously, it's infuriating. I do have to call out Ron. He's been amazing and helped me access my mail without additional fees. He's allowed me to pick up my mail after hours. I'm sure management will now put an end to it! read more

Premiere contacted me after this posting and offered a refund 1/4 of the fees posted. Was accepted (better than nothing). Just received the token refund last week. I appreciate they took the time out to deal with my complaint. read more

I have had two offices in this suite for several years. Customer service is excellent. The manager (Sally), and the staff (Rachel and Jean) are very professional, responsive, and caring. They go out of their way to accommodate us and our clients. The building is a Class A building. It is well maintained, and has 24 hour security. The Fifth Floor is well maintained, and constantly updated. All in all, its a clean, safe, pleasant, and professional workspace. read more

Incredibly rude. I talked with their General Manager, Mark Walter, who was incredibly condescending to me over the phone. When I told him the budget that I had for an office he actually laughed at me and then told me how ridiculous my budget is. Even if I decided to spend more on an office I certainly wouldn't go through him. That is just a horrible way to treat a potential customer or any person for that matter. He could use some serious management training. I am guessing that he probably treats his employees with the same contempt that he treated me. I feel sorry for them. I will not support this company. read more

Overall the experience has been positive. The entire floor just received a facelift, which was nice. The staff are attentive and responsive. The rates will likely increase if you stay after your lease is up, which comes with the territory, I guess, although it's not fun to get hit with higher costs the longer you stay. Don't drink the coffee. You have to pay for it regardless, but there's something wrong with it, even though (according to the GM) they pay a lot for the coffee service. I drank it at first, but had to stop as I immediately get adverse physical reactions from it now. That doesn't happen with any other coffee I drink. Bring your own or get it across the street. I asked if they could upgrade to better coffee, but apparently that's not an option. Since it's an executive suite, it's more suited to individual professionals rather than a large group. If you have more than 4 people, you'll probably want one office per four, etc. Otherwise other people on the floor will probably complain if you use the common areas on a regular basis. Several other people using the same floor with us mentioned they had been to other executive suites in Burbank, and PBC was by far the preferred choice for them, for service, location, amenities, etc. So it's a good choice regardless. Many of the tenants we spoke with have been there for many years, so they are doing something right. read more

Premier Business Center is ideal for private or small businesses. Our company started off with just one employee so the space offered was adequate for what we needed, as they range from 1-4 people offices. Now that our company is growing, we were kindly offered a larger room to meet our needs, which is also ideal as we can save hundreds of dollars on a move. Once our lease was up we were able to extend our contract for a few more months as we wait for the new office to become available. The 5th floor receptionist are also very sweet and accommodating towards all the tenants' needs. The building is also very secure as there is a main floor security who checks in all guests, and all floors need key card access for entry. The parking garage is also an option for all tenants so you can safely park your vehicles. There is coffee available every morning for all tenants on the floor and breakfast offered every Friday as well. In regards to lunch there is a fridge if you prefer to bring your own food from home. However, there is a plethora of options if you don't, as there are vending machines, and now a Whole Foods, Poquito Mas, and a Chick-Fil- A being built very close by. I would definitely recommend this space to any company looking for an office suite in the heart of Burbank. It also has easy access to get to the 5, 134, 101, and 170 freeways. read more

I would just like to point out that they others who reviewed this place did not like it enough to review it until AFTER I gave it a negative review. Additionally, they all, at least at this point, only have ONE review in their history which is this one, so they are not regular yelp users. Again, a bit shady I argue. Also, I am NOT a jaded reviewer who is out for revenge of some kind. If you look at my profile, I have far more 5 star reviews. Where good service exists, I applaud it. I do not claim to be a tenant there, I am speaking only about my experience visiting and how I was treated. And, to be fair, after my review, Mark contacted me and asked to make it right. I declined. Maybe I was being unreasonable, but I already have a great office and was treated so poorly that I wouldn't consider going back. FOR MORE INFORMATION, READ MY ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW. read more

This group of executive suites is great. I have rented here for two years; the reception and operations staff are incredible. You get great value for your money. I constantly get compliments from clients and others about how well phones are answered and how nice the people are. It is a great place to network; I meet new people all the time and have gotten business just by being here. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reasonable office space with a professional touch. read more

Well. PBC Burbank deserves kudo's. They are great to work with. The reception staff are awesome and deserve a pat on the back. PBC Burbank strives to take care of you. If you have a problem or question they are always available and right there to work with you. The building has excellent security and that is no small thing in this day and age and the offices are open 24 hours (not during major holidays) if you're a bit of a night owl. I have been a tenant of Premier Business Centers for 4 years and have enjoyed it all. The current staff is professional and very accommodating to us. They are friendly and helpful, even when things get really busy. The front desk ladies always have a smile and make my clients feel welcome. Sally, the General Manager of the floor, runs a tight ship but always has a smile on her face and will go out of her way to be helpful. We recently found out she is leaving because Management is moving her to another facility. I want everyone to know that is a mistake. Management should think about the personality of the clients on the floor, that the Team is working and that priority should be given to keeping the renters happy. Please don't break up the Team. They are the reason we all love having our offices here! read more

I'm a long time tenant on this floor and 2 years ago, when I read a couple negative reviews, I felt the need speak up and share my very very (yes, 2 very's) positive experience. And, the reason it's positive, is because of it's management team, led by Mark Walter. However, for some very irritating reason, my positive review is no longer showing! So much for fair play, yelp! read more

I have had the best experience as a tenant at PBC Burbank. Coming from a regular office environment, I wasn't sure what to expect. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.
