They're also very good at recommending scale downs for anyone with an injury or wanting to do something different, while challenging you and pushing you to do better at the same time. It's a great community with really nice people. The facilities are kept clean and there's also a separate training area if you want to workout alone and not do a class that is included with your membership fee.

They have effectively put an AI wall between customers and anyone who can actually help. Nobody answers the phone because their AI system refuses to connect you to a human. Their email system is also automated and provides a limited selection of useless responses that do not resolve the issue. You would think walking into the actual location would solve the problem. Nope. Staff members on site claim they are not "authorized" to cancel memberships either. Apparently, you are forced right back into the same ridiculous automated system. I blocked their recurring charge with my bank TWICE because I no longer wanted to be charged. Now I received an "authorization" through Stripe that I never agreed to and never signed. At this point, this has gone far beyond bad customer service. Making it incredibly easy to take someone's money while making it ridiculously difficult to stop taking it is completely unacceptable. Be VERY careful before giving this business your payment information or signing up for a membership. Based on my experience, getting out is infinitely harder than getting in. I would never do business with this place again.

For years, I tried doing the gym routine with mixed results. I struggled sticking with a routine and many days just didn't know what to do at the gym. At G20, I don't have to worry about any of that. Each day we get a new workout that pushes us to our limits, gets the heart pumping, and leaves us sore and coming back for more. The schedule is incredibly flexible with 2 morning and 2 evening workouts during the week and a special Saturday morning class to mix things up. The workouts take place at Volunteer Park on Sunrise Blvd in Plantation Acres. At first, I was skeptical working out outdoors. I'd always worked out in a gym so I wasn't sure about being outside for my workouts. But let me tell you, being outdoors is the best. I work in an office, so I am inside behind a desk most of the day. Going to an air-conditioned gym with no windows? No thanks! Get me outside, in the park...let me feel the fresh air, see the sunset. The group aspect of G20 Fitness is what I like the most; it helps take the workouts to the next level. Again, at first, I was skeptical. I was the gym loner with my headphones on and my head down. Workouts were my alone time. Now....forget about it! G20 is all about working out together, pushing each other, and sharing in our successes. Need motivation? G20 has it in spades! The trainers will push you, the other members will push you, and heck, in no time you'll be pushing other people as well. The members are in it together to make sure everyone finishes and has a fun time doing it. Let's talk about value real quick. Is it more expensive than a gym membership? Sure, but not by that much. And what you get for that little extra investment is well worth it. You get a trainer who will help you on your form and technique each and every class, you get help and insight on diet and supplements, and access to a full line of equipment to ensure you can keep progressing. To me, the value of what you get at G20 far exceeds anything you can get at one of the big-box gyms. Regular gym is a little intimidating for me, and I wouldn't have seen the same drastic changes that I do now. I have also gotten stronger it's amazing how a 15 pound barbell is now light for me! First off, this place is very clean and they have all the equipments you need to work out. Every day the workout is different. All the coaches are amazing they are super friendly they motivate you and support you with anything you need. Coach Lorraine the owner was the first person I spoke to and she is amazing in helping you do your best and guide you with all the movements correctly during the workouts. With the membership, you receive emails with lots of nutritional tips and food findings. You do not have to be experienced to come to the box you start wherever you are and you work your way up! Warning: you get addicted! I have to go at least three or four times a week! What is motivating also is that you work out with a group of people who are friendly, fun and encourage you do your best and I think that's what's important to have at a box. There are special workouts that sometimes happen throughout the year. For Christmas you can win a T-shirt if you come for a certain amount of days. They also offer I believe a one-week trial if you'd like to give it a shot. There is also a little section for you to charge your phone. They also sell water, but have a filter to just refill your bottle! You looking forward to going because you get to see your workout friends who become like family. Everyone is so supportive. What I love most is how encouraging and inclusive the coaches and members are with my special needs son. Everything is modified to meet him where he is at based on his age and his intellectual and physical abilities. This gym has honestly changed our lives in the most positive ways. It's hard to explain in words, you've just got to come and experience it. I'm a 40 something mom and wife and have seriously never felt better. I'm not athletic, but I find the challenge of completing Crossfit workouts so rewarding. And doing so have given me confidence in all aspects of my life beyond the gym.
