Thankfully they were able to take my call and come out perfectly within the 36hrs or so the next rains were expected. They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). They were able to seal the roof to prevent further leaks and then help on the inside replace the ceiling panel patch that water had damaged.

We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well.
