Randy took the time to really evaluate the needs of my daughter, the rider. He explained various reasons why her foot shape may cause pain and worked to expand the boots in certain spots. He took a lot of time to make sure the fit was just right. In this day and age of home delivery and service through bots, it was so nice to experience a company that stands behind their product, even after the sale. Highly recommend!

Except this time we had three members of the family bought boots. Every aspect of our experience was top notch. Max, the boot fitter, is an expert. As well as a personable individual. As well as a good salesman. The store is an emporium of anything related to skiing, boarding and cycling. They carry a huge selection of clothing and accessories too. Impressive place. First, he spoke disrespectfully to his worker and then "mansplained" us about how we were wrong to say the boots didn't fit well and we wanted to try a larger size. It was crazy, it didn't matter how we thought the ski boots fit - if it didn't match what he thought, then we were wrong. When I told my daughter we could just rent that day and buy boots when we returned home, he essentially kicked us out of his store. I've never been treated so rudely. I should have read the reviews first because it's clear he has treated others the same way. He needs to sell this store and retire because clearly customer service is not his thing!
