One of those times I was just one minute late, but the other two times I was exactly on time--and there's supposed to be a 5-minute grace period. The only solution they offered was to remove someone else from the class, which I wasn't comfortable with, so I had to go back home. The final straw was this morning. I booked a class, showed up, and once again my name wasn't on the list. Apparently, the app canceled my booking instead of confirming it. According to the front desk, the system showed I booked at 4:00 AM (when I was asleep) and canceled at 7:15 AM. Completely unbelievable. I tried, I really tried, but due to these repeated issues and the unreliable system, I decided to cancel my subscription.

When you enter, there is fitness merchandise on sale and grip socks if you forgot yours at home. The grip socks are required and closed toed only. Then there is a closed door that separates the lobby and the work out studio space so you do not interrupt the prior class. To the right of the door are cubbies where you can store your belongings. And to the left are fitness equipments for you to grab depending on what the instructor wants to use for the day. The format of the class is restricted to the Pure Barre model. Class begins with a warm up, arm work, thighs at the barre, gluts, then ab work on the floor. Stretches occur in between. Pure Barre believes in small movement for the maximum amount of change. In just 50 minutes, you will feel that "burn" and enjoy a full body work out. Amanda H. was our instructor for my first class at this location and I really love her. She is super friendly and knowledgable. Before class started, she checked on the class for injuries. She was very personable and remembered our names and encouraged us throughout the class. Options for adjustments were provided for a more intense or a less intense work out during each exercise. The music was very uplifting but she was great at volume control to adjust the music level down when she was giving direction, so I was able to hear her. I left the class feeling strong and invigorated. Pure Barre - Rancho Cucamonga has definitely made itself into my work out rotation. Whenever I am in the area and see them have an opening in ClassPass, I will take advantage of this work out. I especially hope to catch Amanda H.'s class when she has an opening.

From the very first day, I noticed I had more energy and felt more positive. If it were not an incredible workout, I would not be doing pilates at least 5 days a week.
