Couldn't be more grateful for such an amazing team. Would strongly recommend Next Level fitness!

They have great rates for the type of fitness that you get. I love that the concept is only 30 minutes and very straight forward (numbered stations) yet they switch it up. There are 10 stations with 3 exercises at each which you will do for 1 minute each, non-stop. 10-20 sec rest in between all to total 30 minutes not including any warm-up or if you want to run 6x around the building (about a mile). The exercises are a combination of legs (kickboxing style kicks, squats, lunges), abs (ab roller, situps), cardio (boxing combos, burpees, jumping jacks, etc.) and MMA defense. You won't wait more than a minute as you can start at a different station after the 3 minute jump rope warmup. Kendrick is the instructor and he is personable, soft spoken and laid back. He encourages you by name without pushing you to the extent of Jillian Michael's scolding. I guess it depends on how you are motivated but he's Denise Austin without being annoying. I would recommend this place. When there are less people Kendrick can customize some moves at your request which is nice. The only negative that I have with all studios (and not just this one) is I really wish they offered a shower because to be dripping in sweat means you ultimately must go home straight afterwards and that doesn't quite work with active lifestyles. No pun intended.

I've been looking for a gym with the same concept as my old one, but they're all either way to pricey or elite competition teams. I like to go at night because it doesn't get to busy so i usually get to work with Kendrick one on one, which is great! 30 minutes may seem short, but once your done your sore everywhere!

The standard they upheld I saw put in practice every single day, including quality, empathy, expertise, and just overall providing the upmost service and care. This is a privately owned physical therapy office with two physical therapist as partners - Nancy, and Howard. Both are super experienced. I had to come here because I had a random neuromuscular injury and I came here for about six months because I found it so helpful . I primarily saw Nancy and her manual work is unmatched! I had a lot of locked up upper body muscle muscles, where I couldn't even lift my left arm all the way up. She did manual work massages in the areas that needed it to get the tissue to freeze up at every session and then would assign me physical therapy work in their gym. That was essential for my case. Prior to coming to this office, I had tried out another physical therapy office, I won't name any names, but I really dislike them and immediately stop going to them after the first session. On the entire hand at Orthosport, I stayed with them a little bit longer because I just enjoyed their service so much. And not to mention, they're such friendly and warm people. Not money grabbers at all. They want you to be able to improve and leave with skills to maintain your body and not have you come back unnecessarily. They accept different health insurances . They helped me navigate my insurance and my work medical leave paperwork Manual. Super experienced. I have not won slightly negative thing to say about this office. I think they're angels - from the front desk to the physical therapist to the occasional students that help out.

What can I say about Jason that hasn't already been said in the previous reviews? He is AWESOME!…read more Jason has been training people for years and is an absolute expert and professional. He also really cares about the people he trains and is always available via e-mail to answer your questions/concerns. He also incorporates not just training and physical fitness, but also nutrition -- which is a first for any trainer I've worked with in the past. I take Jason's bootcamp in the mornings and they are incredible. I always leave feeling like I've accomplished something. It's really a great start to the day and it's nice to be able to work out outside (we do boot camp in Wicker Park). His class caters only to women which is nice because there's no intimidation and all the girls seem really nice. Jason is also very accommodating if you miss a class -- I travel for work and sometimes can't make a morning session or two. At times when I've missed I've then done one-on-one training with Jason and he was kind enough to accommodate me on his day off. Who does that?! He is the nicest ever. Aside from being a great trainer -- he's also funny -- which always helps when you're getting your butt handed to you. I highly recommend Jason - he is worth every penny and is an all around great person!
