Great co-working space with friendly folks. There is free 3-hour parking in the courthouse parking lot across the street.

I can't say much more about Muse Rooms than to check it out if you're looking for a great coworking…read morespace. It's not busy like other coworking spaces. There's plenty of quiet areas to get focused work done, or private offices and conference rooms if you need them. The outdoor space is also great to get some fresh air!

She acted as if I asked about the most ridiculous, uncommon, stupid service on earth. Actually, it's a pretty normal business model? Nearly every other "Coworking Space in Los Angeles" that comes up on Google offers day private office rentals, and monthly private office rentals? Your website would definitely mislead someone to believe you offer this service? She fairly stated that they don't have any 1-person suites available, only large person suites. The way she said it sounded like a lie, tbh, but maybe they only want to rent to larger operations right now, and that is fair! I can rent somewhere else; there are plenty of options out there, including nicer and newer places. That's not the problem. Her attitude was nasty. She was extremely dismissive, sounded like she was answering this call on her cell phone while getting in the car, and straight up verbatim told me that I was not worth her time. Her explanation of types of memberships were unclear, and the website is really old/2007-looking... I was so confused by this chaos. She then tells me about how she mans the property herself every day and doesn't like to work weekends. Uh, okay, your website said 24/7 access; it's not clear which tiers of membership offer that service. How am I supposed to know this? I'm a self-employed software developer looking for a private space to work close by 2-3x per week with weekend access. I call to simply ask about this, and I have an aggressive older woman telling me how much more important than me she is. This was a weird unsettling interaction with a pretty entitled woman. This is clearly a mom-and-pop operation, and I was seeking a modern workspace offering that they do not offer; however, poor customer service from the owner made me intentionally spend MORE money elsewhere.

I have been a customer of Premier Workspaces in Burbank since 2009. I have had two small offices and a virtual plan. Prior managers, Mark and Sally, were great. They were real partners and did anything they could do to assist my small business. New management came in, and the first order of business was to "audit" all leases/contracts. It was determined that I was receiving phone services that I wasn't paying for. My contract had stayed the same for years, and I had received the same services for years. My monthly invoice went up $99. Nothing changed, except I needed to pay an additional $99. I didn't receive any additional services. I recently moved. I can no longer use an office in Burbank. I'm now on a virtual plan. It took six weeks for them to get my phone working. This is the primary phone number for my business. They gave me a credit of a paltry $80. Premier holds deposits for 60 days after you move out. My office was approximately 75 square feet. What takes 60 days? They owed me $812. I didn't realize it, but they charged a $200 cleaning fee on a 75-square-foot office. That's a lot for such a small space! I just received the second portion of my deposit today, September 8th. I left my office on June 30th. I paid my virtual plan rent/fees on September 5th. With the paltry $80 credit above, I only owed $95. I had gone away for the weekend and forgotten to pay the rent. Rent is due on the first, and you have until the third to pay it. Weekends and holidays don't matter. Today, I received a late fee of $50. The late fee on $95 is $50! I love the location and facility. I was there for almost 15 years. The previous management, Mark Walter and Sally Carillo, were fantastic! Things have changed. Please don't go to this location unless you want to be bled for every dime they can figure out how to get out of you. Seriously, it's infuriating. I do have to call out Ron. He's been amazing and helped me access my mail without additional fees. He's allowed me to pick up my mail after hours. I'm sure management will now put an end to it!

I was greeted in person on my first day to make sure I was comfortable in the space, but after it was hands off which I also appreciate. From what I've seen from other places the price per day/month seems reasonable, but it is still a cost that's hard as an independent. It's something I will always have to weigh. Overall though, very happy finding this space.

When you head up to the main floor, The Muse Room conference room and main shared area are just around the corner off the elevator. The space is extra clean, restrooms are easy to access, and the staff goes above and beyond. I booked their conference room online for an offsite meeting, and took advantage of the speakeasy space to serve lunch to my team. It was a really cool way to make my team feel special, and gave them something interesting to talk about after the meeting. Nancy was super helpful in setting up the space and gave me everything I needed to have a smooth meeting. Nancy also helped validate our parking (super low cost for validation considering LA prices), and made the breakdown of the conference room a breeze. I highly recommend checking this place out for your next team meeting, or for your new co-working space!
