We truly feel like we dodged a bullet here. I should have checked the reviews first. Bottom line:…read moreit doesn't matter if you're 1 minute late or 10--excuses don't cut it. I have every text message showing the irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. If you have an 11 AM paid consultation and you know you'll be late, there's no excuse for not sending a quick text or email. I get it, people get busy, but accountability and a simple apology are the bare minimum. The lack of both was unacceptable and unprofessional. End of story. Update: Ara, you still never apologized--that's the bottom line. Your response proves it. Saying, "Oh, we offered a refund as an apology" isn't an apology at all. Of course, a refund is expected when the consultation never happened. That's not generosity, that's basic fairness. What's insulting is the attempt to pass it off as if it makes up for your behavior. You were late, you didn't take responsibility, and now you're scrambling with excuses. That's why I said we dodged a bullet--because you're disingenuous. And frankly, trying to compare yourself to attorneys, doctors, or restaurant owners is laughable. They take responsibility and accountability for their clients and customers. You do not. That's who you are and what you are

I started working at a company that had the worst IT vendor and I wanted a quick change. Kevin at CyberDuo reassured us that they would be able to help us smoothly transition over to them. 2.5 years later we are still very happy with the service they provide us on a regular basis. Just recently, our 20 employee business was purchased by a very large public organization and they have put Kevin and the team through a whirlwind of requests, demands, etc., and they are just as responsive as ever. For example, if you call their toll free 24 hour support, a human actually picks up. If you send a service request, I'd be shocked not to hear back within 10-15 minutes. Cyber security...they know it well. Migrating to new email platform, a non-issue. VoIP phones - easy transition and held our hands through every step.
