Hubby and I moved here 6 years ago and are renting a stilt house. Three times the roof has leaked…read morein the same 2 spots. Each time, the roofing company patched the area, and it still leaked. The 4th time, the property manager had Roofsmith come out. Have not had any issues since. Sept 11th Hurricane Irma swept through our area. We lost a lot of shingles, as did several neighbors. There was significant interior ceiling and wall damage from the roof damage. We had to move out for almost 5 months while repairs were done. Roofsmith had impressed the owner with the previous repair (not patching) that he asked the property manager to have them replace the whole roof. It looks great and in almost a year, there has been no issue with any leaks. If I ever buy a place down here and it needs a new roof (or repairs), Roofsmith will be the company I call and will refer to anyone who needs quality work done.

Excellent work done by Property Services GC! We had a mother-in-law suite added to our house last…read moreyear. It was a somewhat complex build as we used one existing bedroom and covered porch which were turned into a great room consisting of a living room and kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and an island. This phase of the project required opening an exterior load bearing wall. The next phase, an adjoining bedroom was added with bathroom including a walk-in tub, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet. The addition is perfect and everyone who visits remarks on how beautiful it is. We have to say owner Steve, and his crew, takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the work including any work done by subcontractors. If a subcontractor did something not up to par, the owner or his crew would point it out and make sure the work was redone correctly or fix it themself. My mother-in-law changed her mind about a few things halfway through the build. Not only did they make the changes, but they also went out of their way to make sure she was happy every step of the project. We highly recommend Property Services GC and plan to use them when we build a new house in the future.

I hate leaving bad reviews for locally owned companies but I have to warn others about this…read morecompany...they get 2 stars for getting the mold off my roof but took away 3 stars because they didn't take care of the vegetation and shrubs as promised on their website. The bleach solution they used got all over my potted plants and shrubs, killing them and will now have to spend extra money to have large shrubs removed. I did let the owner know as his crew only covered 2 bushes and allowed the bleach solution to get on other bushes and my potted plants and within 3 days after the roof wash, these plants were shriveled up and dead. I haven't heard back from him as to how he will compensate or remedy this damage but I do not recommend them as they promise more than they provide. Even my recycling trash can and a Halloween decoration got bleach on them, fading the decoration and etched the top of the recycling can. It's unbelievable this happened as you'd think they are used to doing this all the time and take care of outside shrubs and plants as promised. Had I known they wouldn't cover my plants, I would've brought them inside and covered the shrubs myself.
