From the beginning, I felt that my concerns and desires were not fully understood. Unfortunately, the results of the surgery have been far from what I expected. The size of my breasts is now much smaller than I envisioned, which has left me feeling disproportionate and dissatisfied. Additionally, the incisions made during the procedure were not placed correctly, resulting in visible scars that are particularly problematic when I try to wear low-cut tops. This was a major concern for me, and I feel disappointed that it was not addressed with the precision and care that I expected from a professional of Dr. Castillo's stature. Perhaps most disheartening is the appearance of my nipples. The excess skin around the areola has caused them to look deflated, which has impacted my self-image in a way I never anticipated. Instead of feeling empowered and confident, I now find myself struggling with new insecurities I've never had to deal with before.
