My car got reversed into and needed a body shop to make repairs. After reading reviews in Yelp I noticed a few low stars but after reading the low reviews I just thought was disgruntled people. Took my car in and repaired, I called them to see if car be ready the next day. Person I spoke to said be ready today at 3:30. I'm like ok , but I'm working and won't be able to pick up car until tomorrow after taking off work. Well I go in at 9AM and they are working on the car. Person working on it said had some nicks on the fender and needed to be fixed, but be ready in a few hours. Three hours later I call and that person said a part was on order and car be ready maybe Monday afternoon! I'm like it's Friday and I took off special to pick up my car. A few hours someone from the office call me and said car is ready. I'm like ok, be there soon. I go there and had buffing dust on the repair are still, the rest of the car was cleaned and a worker got a cloth and dusted the fender a little.. I forgot my glasses and at the shop it's looked good. Well after it rained I went with glasses on and was a bit disappointed on the finish work. Very minimal and I can live with it because don't have time to take off work and do this minor fix. I'll post some pics of areas that are messed up . read more

After hitting a sheep on saddle road last winter, my whole car front got extensive damage. Thankfully the engine wasn't wrecked. I was able to take my car to body pros and Will was able to take a look at it and order the correct parts. He was very quick and answered any questions I had. Parts ordered had to take about a month to get to the shop but with Christmas and the difficulties of anything coming to Hawaii, it was understandable. Body pros let me know as soon as I could drop off my car and made sure my insurance covered a rental while I had to commute to work. Enterprise is conveniently right across the road and made it so easy. In about a week my car was ready to be picked and on the day as promised. This was my first ever experience having a vehicle collision and with the stress of possibly losing my only way to get to work, I'm grateful that I was able to find a body shop that was not only professional but super friendly. They made my car brand new and I was so happy to have it back. Though the wait was long, i would definitely recommend this shop for anyone who wants quality work. Big mahalo to you folks!! P.S. I have to be honest with you I'd like to give them 0 stars For wasting 6 weeks of my life. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have the estimate done. Was told these guys are the best. Through the best that being dishonest. I get my inspection 2 weeks later on Valentine's Day and I'm told I might have to wait a month for the parts to come in. A month goes by and my insurance company calls me and tells me that body pros does not want to repair my car and they don't have the time to repair my car. WTLF. THATS WHAT THEY DO FOR A LIVING. My service advisor, William, was pleasant and took care of the check-in of my car efficiently and a big thank you to Lisa, their office administrator, for taking me through the process from start to finish. I had to have a dent on my car's front bumper cover replaced because had a dent in it. I called Body Pro to make an estimate appointment and they told me when to bring my car in for the estimate. They emailed me the estimate that afternoon. I told them I want it done and they had to order the part. When it came in they called me with the date I could bring my car to the. I asked about how log the repairs take and they told me about two days, as I needed to make a car rental reservation. I rented fro Enterprise as I always rent from them. They are located just across from Body Pro.when my car was ready I went to pick it up I noticed my car was completely clean and the outside side was shining as they washed it. They always do a great job repairing my car. This is the second time I had to bring in my cars to Body Pro to have them repaired and as always Body Pro do a great job. I went here because my car was hit yesterday and I wanted an estimate. When I arrived I walked to the office and was immediately assisted. We walked out to my car the technician took a look at it said he would be right back. When he returned he proceeded to buff my bumper and voila what do you know there was no damage, just the rubber that was left from the car that had hit me. Now it looks like nothing had happened. Brought my car in on a friday, a week later still no estimate, even though they promised to send it out the same day. Called the shop back and got a VERY rude owner who said they don't know how to upload the estimate so they didn't. When i asked if i should go to another shop that can, since they can't, he got very upset and decided to cancel parts for my car. Thing is, they never did the estimate and nothing was approved!! I went to this place initially after my a co worker said they get all their body work done here. The first time I went after my rear bumper was hit in the parking lot and made a huge dent. I pulled in and asked them to look at it. 10 min later I left with it fixed, super fast service. The second time I was hit in my passenger door and it needed work. it was done quickly, and it looked great, they cleaned and detailed the car inside and out. Perfect. Most recently my front bumper was damaged by a curb and partially off. I pulled in and within 20 min I left with it fixed. I cannot say again how excellent their customer service is.
