I just had my 4 month follow-up at Bodify. Extremely impressed with my results. I had my lower abdomen and love handles treated. I exercise regularly and eat well, but I could not get rid of the fat in these areas. The CoolSculpting treatment does like the name implies, it froze the fat in my treatment areas and gave me the nice sculpted look I was hoping for after only one treatment. For my treatment I was in the "Mancave," which is an awesome room with multiple TV's that kept me entertained during the CoolSculpting. I was offered drinks and snacks during the treatment. In total, 4 applicators were used for the treatment. To start 2 large flat panel applicators were used for my love handles. The love handle treatment is what I had done first and the 2 applicators stayed on for 75 minutes. I only experienced some slight discomfort as the area was being frozen, but it was certainly not painful by any means. To me it felt more like a slight burning sensation rather than extreme cold as the area froze. After the love handles I had my lower abdomen treated on the same day using 2 smaller suction-like applicators. These applicators stayed on for 35 minutes and had to be done one at a time, as there was some overlap. I experienced even less discomfort with these applicators than the flat panel ones. After each treatment there is a 2 minute massage that is done by the Bodify team on the treatment areas. I felt some tingling as the area thawed, and the massage felt as though someone was lightly scratching the area. Again, I felt no pain or any major discomfort that would discourage me from having another treatment in the future. The hardest part is probably just staying very still during the treatment time to keep the applicators in place. I was in and out in less than 3 hours time. My treatment areas felt somewhat frozen for several days after my treatment, which I was assured was normal and all feeling to the area returned a few weeks later. I did not experience any sort of nerve pain either. Also, don't expect to see results overnight. In my case I was seeing noticeable results by my 2 month follow-up. Based on my experience CoolSculpting is a great and effective non-invasive alternative to liposuction treatment to sculpt troublesome areas of fat. There is virtually no downtime, and I was back to my normal activities right after my treatment. This is not a weight-loss solution, so if that is what you are looking for, you may want to look into alternatives. However, if you want to sculpt troublesome areas of fat to appear more toned, this treatment is exactly what you are looking for! The team at Bodify is really what puts this place over the top! They are friendly and answered all of my questions/concerns prior to treatment. Everything from start to finish was top notch. They even checked to make sure I was doing okay the next day after my treatment. If you have a treatment make sure you do your daily massages to get the best results! read more

I had an excellent experience with the ladies at Bodify! The space is very calming and made me feel comfortable. My initial consult was with Hailey, who is awesome! She gave me a rundown of the process and answered my list of questions and concerns that I had prepared. She was clearly knowledgeable and had a passion for Coolsculpting, which made me feel more at ease. Also, I felt more inclined to go to Bodify since they only do Coolsculpting (experts) and not a one stop shop for every med-spa service out there (generalists). If I'm paying a lot of money for permanent results, I want to go to the experts :) To give some background, I am in my mid-30s and consider myself to be healthy and within 10 lbs of my target weight. I work out 5-6 days a week and watch what I eat (to the point of counting calories when I'm going hard). However, no matter how many ab exercises I did or how much I dieted, I could not get rid of the stomach bulge! Hailey told me I was an excellent candidate for Coolsculpting since I was near my target weight and my fat was "pinchable". I did not feel pressured one bit, but I ended up getting 2 rounds on my abdomen and 1 round on my love handles. It was really exciting to already see and feel the results after about 4 weeks after my first round. Here we are about one year later and I feel and look better than ever! I truly feel like my genetics would not allow me to get these results with diet and exercise alone. I would 100% recommend Bodify to those that are in a similar situation. I heard they got even better Coolsculpting Elite applicators in 2021 and have been contemplating going back for one more round to do the final job on my lower abdomen. We shall see. Bodify review 7/16/2019 I'd like to start review by saying there's no substitution for a good diet. My procedure for coolsculpting was 1/31/2019. Today (7/16/19) its been close to 6 months. There was some improvement, but not the 20% guarantee after 3 or 4 months. I went in and Melissa said I gain 5 lbs and that my initial weight was 181 lbs so they would not redo procedure. The initial weight they said was either written down incorrectly or changed on purpose. I was 217 lbs and started to diet. I lost 30 lbs and at 187.8 lbs (the morning of procedure appt) I went to do coolsculpting. I continued to diet slowly losing weight and on first bodify follow up on 3/09/19 I weighted 181.6. There is no possible way I weighted 181 on procedure day. Today before appointment I weighted 186.6 on my personal scale and at bodify office the reading was 186 even. So the 2 scales were not to much different. I'm not looking for compensation or any redo procedures. After all the awesome customer service from the staff. Everyone I dealt with in office was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of coolsculpting. Its frustrating they went this route. Not to mention guarentee was for 3 or 4 months. Not nearly 6 months. I really was hoping for better results for the large amount that was charged. There's no substitution for a good diet. read more

Don't do it! They charged me 2400.- for a belly treatment and guaranteed 20% loss and that I'll notice results. When I came in after 6-8 weeks for the after photos they said there was no change but sometimes it takes 6 months for the results to show and actually tried to sell me a second treatment. After 6 months, you could clearly see no change and my weight and clothes still fit the same. They said I'm too hard on myself and they see the change and I'm not looking closely enough and that I just need more treatments and offered a second treatment for 2200.- for the belly area. I'm upset because the first consultation quoted me 1800.- and I chose to go with them because of their guarantee to see 20% loss. Many of these reviews I don't trust because they have only reviewed this one business?! Looks suspicious. They don't measure with a measuring tape so you have to take their word for it if 20% is gone. They edit and blow up the photos before they call you in to look. Everything screams scam. Rather go to a place like laseraway or ideal image that actually will tell you upfront you need 3 treatments and will do it at a MUCH lower cost! First Visit Review - The staff from the first call to walking in the door was top notch! They were all friendly, courteous, took the time to walk me through the paperwork and answer my many questions. As we moved on to start the process of pictures and measurements they kept the conversation light and pleasant which helped me feel comfortable standing there topless (I'm a guy don't get too excited! lol) getting marked and ready for the procedure in the Man Cave. The Man Cave - The room for the guys is set up with TV's, Manly Mugs and Wifi. This was a welcome surprise and made the time pass during the procedure. The Procedure - Not going to lie it can be a little intimidating but the ladies explain everything as they set the machine up and go over what to expect the good and the bad. The good it feels like a vacuum cleaner on your skin. It gets cold and well if you have ever had an ice bath then you know what to expect. The Bad - the thawing process can be tingly and feel weird. Overall, it wasn't bad at all. As they explained everyone react differently. After everything was done I got dressed and went over the what to do and what not to do for the next few days. I arrived at my coolsculpting appointment with some anxiousness but that changed the moment Jess and Melissa greeted me. While I knew this was a noninvasive procedure and everyone raves about it; I started to have doubts. The ladies listened to my concerns and thoroughly walked me through the science and what my next couple hours would look like. Being in the medical industry, I was so impressed by their competency and the value they put on me being at ease; not just swiping my credit card. This is not just another MedSpa that offers coolsculpting as one of their many things...Bodify only focuses on coolsculpting and the satisfaction of their patients results from this one procedure. Simply the best team in Az!!.. My whole experience from beginning to end has been hands down amazing. Like a lot of men my age, we need a little bit more help getting rid of belly fat paired with stubborn love handles and I do have enough that has troubled me for years. The ladies at this office are AMAZING! I've been looking into cool sculpting for a while and started following Bodify on Instagram and was impressed by how knowledgable and professional they were. The office is beautiful and clean and everyone was so warm and caring when I came in for my consult. The one thing for me that set this office apart was the photo examples of results that they had done that were similar to what I would look like. They have done more treatments than anyone else in the valley and have a lot of experience which made it easy for me to trust them. It was a no brainer that I was going to get my treatment done here! I've been considering doing CoolSculpting for quite some time. Overall, I'm happy with my body but under my chin has always frustrated me. I saw the Bodify segment on television a few weeks ago and thought I should look more into CoolSculpting. This office is FANTASTIC‼ Before going in I had done extensive research and decided I loved the idea that BODIFY focuses solely on coolsculpting and cool tone. Since I was a teenager I have had difficulty with my tricep area. Even when I was playing soccer and 120 lbs, there was always a little extra. I know this area can be tricky so I went in for a consult with Jessica and Melissa. Immediately I felt the expertise as they offered suggestions and a game plan on how best to treat the area and also took the time to explain why (which I love). I have had incredible results, but they also go above and beyond. Everyone in their office does! Within the first 20 minutes I felt like I was the most important person in their world at the moment and also felt like I was a friend. WOW the girls at Bodify truly knocked it out of the park! The location is easy to find, their office is beyond beautiful, and you couldn't ask for anyone more friendly! Plus there is a huge pond with beautiful Koy fish! This was my first time ever having a procedure like this done and I wasn't sure what to expect or how to kill time while I was being coolsculpted. Melissa and Jessica were both so helpful and talked me through the whole process; how the technology works, how it would feel during the procedure, and made sure I had a button to push if I needed anything from them. Love this place. When you walk in, there is a palpable difference. The ladies of Bodify not only are genuine, friendly and knowledgeable about the service but they allowed me to feel comfortable and not intimidated when I came to them to see if coolsculpting could help with some fat around my abs and love handles. As you can imagine, this isn't an easy thing to do- walk into an office and say look at my fat. From the first text message to my last follow up, everything was professional, energetic and above and beyond what I would expect. I was a bit of a slower responder- but I was told up front that it was a 2-4 month process and to be patient. They did a great job and managing my expectations- this is critical in their line of work. I've always been interested in coolsculpting but was worried about it's effectiveness. After losing 30 pounds I was happy, but still picky about certain areas on my stomach. Jess and her team made me feel completely comfortable and did a good job of not coming off as just wanting to make a sale. Having PCOS and endometriosis, I was worried about the procedure worsening my frequent pain . Jess assured me that it would be fine and it was ! I got 2 sessions done and saw a little progress even after the first session. I did have bad stinging around my ribs, but after my second session I was prepared with medication , though for me the second session was not uncomfortable at all after. Guys, this place is awesome! The facility is clean, bright and comfortable - this is good because you could be there for a good chunk of time. The staff is just the best. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and patient. I was late and a little nervous and they put me at ease and made me feel like I mattered. As i sit here to write this review i literally am at a loss for words.. This was life changing to say the least! The staff was so warm and personable and im just blown away by my reults. There are so many good things to say about Bodify, there isn't enough room on the page to list them. The facility is calm and relaxing. The staff (Ashley, Heather, Sue) are friendly, knowledgeable, and they are careful to give a realistic projection about your results. My results, however, went beyond expectations. I was astonished as I looked at the before & after pictures. The back fat that had accumulated as a result of back surgery was gone! I had a curve in my waistline once again. My clothes fit the way they were supposed to fit. And the staff was as thrilled and excited as I was. The best experience I have ever had! The women at Bodify made me feel so comfortable and relaxed I didn't even feel like I was having anything done. The office has the best vibe, the treatment rooms are so cozy and relaxing it was actually a nice escape from my day. I was slightly hesitant to try Cool Sculpting, because It was hard for me to conceptualize when you freeze the fat, its gone forever! But its true!
