    THE FALCO CLASSIC pizza
    Andrea R.

Great atmosphere! Waitress & hostess were great. Yummy espresso martini & trust me when I say I'm a connoisseur! My pizza, THE FALCO CLASSIC was yummy! My husband had the Buff chicken wrap which lacked chicken & the fries were cold & meh. Wrap tasted good but needs more chicken! Great atmosphere & I'm sure a good place to watch a game!! Soccer was on & we are American football fans!

Stopped here as part of a food tour and there were some locals on the tour with me. They said this is a happening spot for night life with great bands and DJs so if you're looking for nightlife, apparently this place is good. I was just looking for food and what I ate and drank was terrific. They gave us some terrific crispy brussels sprouts with maybe some type of Thai sauce on them. It was really light, whatever the sauce was, but they were in the top three brussels sprouts I've ever eaten. Then they served us a breakfast pizza, that had eggs and sausage on it. We had a few pizzas to share but I ate half of one by myself it was so good. If you're hungover, this would be an amazing thing to eat and I was stone cold sober and I still loved it. Definitely recommend. And I want to recreate that pizza.

Uptown Social is a great spot for watching sports, I typically go at least a few times during the NFL season and it's also a really good for March Madness. Along with the super large main floor, they also have an upstairs rooftop bar with a few TVs as well. The food is pretty standard bar food along with some pizzas and other options. One perk is that they have gluten free bread available to sub out for the sandwiches. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries on the gluten free bread. It was pretty good and hit the spot while watching some basketball.

Needed to try out Charleston SC pizza so we chose Uptown Social because we were here the day before and the inside is very spacious and the bar sits easily 20 people. Welcomed with smiles and happy hello. They do have a rooftop but we were told some work was being done so we couldn't see how nice that was. Looks nice in previous photos though. We ordered a plain pie but we'll done and they did not disappoint. Plenty of crispy bubbles and the sauce was on the savory side. Very hot coming out the kitchen of course. Wasn't the worst by far that we've had but still very good. We gave it a 7.1 on the Portnoy Scale

Stopped in for a quick dinner on our first night in town. We were staying at a hotel nearby and this spot was convenient and the kitchen was open late (til 10pm on Thursday). Service was pretty good; we were seated quickly and our order was taken almost immediately. I got the grilled chicken wrap with fries and it was good. The chicken was cooked well and they weren't too heavy handed with the Caesar. You could tell the dinner crowd was wrapping up and the music was getting louder and turning into more of a club feel. They have a few DJs starting at 7pm. Great place to grab a beer and a burger and catch a game if you come before 8/9pm, otherwise it seemed like a fun spot to dance/drink at. Picture your typical college bar but with better food and better service.

I was so impressed by this placed. We were looking for a place to watch the NCAA Bball tournament. Stoped in and we're immediately greeted by the host. The place was packed but our server did not miss a beat. I had the hot wings and they were crispy and flavorful. I could not decide which I liked best, the Ranch or blue cheese. They were both top notch. My husband had the meatball skillet. Very tasty and filling. So our team did not win but we had great food and service.

Perfect bar for if you want to get a good experience of people from all over. Mostly the northeast but some may suprise you; staff is friendly and quick.

    Pulled pork sandwich and fries

Came in for quick last night dinner to wrap up our trip in Charleston. It was close to our Airbnb so nice that it was walking distance. This was around 6:30 on a Monday night. We were greeted quickly. It's a restaurant by day and becomes a club/bar venue at 10 pm. We ordered pizza dough bites for appetizers that were amazing. Big hit with everyone at table. For dinner our group had more pizza and one had pulled pork sandwich. Service was very slow for food and drinks. Rest of food was overall good. Overall fun vibe. Would return if we go back to Charleston. Nice to sit on street and people watch thru window.

Great bar in Charleston. Lots of areas to hang out in. Main floor is pretty wide open with a long bar. They have an upstairs and outside patios as well. You can show up for a great place to watch sports and enjoy good drinks. You can also show up later for live music, DJ, and dancing. Bartenders were all friendly and kept up with a very busy bar. This is worth a stop.

The Village (amazing - I ate the entire thing lol)

My fav spot in Charleston! We came here for an oasis away from a giant storm. So fun and tons of TVs. You can wear a headset and listen to your game while you sit at the table. The pizza was BOMB. The drinks were reasonably priced. And the clientele is all fun and looking to have a good time.

    FROSE YUMMAY!

Burgers & Frose MMMMMMMM! Good solid Smasburger! GREAT crispy Fries-LOVE 'EM CRUNCHY! Blueberry beer- faint refreshing hint of blueberry. The FROSE 2 different flavors were SOOO TASTY - great beverage for a hot day. We saw some really good looking pizza go by but too full. Huge beautiful decorated bar with a really great selections of beers and adult beverages. Nice spacious bottom level with upstairs happenings. A band was setting up but we weren't able to stay I'm sure the noise level was going higher but such a large area with high ceilings shouldn't be too loud. Nice night had by all. Try it you'll LIKE IT!!

The restaurant is nicely spread out, so even when it's busy, you don't feel crammed in or shouting over the table next to you. There are plenty of TVs and good sightlines, making it easy to stay locked into the game without feeling overwhelmed. The Eats The food holds its own for a sports pub. I've ordered the wings and a couple of burgers, and they've always been enjoyable. That said, the real MVP here is the nachos. Loaded, satisfying, and perfect for sharing -- they're easily the best thing on the menu in my opinion and my go-to order every time. The Service Service has been consistently solid. The wait staff works their sections well, greets you quickly, and gets orders in without long waits. Even during game time, things move smoothly, which makes a big difference when you're there to relax and watch the action. Parting Thoughts If you're looking for a reliable place to watch a game with good food and enough space to be comfortable, Charleston Sports Pub is a strong choice. Come for the TVs, stay for the nachos, and enjoy not feeling rushed or crowded -- that alone earns repeat visits.

It was awful to look at. I took one bite. It tasted worse. The burger was ok, but the fries were so soggy and sprinkled with some crazy southwest spice that I didn't even taste them.

A group of about 8 of us went out for drinks Saturday (5/2/26). We were having a great time (respectful, quiet, not causing a problem). Last call hit at 1:30 so we decided one more drink before we went our ways home. 10 mins later we're were asked to leave the courtyard and head inside - not a problem. We will finish our drinks inside. 5 minutes after that, we were asked to take our last sips and leave. 15 mins before the posted closing time. Again, we weren't causing a problem, weren't loud, weren't disruptive. This was a group of 8, most of us well into our 40s (or older). But they were telling all guests to leave at 1:45a?? Just after we bought drinks? The posted hours say they close at 2a. Not 1:45a. Most of us left half finished drinks. The large bouncer was nice enough, the tiny one in a hoodie with glasses was totally unprofessional. So beware. The Blind Tiger has what it takes to remain a Charleston institution. Their staff, might ruin that chance.
